Description of Work: I asked this company for a quote on roof repair. I'd gotten specific direction from my insurance company on what needed to be fixed as they had inspected the roof a few days prior. I asked complete roofing for a quote specifically on what the insurance company told me. complete roofing came out when I was away - which was great actually - reviewed the roof and came back with a quote for what I asked AND reflective coating on top of the roof. I told them I didn't want reflective coating and asked for a quote without it - and they refused, somewhat rudely in my opinion. | |Beyond the fact that I specifically requested a different service, and that was based on a competent and ultimately financially responsible entity's recommendation, it struck me as an egregious attempt of an upsell. Further upon doing additional research, the reflective coating - while maybe having some marginal impact on reducing leaking (the problem at hand), reflective coating's design is to reduce the temperature inside the home... which is something I ABSOLUTELY don't want (which is unusual in the DC Area, but still it's my house, and I would expect complete information about the impact of any service done to my home by the service provider and that was sorely lacking.)

Description of Work: Flat roof inspection and minor maintenance. Appointment was scheduled for a Friday and it was supposed to rain that day so they called me and moved my appointment up to Thursday. This worked out well because my wife was home and they beat the rain.

Description of Work: My roof repairs were completed and I am greatly satisfied with the services they performed. Chris was courteous and patiently explained what needed to be done and why. To date, I have not seen any fallen roof shingles, my gutters were cleared and minor repairs made - all things were expertly done. I will gladly contact the company again if again necessary. Description of Work: The contractor inspected my roof and repaired the flashing against my chimney. I assume he did a good job, but I haven't climbed up there to inspect.

Description of Work: I spoke with the owner and he told me to request a refund, because the fine print that I had misunderstood meant that the deal did not cover the work that I needed done.

Description of Work: Chris Onofrey at Complete was really awesome. He gave not only his company guaranty that they would make sure the roof was free from leaks, but also his personal guaranty. After investigating why we still had a problem, he was able to prove that it was the neighbor's roof that was unbelievably the problem (a business town home arrangement). "We're going to stop the leak even if we have to replace the neighbors roof!" he promised. These guys are incredible.

Description of Work: We got several quotes for our roof, one from this company. They called back quickly to set up an appointment but when we had to reschedule they were much slower to call back and we have yet to have them come out.
