Chris Onoffrey was a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly inspected my roof to identify the problem spots. His proposal was very detailed and he walked me through each item, patiently answering my questions. Each item of proposed work had a sound rationale- I never had any reason to suspect that he was trying to upsell me in any fashion. He is a "brass tax" guy who will tell you what he believes the problem to be and how he proposes fixing it. I had more questions between the date of the roof inspection and the date the work was set to begin. I emailed them to Chris and he promptly emailed and called me to answer them. The crew arrived on time and completed the work within the stated time frame. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and will use Complete Roofing again.

Chris Onoffrey and his team provided me with very courteous and professional service. As there was some delay on behalf of myself and the HOA in confirming the correct color of shingles to install. Once we got that out of the way, Chris sheduled the date and he and his team arrived a half an hour earlier and started the work. Throughout the work, Chris gave me very comprehensive explanations of what needed to be done and and how it was being done. I was not familiar with the tem 'ridge vent' however, but Chris explained its purpose to me and now I need not worry about installing the attic fan that I thought I would need to. The work was finished at the time specified, all old material was removed and cleanup was as if they'd never been there. Chris also left extra shingles in case any future repair is needed. Through every step of the process we are extremely pleased. Chris Onoffrey was both helpful and straightforward. The crew was extremely well-managed and all of the workers were attentive to their tasks. We were particularly impressed by the level of cleanup and the extra steps that were taken to put the surrounding yard in better shape than when the job began. Had a free roofing replacement estimate done. They were great to work with, sent someone out quickly and gave me a straight-forward proposal in less than a week.

Chris understood the urgency of the situtation and called me back ASAP to discuss the roof (on a Saturday...while at his kid's birthday party!). He came out quickly to provide a quote so that we could deal with the insurance company. We later found out his quote came in below the quote for the remodel company that the insurance company would have used. Chris hasn't done the repair yet but I am confident it will go well since the install six months ago was seamless. Chris takes pictures throughout the day so that you can monitor their progress. Even our neighbors were impressed with how quickly and efficiently he did the roof replacedment. I HIGHLY recommend Complete Roofing.

Needed a new roof because of damaged caused by a couple of Raccoons. Basically, my entire dealing with Complete Roofing Solutions has been wonderful. We dealt with Chris Onoffrey throughout the entire process and he and the entire installation team are true professionals. After research on Angie?s List, Complete Roofing Solutions was one of the vendors I called to get an estimate. Chris was out the next day to discuss our needs. We discussed some options and he even provided a sample board of the products that they would use. The sample board was great when going for approval from the HOA and Reston Association. After getting all of the quotes, Complete Roofing Solutions was the best in all areas, including quality of materials and price. They were running an Angie?s List special but we did not qualify because of the size of the roof but they did apply the same percentage of discount to us. That was very nice. Scheduling was easy once we got all of the approvals. Only delay was weather and we remained in email contact about the installation date. Received a reminder email the day before saying that they crew would arrive around 7:30am. Boy was Chris wrong; they were onsite and ready to start before 7am. We talked with the team lead about protecting plants and other stuff around the house which made me very happy. They moved and protected everything before starting right to work and even finished earlier than scheduled. Chris stopped by a couple of times to check on things and make sure I was happy. The clean-up was beyond great and the front and back yards are cleaner than before. Overall, I am beyond pleasured with the new roof and the job performed by Complete Roofing Solutions.

Mr. Chris Onoffrey, the estimator, arrived on time despite the rain. He examined my roof and discussed several options with me. True to his word, he delivered a written estimate via e-mail within one business day. Although the company's price was competitive, I decided to go with another company. However, I would like to be clear that my decision was not due to any fault of his or Complete Roofing. I found Mr. Onoffrey to be genuinely knowledgeable about the business and thoroughly professional in his demeanor. I have no problem recommending Complete Roofing Solutions to others.

Knowing we were going to need a new roof when we bought the house, I had solicited five bids from around February 2013 - March 2013. I was looking for quality, fair price, professional crew, active manager, and a highly rated company. Complete Roofing led by Chris Onoffrey (part owner) exceeded all expectations and delivered a first class job. 1) Chris at my request gladly came to do the estimate while I was home and he listened to my concerns about ventilation in the attic. Saturday was not a problem either. How some companies can give estimates without meeting with the homeowner is a mystery so those companies were not considered. Complete Roofing price came in at the middle of the spectrum. (No roofing companies seem to break out prices by labor, materials etc. which I contacted, but Chris when asked broke it down from the number quoted) 2) Chris says what he means and means what he says. He actually does care about each and every roof as I can attest to given he was on the job throughout the day making sure there were no hitches. He answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. 3) Complete Roofing at the estimate phase puts no pressure on me to sign a contract. He sent me the estimate and I took my time. When I had questions via e-mail, Chris promptly responded. 4) Complete Roofing uses quality products. I checked out the shingle Chris recommended, Certainteed Landmark. These are rated a best buy by Consumer Reports so they are using a quality product. 5) I asked Chris to do some things not in the estimate such as to use 30lbs felt rather than 15Ibs. No questions asked, he did it at no additional charge. I also asked him to install a weather vane and again he did this at no extra charge. He would have put up chimney rain caps had they fit; but the one's I purchased did not work. Complete Roofing goes the extra mile as you can see. 6) Complete Roofing did not request a deposit before the job--they trust the customer. 7) Complete Roofing's crew of workers are friendly, skilled, professional, and NOT DAY LABORERS. They took safety precautions for themselves and my family cleaning up nails and other debris. (One cannot expect every nail to be found but they did a great job) 8) Complete Roofing gives a warranty on labor that other contractors either do not offer or charge additionally for. 9) When Chris and I went up in the attic to check out the venting he saw that there was debris and had one of his crew clean it up. (I had laid down plastic having been forewarned, but Chris made sure it was cleaned up) 10) I have the confidence that when I have further questions or should a problem ever arise, Complete Roofing and Chris will be there. Overall, this is an honest company, hands on from one of the owners, and performs a quality job. If you are thinking about a new roof, do your due diligence, but be sure to include Complete Roofing in your estimate search. I would use them again, recommend them highly, and can say a one day roof is possible despite my initial doubt, but be sure you hire a company like this that was in no rush, had the appropriate man power, and has an on-site active owner. Thanks to Chris and his team for the fine work. I was happy I took the day off to see it for myself, but if you can't Chris will send you photos throughout the process.

Great experience--from first call to estimate to scheduling to day of! Chris walked us through the steps and kept us updated throughout the process. Replaced roof, gutters, some fascia and added a solar attic fan! Would definitely recommend!

I do not write reviews too often, but I was so impressed with the honesty of this company that I just had to take the time to write about them. We had four highly rated roofers give us estimates on our roof, and this company was the only one that let us know our roof was fine and needed no work. They saved us between $4700 and $8,000 that we could have spent otherwise. We could have easily been persuaded to do work, as this was our original roof. it just happens to be a type that is pretty much permanent. My contact at the company, Chris, could not have been nicer to deal with, and he actually educated me quite a bit about our roof. Needless to say I will call Complete Roofing Solutions for any work we may need in the future.

In this day and age of just getting by Chris Geoffrey and his crew did an outstanding job. I am very pleased. Thank you!

I can NOT say enough good things about the professionalism we experienced dealing with Chris and Complete Roofing Solutions. From my very first phone call, this was the ONLY roofing company where the person (Chris) who answered the phone actually gave me real information and listened to our situation, rather than simply saying someone would stop by in a few days to look at the roof. From the first phone call, I wanted to use CRS (I had researched extensively on Angie's List before calling them) and hoped their estimate would be close to the other two we got. It was pretty much the exact same amount, so I was thrilled. They were also the only company to include photos of our roof in their estimate, which was a nice visual as we have never been on our roof to see for ourselves. The biggest problem we presented to CRS was that we needed the roof done immediately as we were listing our house for sale, and needed the roof completed in under a week. This timeline was even more tight given the poor weather all that week, leaving only one or two days for install. Chris said they could do it, and I trusted him based on our phone conversations and his knowledge and willingness to talk to me. Chris kept us in the loop leading up to install, streamlined the process for us immensely, and was easy to reach via email or phone. When we called, we got him, not an operator or receptionist. I was so worried even though they told us what we wanted to hear on the install date, that something would come up and they would need to postpone for a couple days, which we did not have. Well, they showed up on time, on the day he promised. We were charged EXACTLY what he estimated, not a penny more. I could go on and on. Even better, we were out of town when they got started and Chris emailed us pictures of our roof off our house, which was fun to see and was over and above our expectations. When we arrived at the house later that day, it looked incredible. The guys working on the roof were friendly and working h****** a freezing cold day. They cleaned up spotlessly-(even cleaning up pieces of our neighbors roof that their roofers left stuck in our bushes/lawn a month or so ago when they replaced their roof!). Our neighbors have commented how great our house looks, and we are so impressed. The entire process could not have been less stressful thanks to Chris and Complete Roofing Solutions! Chris even told us to have the buyers of our house contact him any time they have something installed on the roof (such as a satellite dish) so they can inspect the work to make sure the roof is ok. I thought that was an incredibly professional offer and shows he will stand by their work. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Great experience! There was a problem with coordination and contact, but that's because the email they had for me was incorrect. Once everything was sorted out, they provided me a timely estimate. Work was completed without us having to be home. Once on the sight, they emailed me to let me know they were fixing the house. Once the work was complete they sent me pictures of in progress fixing of our roof. Painless and what I assume is a good price. I didn't have other estimates from different companies since I relied on the advice from fellow Angie's listers. For future work, if I ever need it, I'm sticking with Compete Roofing Solutions and recommending to my friends in the area. Just make sure they have your email right!

As mentioned above, overall the experience was good and I would recommend this company for roof replacement. I gave the overall rating a B because it wasn't the best or worst experience I've had with a service company. It could have been better, but it DEFINITELY could have been worse.

It went really well and they were super responsive. I used the initial deal for a sealant inspection.

I initially booked the provider. He made an appointment and called me from my home to inform me that he was onsite and would be giving me an estimate of my roof. There was a lack of communication after this call; I did not hear from the roofing company. I did not call the company and inadvertently put an initial F as a rating for service of this provider without communicating my concern to him. When I did reach the provider, I found him to be very professional and committed, and we have resolved all outstanding issues. I plan to engage him in the near future.

I'm not sure what was done for the money I paid. The owner was very responsive regarding setting up the appointment. I did not receive any feedback after the appointment. A week later I reached out for feedback and again Chris was very responsive; however, I had to reach out in order to get feedback. All he said is the roof looked good.

During Hurricane Sandy we noticed that our roof was leaking. We have been in the house for only a few years but were under the impression that the roof was relatively new (less than 10 years). We called six or seven different roofing companies trying to find one to give us a quote but because of the storm many could not make it out to our house. Chris, the owner, got out to our house within a week. He called me as he was leaving to explain that the roof was improperly installed, details as to what was improper and leaking, and his recommendation that we install a new roof. I had seen an Angie's List coupon for a new roof for $6500. He could have easily said that the work falls within the scope of the coupon and quoted me that, but instead he gave me a detailed quote for less. That gave me confidence that he was being honest with me. Ultimately, we used Chris because he came in the cheaper than other roofers, but also because the shingles he uses have a 50 year lifetime warranty (longer than other shingles that we were quoted for more money) and he also warranted the work of his team for two years! The day the work was performed Chris emailed me pictures throughout the day and met with me after to walk around the house and make sure everything was to my liking. It was. We could not be happier. I highly recommend Complete.

We had noticed a small leak near a skylight and after the first two quotes from other roofers came back with the suggestion that our skylights needed to be replaced Chris came back and said that there was nothing wrong with the skylights and that they were simply installed and flashed incorrectly. For less than the cost to replace one sklylight and roof fix Chris was able to correct all sklylights and other minor roof repairs we needed. His honest assessment saved us from spending several thousand dollars more than necessary. After Several months, many heavy storms and Hurricane Sandy I am happy to say that we have not had any issues since the repair. I would recommend Chris and Complete to anyone that needed roof work and he will be the first person I call again next time we need any roof work.

Chris Onoffrey contacted me a day or two after I purchased the big deal and set up an appointment. He arrived promptly. All services were within the terms of the big deal so there was no additional charge. He also identified a problem with my chimney, explained that it needed to be addressed by a mason, the consequences of not addressing the issue.
