Description of Work: Very friendly and professional. they came on time and explain the process very well. I couldn't be happier with with the results! The carpets look brand new, the take care every little details! They also clean the air duct, took around 3 hours, inspect every ac unit, they are very knowledge. I will hire them in a future, it is so important to know you have a company you can trust!

Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets in our 4 BR 3 level house. Came back when a difficult stain reappreared to use a different product. Wonderful company and the carpets look great!

Description of Work: All in all, this was a very satisfying experience. Rafael arrived when he said he would and explained the process to me. We negotiated some additional work for areas that needed deep cleaning. The entire process took about a hour and a half. He was careful to protect my rugs, furnishings and draperies and his pleasant disposition, along with his honest talk, made me feel that he was most trustworthy. Description of Work: The crew of Rafael and Nabil did a great job cleaning the carpet throughout our townhouse. We had three bedrooms, two living areas, and two flights of stairs cleaned. The crew shifted the necessary furniture and took their time to remove all the spots they could find. They arrived early, finished their work within the estimated window, and left bright carpets in their wake.

Description of Work: Amazing! We just moved in to our new house and wanted the carpet deep cleaned asap. The first available appointment was two weeks, however he somehow managed to fit us in Saturday between 2 and 4pm. The guys called 1/2 hour before arrival as promised. They arrived at 3pm and were done in just over an hour. We used Angie's list special $169 plus we purchased extra services. Both guys were friendly and professional and will use them again.

Description of Work: Rafael arrived with a helper to clean 3 areas and scotch guard. There was a terrible stain that he removed. They were fast, efficient, punctual and very reasonable!! Looks fantastic. Much better experience than I ever expected!

Description of Work: Originally I had been told the crew would arrive at 10:00 am. I received a call the morning notifying me that they would arrive at 10:30. The owner and another person arrived on time. After the introduction, and a discussion regarding the company not usually serving Charles county and the how much carpet area would be cleaned for $89.00, they bought in equipment and got started cleaning. I requested that thay clean the steps since only one large family room of carpet was being cleaned. The owner volunteered to clean the hall and a second set of steps. My daughter commented on how fresh and clean the family room was.

Description of Work: Just used Express Dry Carpet cleaning and was very satisfied with the outcome. Raphael was pleasant, detailed in explaining options, fast in working and thorough in his cleaning. I had numerous stains on the basement carpet from the previous owners so I didn't know what they were. Now they're all gone and my wife will be happy.

Description of Work: After a basement water leak eminating from the October storm affecting a small section of the basement, Express came in, dryed out the carpet and surrounding walls, replaced the carpet padding, replaced two water damaged/water logged closet doors, repaired and repainted sections of the basement molding, replaced and repainted interior closet wallboards and closet ceiling showing signs of mold, replaced sections of exterior wall insulation that had mold damage, and cleaned the water damaged basement carpeting. Also inspected the chimney to confirm the likely cause of the water entry.The work was done promptly, completely, and professionally.

Description of Work: I had a bedroom, hallway and stairs done. There was a stain in the hallway that they couldn't get completely out, but he explained how difficult it would be and I accepted that. It still looks a lot better than it did. A stain in the guest room was almost completely gone and it had been there for years! Looks so nice! They explained that it would take up to four hours to dry and they were right. He was also concerned about our safety and said to be careful when coming down the stairs -- I really appreciated that. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The carpet cleaners were very responsive to my particular problem--pet odor and stains.. One of the carpet cleaners was a co-owner and offered to come back out for free if the odor returned. They were able to get out stains that previous carpet cleaners had been unable to remove. They were very thorough and professional. The carpet looked great after they finished.

Description of Work: WOW is all I can say. SUPER professional, fast, and AWESOME job. My basement carpet was so gross, it now looks almost new. They also did both stairways and hall in basement. Shouki was a SUPER nice guy, if you ask for him, you will be very happy. No doubt next time I need carpet cleaning, they will be getting my business again!
