My Estimator tells me that he had an excellent meeting with this prospective customer. The customer was excited about the possibility of a high quality, low cost roof that we proposed and my Estimator emailed over the Estimate as soon as he had it available. With such a positive prospective customer, my Estimator followed up via email a couple of days after the Estimate was first sent. There was no response. We tried to call the customer, but the customer's phone was not accepting new messages. The customer says that he attempted to contact our Estimator with questions, however we have no missed calls on my Estimator's cell phone nor has anyone in my office taken a message from this Customer. My Estimator's email does not show any emails from the customer. So, I'm not exactly sure what happened. We would love to earn this customer's business and would be happy to answer any questions a prospective customer would have about installing a roof. We understand that getting a new roof isn't something that people do all the time. All questions are good questions and we don't mind taking the time to answer as many questions as there are. If the customer had attempted to call us about his project, you can be sure that we would call back. Since we saw this review on Angie's List (2 days ago), we have attempted several times to contact the customer again, but unfortunately with the same results. Emails are not returned and the customer's phone number is not accepting new messages. Hopefully, this Angie's Member sees this response and gives us a call. We would definitely like to earn his business.
