Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

I can't remember the name of the service tech and don't have it at hand BUT he was very polite and meticulous and took care to see that everything was done to our satisfaction. Everything was complete in 1.5 hours. We were pleased. The carpets look great.

Great job on the sofa -- second time I've used them and happy both times. Nabil did the work and was professional throughout. Only issue was that they underestimated time on another job and had to call to postpone. But the second appointed day, Nabil showed up right when they said he would and got to work right away. Very happy and will use them again.

I very much like that while there is some wetness or liquid involved it is very fast drying, around an hour. This is unlike our previous cleaner who used a lot of steam and liquid and it took 24 hours for the carpets to dry. We also have grandchildren and grandpets visiting from time to time, so we are also very happy with the "green" products which are used. Overall, this is our second experience with this company and we are very pleased. Both times they arrived between the hours stated and called before coming to tell us when they would be there.

Nabil was terrific! He did a thorough cleaning job and my couch and carpets were like knew. He was also straight with me about areas that were probably too stained to be worth paying to clean. I'll definitely ask for Nabil again.

It really worked well. Tionne and Federick were on time, careful and cleaned up after themselves. They were efficient. They were also very friendly. They did a good job, my furniture looks and smells much better. The deal was good and the people were very professional and I really liked the results.

The two gentlemen who arrived were very professional and were careful not to track any dirt or mud into the house. They warned me that out white sofa would probably not come out looking like new, which I appreciated. Their service was efficient and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great Service! Prompt, efficient, professional and polite. Ask for Nabil! He's great! My appointment time window was between 11 and 1:00 pm. Nabil called first to let me know what time he would show up and showed up promptly at 11:30. We walked through the areas to be cleaned first. HIs assessment was he could do all the areas and then charged a small additional fee to cover the dining room. He cleaned, deodorized and applied a bacterial solution to kill any possible bacteria on the carpet. He was in and out by 1:00. Very pleased with the service, the cleanliness of the carpets. Did I mention I have a large shepherd with a ton of hair? Even though we vacuum regularly, there was a lot of hair Nabil pulled from the carpet. I am still waiting for my partial refund check, 3 weeks later. Despite assurances when I made the appointment that the technician would call my wife 30min. before arrival so that she could come from across the street and let them in (and ensure the work was done and facilitate any issues), we received no call. Ninety minutes after they were supposed to arrive, I called their office and found out that the technician had already come by, finished and left. We then came over and inspected the work -- the dryer vent wasn't touched and the vents were closed, high up near the ceiling (we didn't have a ladder to open them back up). After tracking down the technician through their office line, we found out that he couldn't figure out our dryer vent, so didn't do it -- we could have had our condo building engineer work with him, but the guy chose just to leave instead without a note of explanation. The office offered a $30 refund for the dryer vent work not completed, but we haven't received it in the mail yet. The duct cleaning itself appears to have been performed well, from what we can see through the openings.

I was completely satisfied with the exceptional service that was provided from the owner of the company and the servicemen themselves. The owner spoke with me personally and was able to squeeze me into his already busy schedule to have someone come to my home to clean my carpets the very next morning. The servicemen called when they were on their way and informed me that there was alot of traffic (which I can completely understand in the metropolitan area, and it was a holiday) and they would be a little late. I really appreciated them calling to at least let me know, instead of having me home and waiting and then calling the company upset. Anyway, they were very professional, walked through the home with me to see what was needed and told me what they would do. At the end of the service, they answered questions any and all questions that I had and gave recommendations about when services should be performed and why. I would certainly refer them to my friends, family and everyone else.

All phases of the work went without a hitch. Satisfied!

In terms of professionalism and responsiveness, no complaints. The company came on time and did the job quickly. My complaint and reason for not being completely satisfied is that the deal I purchased was for "4 areas and 1 stair" so that would be 5 areas. Now, I really only wanted my master bedroom and 3 other carpeted stairways cleaned, but after they left I found out (because I don't live at the house) that they had charged me $40 for the master bedroom because it was too big. This is very disappointing because my 3 other stair areas are in no way equivalent in size to a room. So if my master bedroom is the size of 2 rooms, then we should just call it even. Don't try to nickel and dime people. Also, I just got home from out of state to see the results of several repairs I've had done to the house and I am not thrilled with the quality of the cleaning. Maybe after a good vacuuming the master bedroom will look better but I give it a B.

Nabil did an outstanding job! Very efficient...went about the task with no waste of time. Very thorough...didn't miss anything, and paid special attention to eradicating stains. The carpet now looks and smells great!!

It went very well. He had car trouble and called and said he was going to be late which I appreciated. Very professional and I would absolutely hire them again in the future.

It looks great, they did a great job. They really addressed my needs. They were very personable and helped me moved things I couldn't do by myself. Tiran was fabulous.

Express did an excellent job of cleaning our air ducts. They left no mess and came when scheduled. We noticed a pretty immediate improvement in heat distribution in the house afterward. Very professional group - would use again.

Home was going on the market and we needed some kid-challenged carpets freshened and cleaned. Express came to ouyr house at exactly the time we needed and got the carpets looking presentable. They did recommend a deeper cleaning (and they needed it) but we just needed to get them presentable and there was no high pressure upsell. Would use them again if we were still in Maryland and recommend them to everyone back there!

Nabil the technician was very thorough and informative. The receptionist gave me an estimate on the phone and it was $10 more but still a good deal. She was also very helpful and even though I could not provide the square footage of the space I was still able to get an estimate. I also appreciated the quick turn around time from when I called to set up an appointment. However, the exceptional part of my experience was I was told that the technician would arrive between 9 and 10 am or I would be called if he was running late. Mr. Nabil called at 9:00 and told me he would arrive at 10:00. Promptly at 10:00am my doorbell rang and there was Nabil ready to begin work. Given the traffic in this area that was truly amazing!!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely use this company again. I will also recommend it to my friends.
