When our screen porch developed a leak, we called several well-reviewed roofers from Angie's List. Complete Roofing was most responsive and its price was the best. Chris Onofrey worked with us to select roof color (including making recommendations and accepting a last-minute change with ease), schedule the job around our schedule and the weather (including monitoring forecast to slip the job in between forecast showers). When the crew got the old roof off, they discovered that the original roof was installed incorrectly and the skylights were never flashed. This meant the job took longer and required more supplies than foreseen, including replacing the caulking around the plastic domes on each skylight (not really a roofing job). The company finished the job promptly, cleaned up perfectly, and the roof looks great. Had a heavy rain last night, and NO LEAKS! Despite the additional labor and materials, Complete Roofing honored its original estimate. We couldn't be happier.

Chris came to provide us with an estimate on the replacement of our roof. a few days later he followed up with us to see how he could assist us. He explained to us what we needed and made some recommendations. When we were ready to get the work done he followed up throughout and the night before provided a time they would arrive and the crew came to the house on time. We thought the work would take longer but they were done sooner. He sent me pictures thoughout the day to keep me posted on their progress. The day after he checked in with us to get our feedback and make sure we we still okay with the work. We are satisfy with our new roof and would used them again.

We couldn't be more pleased with our roof, or with Complete Roofing Solutions. Chris came over for the initial meeting during near monsoon conditions to find us strategically placing bowls and buckets in our living room to catch the rain. He helped us poke holes in the ceiling to direct the water into a few strategic places. Complete Roofing quickly after the rain stopped sent over a technician to do the estimate and came in with the lowest price. Less than a week later, they were on the roof installing. They are the utmost professionals, both Chris and his crew. My roof is beautiful and perfectly installed. The crew were incredibly fast yet thorough perfectionists. I am fairly certain they ran the magnet over our yard at least 100 times. They really were phenomenal and I can't sing their praises highly enough. We are so grateful for the kindness, speed, and perfectionism, as we now have pride in our home instead of a drippy eyesore of a roof.

I contacted Complete Roofing and two other companies I found through Angie's list for my roof replacement. Complete Roofing's estimate came out to be the lowest. Chris was very professional and punctual from the day one to the completion of the job. He e-mailed me the pictures and kept me up to date with the status of the installation. He was very cooperating and tired to accommodate all our needs. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company for roofing.

This is a great company. They are capable, friendly, responsive, punctual. Chris went out of his way to see that everything went smoothly and even spent a considerable amount of time working with the solar company who will be installing solar panels on the new roof to ensure that they do not damage the integrity of the new roof. This was a very large roof and they completed the job in three days and left everything clean and neat.

Went fine. I've already recommended Complete Roofing Solutions to my neighbor. They came on time, finished on time, & cleaned up thoroughly. Chris Onoffrey met with me & also proposed a solar attic fan, which I thought was a good idea. And he readily agreed to install one I purchased rather than to go with his offered brand. He was responsive to my (emailed) questions about the fan & other aspects of the job. It's a townhouse, so for them it's a "small" job, but I felt I got as much attention as anyone else would. Chris was here for a couple of hours when they started & returned often during the day. For anyone living with a Homeowners' Association: Chris is well experienced with that process & had no problem leaving a roofing-shingle sample board with me until the HOA committee met, a couple of weeks later, and approved the color I had chosen. It's not likely I'll ever have another roof to replace but, if I do, I'd be happy to call Complete Roofing again.

We had a great experience with Chris from start to finish. He was very responsive and walked us through the process, and sent pictures along the way. We are very pleased with the end result.

I liked the fact that Chris was very responsive; he was probably the first one to respond. He came to give the estimate within a day or so after I called him. He was very personable, and he communicated well. I think the estimated price was around $12000. Chris may still do the work for me. I haven’t had the work done yet because first I had to deal with my insurance company and it took them a long time and then they wrote out a check in the bank and now I have to deal with my bank, so the process is taking some time.

They seemed very nice, but the first guy who came wasn't actually there to give the estimate. He didn't even bring a ladder. When I first called, I was under the impression that I had made an appointment for a technician to come and make an estimate, but it was really a meet and greet. The guy actually getting on the roof, measuring, and presumably making the actual estimate did not come until several days later. When Chris came for the initial appointment, he did explain this and indicated that I should have a proposal within four or five days. I did not actually recieve an estimate. I felt like my time had been wasted. UPDATE: Chris was kind enough to give me a call today. It seems that my estimate was sent to another customer with a similar name. He was extremely apologetic and I believe very sincere. However, another company I worked with called me while sending the proposal via email to ensure reciept. I realize not every small business will have the resources to do this, but it is a small gesture that could have prevented this miscommunication. The unfortunate part is that Complete's estimate was very reasonable, and if I had recieved it a week ago I almost certainly would have gone with this company. Given how above and beyond Chris went to show me that this was an anomaly, I might still have decided to work with Complete even now if I had not already accepted a competitor's proposal.

We had some damage from the derecho in June. Chris was able to come out a provide an estimate the following week. The quote was fair and all inclusive. We also took the opportunity to have an attic fan installed, Chris walked me through the options and we went with a solar fan. The day before installation Chris came by so we could make a shingle choice. I had recently noticed that one of our upstairs bathrooms was not venting correctly to the outside. I asked if he could also install an exhaust while the crew was on the roof. He provided fair price. Day of work, the crew showed up on time and worked all day. Chris was there for most of it, supervising and ensuring all nails and other debris were removed from the property. All in all a pleasant experience, highly recommended.

Chris walked me through every step of the way, emailed pictures during the repair, and accepted my credit card over the phone; all important things for a remote, absentee landlord.

They did a great job and did wonderful clean up dunngone of the hottest days of the year. Chris on offresy (sales rep) was helpful and great to work with from start to finish.

So far we are happy and have no water problems.

I met with Chris Onnoffrey twice and he guided me through the entire project and he was very knowledgable about the different styles and designs. The crew came in on Tuesday morning and finished the project in one day. During the day, Chris updated me on the status of the project by emailing me pictures. I met with him on 4pm that same day and inspected their work. We went up on the roof and he showed me every little detail of their work. The left my home spotless and I am very satisfied with Chris's and the crew's level of professionalism and workstyle. I can highly recommend the company.

They finished the project in two days and worked nine hour days. Those guys work entirely too hard, but were perfectionist throughout the entire job and left it completely spotless.

We needed to have our entire roof membrane removed and it caused an amazing amount of debris. The guys were great and contained everything very well. I am very pleased with them and would certainly use Complete Roofing Solutions again.

The men were very efficient and clean. The job took two full days and we had three men the first day and two the second. We choose them primarily due to the sign that we saw and my neighbor had really good things to say. Chris Onoffrey is their lead estimator and he came out to discuss options. We were later presented with a contract and it went off without a hitch.

We called, they came, they conquered. We had 5 or so different companies bid on our job. We chose Complete Roofing Solutions based on reviews. We also called customers that they had recently worked with--it was a large job, and we wanted to be sure! Chris walked us through step by step, and he showed us a plan. We reviewed our options for materials, and he explained the pro's and con's of each option. They arrived as scheduled, and they left with their debris--the only thing left behind was a beautiful new roof/gutters!
