For better grade shingles and exact same materials, the cost was lower than all (4) quotes I received from other companies. Unlike all other companies, this company did not insist on sending a sale person to meet with me before submitting a proposal. All my questions were promptly answered via e-mail or phone. The manager met with me before starting the work to confirm the work scope, the material and the schedule. They completed the work in 1 day and did a great job cleaning. This company did not request down payment. Full payment was made after the job is completed and the manager made sure I was completely satisfied. Great customer service. Highly recommended. The warranty was better than all other companies

Chris, the owner, was very responsive and came on-site to supervise the inspection and repairs. He took an interest in the job and communicated very well. I would not hesitate to use him again.

After $13,000 and four attempts, water still comes in--way more and in significantly more places than when he started. When I called to let him know it was still leaking he said "I wash my hands of this." After having paid the money and now having my roof WORSE than when he started I then said, "Then I will have to give you a bad review on Angie's List." He then--out of nowhere--threatened to put a lean on my house and sue me. Then he told me I was bad at what I do for a living. It landed to me as bullying and incompetence masked by trying to intimidate. He kept saying the water I was collecting in my attic was from below -- that it wasn't the roof. And I said "you mean you are telling me the water crawls up the walls, then jumps up and then back into these buckets in the attic." His reply? "Yes, that is what I'm saying." I then hired two different Angie's list roofers to come assess his work and they both concurred that his work was "sloppy", "not even close", "completely incompetent", and that "he majorly screwed up"--AND it would have to be redone at the cost of almost $10,000. Even the pest control guy looked up at my roof and said "whoever did that work was sure in a hurry--it looks shoddy." The water that came in AFTER he fixed my roof damaged our ceiling, floors, neighbor's ceiling, and our carpet. The last rain we had (after paying $13,000) I collected over 2 gallons of water in our attic. To be fair, I think he was well intentioned and was trying to save me money (although I NEVER asked for the "half-assed job that won't work"), and the flat part of my roof seems to be fine. But I trusted him as a professional and he gave me horrible advice and did work that didn't solve the problem AND then insulted me and threatened me when I said I'd give him a bad review. And these were the big problems -- there were may other smaller ones. Like every time I called to let him know it was still leaking he'd say "EVERY customer that calls me has a leak" (like "get in line lady"). Do not use.

I contacted Complete Roofing Solutions and they sent out a tech to estimate what was needed to repair my leaky roof. The tech was able to give me an estimate on what was needed without actually going onto the roof. He showed me what the problems were and why the leak was occurring. The service tech explained what was needed and advised which service plan would address my needs. I ordered the Roof Inspection and Tune-Up deal through Angie's List for $275. Prior to ordering the service I spoke with Chris and he advised that the work date may be pushed back due to the heavy rains expected over the next few days. I advised him that i understood and that it wouldn't be a problem. The work was performed about 10 days after the order. The work seems to have been done well and I have no complaints with the service. My only issue is that I was not notified that the work had been completed and had to contact them to get the results and photos of the completed work. To his credit Chris had attempted to reach me through my Angie's List inbox but I don't check that regularly. I had expected some type of paperwork to have been left on-site or emailed to me once the work had been completed. I spoke with Chris and he was able to email me the photos as well as what they did to complete the repairs. All in all the price was fair and the work appears to have been done well so I would use them again in the future

The technician arrived on time to inspect the roof. He located the source of the leak, and repaired it the same day. He also recommended some preventive measures that we scheduled. They are very good roofers.

Just what I needed. Took advantage of the package to seal around the roof vents. Remediated issue necessary to satisfy pre-sale inspection.

Chris was great to work with. Before I signed the contract I had some questions I wanted to cover. He spoke with me on the phone several times, researched answers to my questions, and answered everything so I was confident we were getting the product and service I wanted. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and all the trash (the old roof) was completely removed from my property. The workers were polite and Chris checked in on the job throughout the day. Quick, easy and painless. They set up a date with me, came and took care of things. I didn't have to be home, which was great because my work is busy. They took photos of everything and emailed me shortly with their findings. I was relieved that the roof was in good shape, because I thought I'd have to replace the entire roof due to some leakage. They fixed a few nail pops and sealed the flashing. Then we had those torrential rains, again and again and again. I was noticing some puddles on my basement floor under the vent stack. I wasn't sure if the roof were leaking, or the flashing around the stack. They came and took another look, and found an issue with the stack itself, not the roof. They still took care of it, and gave me some great advice on maintenance. They were super nice, professional, responsive, and kind. Their honesty and kindness saved me replacing the entire roof and still having some issues. I can't recommend them enough.

I purchased a generic roof inspection, but knew I needed to have a boot replaced due to a failing home inspection. Chris was very responsive and worked with me on the price to get it done in a timely manner before closing. The guys came out and replaced the boot and send me an "After" picture that I could show the new owners. There was no attempt to try to up-sell me on a bunch of stuff, which I greatly appreciated! I would definitely use them again!

Chris from Complete Roofing Solutions called me within a day of my request for an estimate. He was professional and polite asking questions to determine the damage on the roof. It appears the company sends work crews out each day for jobs and estimates. If you need something done urgently, call Complete Roofing early and it would help to answer the phone when they return the call. I signed the work contract Thursday midday. The roof was repaired by the time I arrived home Friday afternoon. The company did a great job matching the shingle colors. Complete Roofing even provided before and after pictures, which was appreciated. It provided me extra assurance the work was completed. It was a job well done. I?d like to mention that Complete Roofing left me with a very good impression. They did not try to up sell me with additional work items. The payment terms were straight forward. I did get estimates from numerous of other companies and I?m glad I decided on Complete Roofing Solutions.

My earlier review for this company trying to arrange an estimate was not good. At their request, I gave them a second chance and boy am I glad I did. They were on time, professional, reasonably priced and considerate. We had some issues getting started (one miscommunication about and appointment and trouble setting up a follow-on), but once we got on track these folks were a joy to deal with. Once I saw the damage uncovered during roof replacement, I sure was glad I followed their advice to do a whole roof replacement vice a repair ... they were not just trying to upsell me, but truly giving me the best advise based on their professional knowledge. I would definitely recommend (and have recommeneded) Complete Roofing Solutions to my friends!

Chris Onoffrey came to inspect the job and give me an estimate within 24 hours of my initial call. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and the price was very competitive. The work was scheduled and completed at the first opportunity for two days of dry weather. The crew was courteous and professional and Chris made sure he inspected the finished job with me to explain what was done and what to do for on-going maintenance. I'd definitely use them again.

It went well. The roof looks great. Chris kindly replaced the roofing over the fireplaces too for free! Great job, roof looks great.

Said that they do not service the area that I am located in.

They did a good job. They set the schedule and tried to reschedule but they did keep the original schedule. They had to tear the entire roof off and replace some of the plywood. I'm happy with the job.

Easily the best roofing experience in thirty years. My house is a flat-roof, California style contemporary with not-so-good engineering history. Chris suggested NOT replacing my roof (one company wanted $57,000 and said we needed a new roof) but that he would repair it and monitor the condition for the next few years to determine if we needed to replace it then...at half the estimated cost of the above-mentioned company. A smart, responsible roofing/construction expert with good crews and a great work ethic.

Chris and his crew were great. Chris was very responsive and provided me with color options as well as his recommendation, which was helpful. I had tree cut down a few days after roof was completed and Chris came by on his own to make sure the tree cutting didn't impact my new roof.

I changed my mind and cancelled the deal. They were very understanding and professional.

UPDATE: After this review I can provide the following updates. (1) The work that was done held up pretty well and we didn't have any roof leaks going on one year. (2) Chris was more responsive when I needed a copy of the write-up he did for the sale of my home. Given these developments, I would be comfortable using this company in the future. I've given the provider an overall rating of C (Fair), not bad, but fair. I felt like the provider was somewhat complacent since the services were prepaid through the purchase of the Big Deal. Not rude or incompetent, just not confidence inspiring or very professional in my estimation. I'm not really that demanding either. Mainly, I had to squeeze a response out of him and he wasn't very good at communicating. There was an initial mix up with the work date (I read an e-mail as if they were coming out on a particular day and he wrote it to mean they would call to schedule something for the following week on that day). Fair enough, reasonable minds can differ on how to read something sometimes. The main issue was that I had asked for pictures a few times before and asked them to call me before they came out so I could discuss some roof issues, but none of that materialized. I didn't even get a call confirming they had done the job after they came out (since they don't require you to be there beforehand and didn't confirm they were coming until early morning the day of). I had to call them in the evening and wait a while to get a brief report without pictures of the work completed. My bottom line is I think there must be better and worse roofers out there. I bet Chris would fall in the "better" column if you can arrange it so that he gets paid after the work is done rather than before.
