Very prompt and very pleased with the service.

Very fast and carpet cleaned thoroughly. Put away things we had on the floor. Basement had not been vacumned and dusted inside cabinets and corners for years.

It went very well. Mr. Knosp called ahead to confirm his arrival. He got right to work and was pleasant and professional. His price was clearly the most reasonable that we found for the work that was required.

Great. Jon came out with a van containing a large, vacuuming machine and he quickly ran a hose downstairs, spread a cleaning chemical and used this very powerful and effective system to take his time and carefully vacuum the carpet. He is nice person and said that he likes to keep his business small. That's fine with me because he's our cleaner from now on. And I really feel that a homeowner needs a major vacuuming power like his truck vacuum to do a good job. We've had some awful cleaning crews with insignificant equipment in the past, so he is So Welcome.

It went great. The rugs and carpet runners look wonderful. Jon was great. I would definitely hire him again and I would recommend him. I have some blinds that I wondered about having cleaned and he told me what it would cost to do so and told me that I'd probably be better off simply buying new blinds as it would likely cost me less money. I truly appreciate him telling me that. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Jon did a great job on some tough stains both large and small. He's very reliable and pleasant to get along with, and explains how the cleaning process works. He's handled some difficult cleaning jobs so that gives me confidence in his knowledge and skills. Also I live in a townhouse, so at first call, I didn't know if his vacuum equipment would reach the highest floors but clearly that wasn't a problem. Each time I use him I'm always happy with the results.

The service was extremely professional and was able to be completed in just 90 minutes for 6 different spaces. The carpets look GREAT now. We will definitely be using them again for any carpet or tile needs in the future.

Very good experience with this company. I bought the 5 room deal online but then added a few rooms once I had them there. The service rep wasn't at all pushy about adding rooms, I had already decided ahead of time I was going to do that since they would be there anyway. It had been 3 years since we had a different company out and stains in the basement that they couldn't get out 3 years ago these guys were able to remove. I will be a repeat customer.

The provider arrived on time. He was very helpful and friendly. He gave tips for what happens when we do get stains particularly since we have a pet. He got out the many stains in our carpet and he was fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again!

I was very satisfied. I went with this company because of the reviews on Angie's List and the special they were running. Scheduling was easy, as I did it all on line through email. They called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. The man cleaning the carpets was respectful and walked me through everything. I will definitely be using them again,

After I realized that Coit tried to contact me months ago via Angie's List, I contacted them and provided my personal email. They contacted me immediately and scheduled a time to come out the following week. The service was great. They even moved a lot of small items for me because I was almost due to have a baby. I bought an Angie's List deal but paid a bit more because it was a larger area. The additional price was very reasonable.

From the time I purchased the deal until the service was completed Jon was 100% responsive and worked with my schedule. I choose COIT because of the fantastic price on the 5-room deal AND because they got great reviews. I was impressed and will use them again!

This company was the BEST!! They moved furniture and got stains out that we had been trying for a year to get rid of!!! Unbelievable! They completed the $99 special of 5 rooms and then we asked about another 3 rooms and stairs and they did each section for $35 each!! They had a special going on! I got a ton of carpet cleaned for a fantastic price. John was so great and husband thought he was really professional! I will use only this company from now on!

For scheduling and through the appointment, the provider was very responsive. I was unable to be on the house on time, so had provided Jon the lockbox code. He was able to start work on time and waited a few minutes for me as I was running late. He was patient through the whole process. The carpets look clean.

Quality: At first glance after completion of the cleaning I had thought that my objectives had been achieved. Those objectives were twofold, first being to remove small stains and second being to remove the pet odor from multiple locations. Later in the day after the cleaning completion, I was able to note that neither of my objectives had been fully realized. Price: Could have charged me less on their extra charge build up ($165) due to not having a fifth area (room) to clean, plus having three rooms with less than 80 sf and on top of that not having carpeting in my hallway so extra charges kicked in to clean the throw rugs and runner. I think that a little more consideration could have been exercised in the price. A

They were extremely responsive and showed up on time. They did a great job for us. The price was fair and the guy who came over helped to move the furniture and did a great job. His professionalism stood out the most.
