Description of Work: I contacted this company not long after hurricane Sandy as we found to have some leaks in the roof. No one answered the 301 area code number provided, but someone did the 703. I was told to fill out the information form and submit it. I did that and was actually contacted by same person that asked me to fill it out in the first place. While talking to me not 10 minutes after we hung up, he wasn't sure who I was. Okay, I can imagine they were busy. I was told that someone would come out and look at the roof, but did not need to come into the home..I thought that they advertised that they prefer to come in..I was also told I would receive an email by last Wednesday with their assessment. I have not received any word from them and I called someone else also recommended here on Angies List and I am going with them. They were professional, nice and gave me a quote with within the time frame they said they would
