Very well. My neighbor was impressed enough with their work to ask who did my roof. No leaks so far. They even worked around my car being in the driveway on the original scheduled date of service (they needed the space for their dumpster) and rescheduled without any hassle.

I got three estimates for the product, upgrades and professionalism this was by far the most bang for your buck. Lovely people in the back office and Noel and his crew were polite and kind and efficient! Ian was the salesperson , knowledgeable and in touch thru out the project!

The roof replacement did not start the day that was originally communicated. I was told that it would take a day, but when I came home, equipment was still there, so it actually took two. The roof appears to be fine. After recent bad weather the first week of April, I saw the portion of a shingle in my yard. When calling Central to have someone come out and look at it to ensure that it was not a shingle from my roof recently replaced, I was told that I would be informed of when the person would come out and check for any damage. That was not done nor did I receive a follow up call to advise of the inspection results. I was only made aware that someone came to the house because my neighbor called to let me know. I just called today at 9:02am and was told that the inspection was completed last Wednesday and that no damage was found. I can only trust their word because there is no way for me to know for sure. There customer responsiveness could be improved. I will say that the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes that I received for those that are making a decision primarily based on cost.

I've got that on my list of things to do. I've used it, I have the...I'm saving the email they asked me to do an evaluation; and I have the paperwork nearby and I'll get to it sooner or later. Let me see if I can find the paperwork. They were very prompt and the fellow that came out knew what he was doing and he found where the shingle had come off; and he fixed it. He did a few other things. Like, nailed some things down that needed nailing down and a little caulking where it was needed.

Very well, they responded promptly to my email, called or emailed as needed. I am very happy wiht them.

They did the job on time and hopefully pretty well. I give them all A's. They did good work.

They were able to replace our roof and gutters in 2 days. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves.

Central was one of three companies with "A" listings on Angie's List from which we obtained quotes, and we were pleased that we went with Central for reasons of both price and quality. Jon H. provided us with the estimate and coordinated us us for the timing of the roof and gutter installation. Jon was responsive to our inquiries without making a high-pressure sales pitch. The crews were punctual and courteous, and their clean-up was thorough.

I like them a lot. They explained their work, were professional, and cleaned up well afterwards.

Overall, the installation went better than expected. The salesman thought that a particularly tight spot between our house and the house next door would have to be finished in plain vinyl rather than the premium Hardie. The original installation plan also anticipated having to remove a portion of the fence separating the properties. But the workmen on the job figured out how to fit the Hardie Plank siding around the narrow side of the house – and did so without having to damage the fence. The completed job looked beautiful, and the insulation worked to prevent cold air from coming into the house that was allowed in by the old uninsulated siding. When I raised concerns about cleanup after the first day of the installation, the workers did an expert job of cleaning up behind themselves when the job was done. The only negatives were an initial scare over parking, since we live in a zoned parking neighborhood and we did not expect multiple vehicles, and having to remind the workers to stay clear of our vegetable patch. Overall, the workers were skilled, behaved like professionals and did work that dramatically improved our home's appearance.

Great. The roofer (Walter) arrived on time. He did an inspection and clearly explained the status of my roof as well as some of the sealing. Overall the roof was in good condition (with the exception of the shingles that were out of place) and the flashing on the chimney needed to be fixed. I agreed to the price and he went to work. Time has passed, there has been a storm, and a day of heavy winds - roof and shingles all in place.

They were great - timely, could do everything via email and price was right. Cleanup afterwards was thorough and the quality of the product is high considering the fair price.

They did fantastic work! We have gotten so many compliments on the work that they have done. If anything has come up since they did the work, they come right out to fix it. The follow up is wonderful and they have a great warranty system as well!

I am a very hard customer who doesn't have the time or patience for sales game. I must say Eric was the type of salesperson I like. He listened to what I wanted and he gave it to me without any today price pressure. I hate the today price because I have learned you can always do better. He gave me a good price and promised to send a crew I could understand. He did send a Spanish speaking crew but I could understand the crew leaders. I watched them all day and they did a very good job. They cleaned up my gutters and house roof. I would use them again.

Walt Archilla arrived on time and made the repair on the spot. He also inspected the entire roof and pointed out some areas to keep an eye on (original roof installed by someone else), explaining everything very thoroughly. Work was efficient at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use Central Roofing again!

Did not use. Company refers incoming calls to individual estimators. Assigned estimator, did not return calls for two days. Once an appointment was made, he canceled it on short notice, pleading a breakdown of a family car. Appointment was rescheduled for the following day at 8:30, with the understanding that I needed to leave for a business meeting at 9:15. At 8:50, he called and said he was running ten minutes late. He finally arrived at 9:13. I called his tardiness to Matt's attention, and he said we probably should not do business with each other. I agreed.

He did a great job and went above and beyond.

Chris was easy to work with and clear on all the options and choices. Roof install went well and looks good. Cleanup wasn't as good, lots of nails left over, but they forgot their magnet sweeper, so I was able to get most up before the dogs found them. I contacted Chris and he sent the crew out on another day to clean again. Cheapest of the 4 quotes I got. Note the Angie's List coupon which helps. Fast turnaround from quote to install date.

Eric Kibler came as promised to inspect and provide estimate for the flat roof. Knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Provided comprehensive information on TPO roof option. Price is a little higher than others. I decided to go with another company as they were willing to work on the flat roof as well as the asbestos cement shingle main roof. I fully understand Central's reluctance to deal with this old roofing material.

This is the second time that Central replaced damaged siding. This time there was a problem with coming at the appointed time but an appointment was rescheduled. The repair was expertly done and was at a very reasonable price.
