They did a great job. We had some really bad carpets. He was originally scheduled for the 23rd but because of my moving, he rescheduled and was flexible. He did not get upset. His prices were fantastic. He came and did the job and I was amazed at his work. I have recommended him to people.

Jon did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning the carpets in our soon to be "new" home. He was even able to get up a stain that my mother-in-law had worked on for years and had given up because it just wouldn't come out. We were all very impressed with how great the carpets looked after being cleaned and would definitely hire COIT Cleaning and Restoration Services again.

Our carpets and chairs smelled of cat urine (one of the most disagreeable and hard to remove smells that exist). After he was finished the house smelled clean. After 2 months, the areas cleaned still smell great. He also cleaned the tile grout in the areas mentioned above. The grout had not been professionally cleaned in 12 years. It now looks as good as new. Plus the cost of the cleaning was far under other estimates we received. He came on the day before a holiday (July 4) was there on time and was very quick and thorough in the work performed.

They did a fantastic job. My drapes were filthy because they had not been cleaned in a longtime. They gave me a 40% discount for this service. They did not take them down but rather cleaned them in place. They are one of the few who would do that. When they were here, I asked them to do a couple of other things for me and they were willing to help me out. The price was just wonderful.

The technicians were quick and efficient. They informed us of a special for 40% cleaning any additional areas in case we were interested, and they did not attempt to sell us anything else. We did ask them to clean one hallway for an extra charge, and there were no issues accommodating that. The appointment went quickly, and they cleaned up well afterward. I would certainly consider them again.

They did a great job. I went with them because their pricing was very competitive. The carpets were a bit damp after the service was done so I tried to stay off of them but it was not a problem.

The service turned out good. There were a few stains that came out during the cleaning but that came back a few days later. During the tile cleaning the baseboards got a little wet from the high pressure steam, the baseboards bubbled up because they were not of high quality so I had to paint over them a little bit. Scheduling was fast, they were able to get us an appointment within a week of our call. Two technicians came to the house for the service, it took them a few hours to complete.

Scheduling was very convenient. This was my first time using them and the service turned out fine. I had a coupon for the service and the pricing was very reasonable.

They did a good job. After they clean the carpets I try to stay off of them for about six hours but it is ok to walk on them. I always call them when I need my carpets cleaned. I have used their services three times. Scheduling is easy; I send an email to Jon the owner who responds quickly to me.

This was my first time using their service and they were awesome. Scheduling worked out well, I was impressed with how quickly they could get me an appointment. After he put on the wet wash he informed me to wait a few hours before I walked on the carpets. He said the carpets would be damp and would be fully dry in 2-3 days which they were.

He was very good. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

The carpet was like new. We had some concerns because the previous owners had cats, and had clearly never gotten the carpet done. There is no evidence that cats have ever lived here, and the carpet feels great. This is also the second time we've used coit, and they were great last time as well at getting up messes that our dog had left behind.

Very professional and honest business. Very rare to have someone tell you the truth and not take your money now a days. We will definitely use Coit in the future once we get our mold problem resolved!

The entire process of working with Coit Services was easy and pleasant from our first contact with the manager, getting the price quote for the job, to the reminder call from the technician the day before the work was done, to the call about half an hour before arrival at our house to let us know he was on the way, to working with the technician till he finished the job and left. And they had no products to try to sell to us!

My carpet was like new after COIT was done. The carpet stayed that way for months. Prior to using COIT I used other carpet cleaning company and after they were done the stains in the carpet came back almost immediately. I'll only use COIT cleaning in the future. They were professional, on time and price is reasonable.
