Chris is a laid back and personable guy who seems to really know what he is doing. We had a bit of a unique situation that he dealt with professionally and without any drama. His team worked hard (on a hot day) and their work looks good (as far as I can tell). We discussed the job at length and Chris was thoughtful about how to he went about replacing my roof and did it on the exact date I wanted him to. They made a huge mess in my backyard that they cleaned up in less than an hour. So far no issues with their work. Solid company, would definitely recommend.

Chris and his team were punctual, efficient and did a very good job. He arrived promptly and finished the job within a day, keeping me updated on how the progress was going, including emailing me pictures of the installation. Absolutely no complaints, and would 100% use them in the future. Very satisfied!

After initial difficulty attempting to contact the provider, Chris, the owner contacted me by email and was extremely responsive thereafter. A crew was promptly dispatched to evaluate and photograph the areas needing repairs, and Chris had an estimate, with the digital photos, in my hands a day later. The work was then completed at a satisfactory agreed price and earlier than the original schedule. Perhaps a technological problem or other difficulty impeded our initial communications, because that seemed very out of character with Chris' subsequent responsiveness and good nature. I appreciate good work, and these folks are thorough and provide by contract that they stand behind their work.

I think they did a great job. They were very punctual and were great with communication. The owner's name was Chris and he contacted me promptly and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and did the maintenance in a short period of time. He gave me an overview of what they did on my roof. They seemed very professional and had a deep understanding of what they were doing.

Every contact I had with the company was a good one. From the owner to the installation crew, Complete Roofing Solutions was professional and a pleasure to work with. Before installation, the details of the install were clearly described. The installation crew onsite was neat and cleaned up all debris at the conclusion of their work. The project was completed ahead of the estimated schedule and it was completed on budget. The owner even emailed me detailed photos of the completed roof installation for my review. I highly recommend Complete Roofing Solutions for replacement and repairs of a roof - flat or pitched.

I called the phone number provided on Angie's List. The person who answered asked that I go online to request a free estimate and provide my contact information. I received a email on July 8, 2014 stating that "we will put you on the schedule to have this looked at and call prior to sending out a tech". I did not receive a call but received another email on July 9, 2014 with a quote and pictures of my roof. The picture were obviously taken from my backyard. This is important for a few reasons: 1. I did not give them permission to entemy yard 2. They failed to secure the gate so my dog escaped from the yard. ( Much to my relief, my dog was found around 9PM that night) I sent a reply to the email on July 11, 2014 and received a phone call right away from Chris saying he was sorry and he offered to do anything to make it right. I'm just not sure how you make something like this right. I'm often reminded that many businesses provide the same type of services, the best pay attention to the small details. I'm choosing not to do business with Complete Roofing.

It was good. Everything was exceptionally well. They were quick. They did everything they said they were gonna do. They were timely and easy to communicate with. There was nothing bad. The price seemed fine.

Chris from Complete Roofing Solutions went out of his way to arrive earlier than our arranged time to accommodate my request. He inspected the problem and reported that everything was fine, and did not charge me for his time. Chris was extremely professional and I would recommend him and his company highly

Chris from Complete Roofing Solutions was extremely helpful. He was always available to speak on the phone and answer any questions I had. After he performed an estimate and we confirmed that we would, in fact, like to work with him, he went out of his way to fix the leaks earlier than expected before another incoming rain storm.

Complete Roofing Solutions provided fantastic service, absolutely wonderful service. We had all kinds of wire interruptions and he still got it done ahead of his originally projected schedule. We got a discount of 15%, it was an extremely good deal. Very professional work. The reason that I went with him was first of all the guarantee what I have got that is better than the others, the quality of the materials that he was putting in were better than others because I researched those, most important to me is he is using employees and not just random contractors that he picks up from somewhere. It is a different class of professionalism, the guy absolutely knows his stuff and so his people.

They repaired the roof, and we've had no problems since then.

They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Complete Roofing Solutions is the exception to this rule. I have had the pleasure (or in some cases displeasure) of working with several contractors in the DC metro area. Chris Onoffrey and his crew are by far the best I have ever come across. Chris came out himself to give us an estimate on the project, and right away it was clear he knew exactly what he was talking about. In addition to his obvious expertise, he was also professional, courteous, and patient with our questions and concerns. He was also incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the contract process. He never tried to sell us on anything unnecessary or "extra," and quoted us a price that was significantly lower than any of the other bids we received. On the day of the project, Chris showed up with his crew. He managed the (admittedly small) project personally, and it was an absolute joy to watch his hands-on approach and thorough supervision/instruction. The smallest details did not escape him, and he even fixed what other contractors had done poorly. It is clear how much pride Chris takes in his work; he truly goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done to his own extremely high standards. My only gripe is that he only does roofing- I would LOVE to hire him to do everything in my house! Working with Chris was an absolute dream, and I would emphatically recommend him to anyone with roofing needs!

I was extremely happy with them because the roof looks very good.. They were supposed to do the work over the winter so when they failed to come, they contacted me to say that they had to reschedule. I appreciated their professionalism, the speed of the work when they were finally able weather wise to do it and the price was good too. I was just very impressed with the contact I had with Chris and his coming to the job site at the beginning and at the end. He also gave me some tips concerning some things I was working on. He was just very helpful and friendly.

I was more than satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and materials used in the project. It was a joy to work with Chris after the song and dance put on by salesmen from several other contractors. We had a problem with two leaks from our twenty year old roof. I have waited till now after the rain over the weekend of March 29th & 30th to post my review. The new roof preformed wonderfully without a hint of leakage. I am quite confident it will preform as well for many years to come. Complete Roofing Solutions has it all professionalism, quality and warranty. Several emails and calls to complete the estimate. 3 weeks from contract signature the workers came and completed the job in 1 day. They did a great job of removing all old roofing materials. They repaired one panel of plywood, included in the estimate and installed new vents, flashing and shingles.

I had some initial misgivings about how the roof cap shingles were placed, but Chris Onofree made a special return visit to show me that the installation was correct. As to the initial work, it was done in one day (with a crew of eight); cleanup on the next day was very thorough. My assessment is that the cost of the work was fair, with a substantially lower quote than from another high quality roofer. It may have been higher than for a bargain basement job, but we wanted the absolutely best shingles available (instead of replacing with new slate, which would have been extremely expensive).

Chris was great to work with on the project. Team was efficient and great during the two days.

Arrived promptly (thanks to the weather for finally cooperating--due to the weather delays happened but Chris was always good with the communications so I was kept up to date with when they would be coming), set to work and did a good job and cleanup. Chris came to review the job and was helpful to this renovating home-owner with information about the roof and contact info if there are any problems (as well as some suggestions on DIY job I am about to start). The quality of the materials used and the speed and thoroughness of the working crew really impressed me and we really like to look the architectural shingles give to this almost-100 year old house. The roof is NOT leaking anymore! They were punctual and did exactly what they quoted me for. The supervisor, Chris, was great to work with! He told me if I see any issues at all to call him immediately. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend this company!

Chris called to make sure he knew he hadn't forgotten me. The weather prevented me for 6 weeks. He kept in touch. My home is over 50 years old and it has an attached carport. He called me the day they came to roof, the carport was put in with the roof pitched differently than the house. He made 2 separate roofing, left narrow strip of siding. I was having siding done and they talked together to come to an agreement. I couldn't decide which colors so he brought me an entire section so I could see a big splotch. All my neighbors love it ! It was extremely helpful, clean very nice and all his workmen are nice! They are very punctual and professional. They made sure there was no debris in my yard for my dogs. He kept in touch for so long it was great! His price is superb. I really like he was willing to talk to my siding company.

First, I have to say I am a Nervous Nellie when it comes to major projects at my home. Even when previously performing due diligence in the past (checking references, BBB, etc...), I've still managed to have some truly horrific experiences. I partly joined Angie's List as one extra layer of reference vetting. I'm glad I did. Complete Roofing Solutions was referred to me through a friend that had used their services for their own home. I tried to only call companies vetted through people I already knew. Within a couple of days, I had someone out to measure for an estimate and a proposal in hand soon after. I received four estimates and Complete Roofing Solutions was in the middle cost-wise but as a bit of an obsessive researcher, I knew the value for the materials being used (Certainteed Landmark shingles) was quite good and a Consumer Reports Best Buy. Then add the Angie's List discount and Complete, both from a materials and financial perspective, was very competitive. However, that is not the only reason to go with Complete. As I mentioned before, I was nervous about the process, expecting SOMETHING to go wrong. Chris at Complete reassured me along the way and guaranteed I'd be satisfied. My only critiques of the process are very small. The estimate wasn't as detailed as some of the others I received but when I asked for clarification on things (like does this include new flashing, etc...), Chris was quick to answer any question. I chalk this up to the company being very busy and them wanting to get the estimates out quickly. There was a 2-3 week wait to start projects because of their current case load at the time. Clearly, they're popular. Once the project was finished, there were a couple of small cosmetic issues and clean up issues and they returned the very next day to fix to my satisfaction. Chris then allowed a few days to "sit with it" and be sure I was happy with it before accepting final payment. I think that is the best part about working with this company. They don't want to just put a roof on your house. They want you to LOVE the roof on your house. And they clearly take pride in making their customers happy. I'm getting compliments on my house from people driving down my street. Frankly, I'm still in shock that it was so easy. I wish I would have stressed much less. I also wish they did bathroom remodels...

After major rains I discovered several leaks in the roof and loose shingles. I looked for roofers on Angie's list and found Complete roofing solutions and based on the reviews and outline of services, I scheduled an appointment. The company rep. came out a little before the time scheduled and met with me. I explained the problem area and he got up on the roof and did a thorough inspection of the whole roof. I feared they would want to sell me a whole roof but he said my roof was in good shape except for the area I found problems and a couple of other places that had loose shingles and nails and loose or damged flashing. Within a couple of hours I had received a proposal through email and immediately called and agreed to the work and set up a date for the next week. The following day they called back and told me they had a cancellation and could do the work the next day. Of course, I was happy for the earlier day. The crew arrived before the scheduled time and lead by the same rep who inspected the roff began work right away. They replaced flashings, and a section of shingles and explained what they found and what they were doing as the work went on. They worked efficiently, professionally and completed the work in about four hours. They thoroughly cleaned up on the roof and around the property. Great service, great communication and very pleased with the whole experience with them.

Workers arrived on time. Were courteous. Did quality work on time and at estimated cost. Was easy to work with and keep me informed of all decisions and progress. A really good roofing contractor.

What incredible service! Chris did an outstanding job. The inspection, choice of roof shingles, and scheduling were handled smoothly, with excellent communication. His team even replaced the porch roof in addition to the main house, and we had not expected it. Completely cleaned up after the work; arrived on time and finished within a day.
