Description of Work: They phoned to request to arrive early, which was very courteous. The gentleman was very informative and did a very thorough job. They were able to eradicate not only layers of dirt but also a strong odor the previous owners left behind. I would highly recommend them for your carpets.

Description of Work: 5 room carpet cleaning, they were punctual, called 30 minutes before arrrival, Nabil and his helper werre very professional and very concerned that the complete dthe job to our satisfaction. Theymoved furniture, replaced them after the cleaning, and did a very good job overall.

Description of Work: The Express Carpet crew and service was excellent!!! They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They contacted me one hour prior to arrival and arrived within the scheduled appt time. I purchased the 5 area special and the service was so well done, I had them do an additional 5 areas while they were at my home. I had advised them prior to my appt that I may have additional areas and they were prepared to complete the job. The additional cost was very inexpensive. They also educated me on the service and chemicals used. They do not steam clean which causes your carpet and pad to stay wet for a longer period. They use a shem dry service which deep cleans (non toxic and odorless). I would highly recommend this company. The service is well worth the cost $$. I will have them clean my carpet yearly.
