It was fantastic. I will them back for siding.

Work proceeded according to schedule. The bulk of the work was finished in 2 days with a return visit one week later to install soffit vents.

I called Central on a Friday and spoke with a professional and personable man named Bernie, who came to inspect the roof the following Tuesday. He immediately sent a estimate, discussed the technical details of the job and gave good answers to all of my questions. De did not try to press me to buy more than I needed. I returned the signed contract which was $1500 below other estimates, and within a day Bernie called to set up an appointment for that Friday. The men were courteous, cleaned up the job area well and completed the job ahead of schedule. Throughout the process, Bernie answered additional technical questions, to include talking me out of buying new roof vents, he said they were unnecessary. Payment was done over the phone. The roof looks great and weathered some serious storms since then. I never thought that purchasing a new roof could be so quick and easy!

Company representatives were responsive, work was performed as specified, and old materials were hauled away.

Eric returned my call promptly. As not to use a personal day, he checked my roof while I was at work. He gave me a verbal estimate which was promptly followed by a written estimate & contact. The work was done on the day that we agreed upon. My shrubbery was covered with a plastic tarp for protection from the debris. My yard was left debris free. I highly recommend this contractor.

They did a great job. Came out and gave us and estimate and showed us the different options available. Didn't try to sell us extras we didn't need -- were very honest. Did work in the time-frame they said they would. Very reasonable price for what appears to be great work. And they were so good about cleaning up after themselves that we didn't notice they'd even been there at first!

We had an extremely positive experience from the start. Mitch came out to do an estimate on the house while we were at work and followed up with a phone call and mailed the estimate. He met with one of us on a Saturday to show us the product lines they use and he worked with us to ensure the siding crew would be ready to go as soon as another company finished doing our windows. The final price was slightly higher than the original estimate because we chose a premium siding finish. The crew did an excellent job, including cleaning up every day when they were done. We also asked Mitch to check our roof to make sure it was in good shape. He was very responsive when we called and worked to ensure the job was done exactly how we wanted it done. If only all home improvement projects went this smoothly!

I am a "very" satisfied customer central roofing. Did a great job. They did the work on time within budget and with superior workmanship. They kept me informed of progress all during the work. they were professional, courteous and friendly.

I was given an appointment the very next day from a friendly representative. Eric was here on time, diagnosed the problem while explaining and showing me the issues, and he had finished the job in less than an hour. I felt very comfortable with him - he was professional and personable.

I called for an estimate on my roof. A very nice man named Bernie called me back and informed me that they did not work on flat top roofs but he did refer me to another company. He gave me a brief synopsis of the company and indicated they were very good.

They were timely, did a quick job. Very responsive and forthcoming.

Excellent. The company rep was courteous, helpful, and professional. They kept me informed of the install date, as well as the need to replace rotten underlayment. They offered to take pictures to assure me the work they were doing was necessary. The crew arrived on Sat morning and worked throughout the day completing the entire job. All outside areas were cleaned up. There was an unexpected mess in the attic from debris.

They came next day and did and inspection, called with an estimate, and scheduled an appointment for early the next week. Showed up on time, and worked in the bitter cold.

Central Roofing installed our roof about nine months ago. When we needed to install a bathroom vent, we wanted a real roofer to do the job right. Central refused to do the job until we told them we got their name from Angie's List. The company rep said, "We want to keep our Angie's List customers happy." They sent a man the next week.

About a month after my last report I received a call from the owner who apologized for the misunderstanding. He suggested that I should have asked to speak to the owner if I was unhappy about the service. This was a good suggestion, that I will file away if need arises. He also refunded $75 from the first bill.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I called and left a voice mail on Sunday evening about the problem and Mitch called me Monday morning to help me. He came out the next day to give me an estimate and then arranged for a subcontractor to do the repair job early the next week. I was very satisfied.

Mitch and his men were great to work with from start to finish. They responded immediately to any questions on concerns that arose. They began the job just before Christmas and one day when arriving at the scheduled time, I suggested that we give the neighbors a break from the noise just for that day. because it was almost the holiday. They said sure, no problem. I don't think any other company would have been as cooperative. We live in Kentlands where the houses are close to each other, and space is very limited. Also, we have no street in front of our house, so all the materials and the dumpster and their truck had to be placed in the alley. They managed to handle it all with ease, always being thoughtful of the neighbors parking places and that the alley was kept free flowing to all traffic. This in itself was a big accomplishment. They worked diligently and finished the job in 5-6 days, as projected. Our house looks beautiful and is better than new.

They called and came one hour before the scheduled time. They explained that the roof was fine but the problem was with the rubber collar of the plumbing vent pipe. It does go bad within ten years or so. They fixed it fast. The total job took 15 minutes. They charged $300 which I thought was a little high. They gave us no Angie's List discount as I forgot to tell my husband to mention it when he came. Overall it was a good experience.

After we had a home inspection to sell our house, it appeared the only thing to fix was one missing shingle on our roof. After one company said it would be $450 to come out to replace one shingle I got on Angie's List. I found Central Roofing and they came out the next day and in less than 1/2 hour the shingle was replaced. Eric was very prompt and professional. I understood that there was a minimum to come for service. $250 sounded fine after the $450 quote earlier.

Overall the process was fine. They submitted a written estimate and had someone come to speak with me at my request. The roof was replaced quickly. When I arrived, the men were still working. It began to get dark around 4:45, so they willingly came back the next day to complete the project. The clean up was ok, with some debris left, but overall it was a good experience.

It went well. I was impressed with Mitch replacing the flashing along the edge of the roof without extra charge. It was installed between the two layers and had to be removed with the shingles.

Eric came to our home as soon as possible (the weather and a Thanksgiving weekend caused a one day delay), surveyed the problem, told me the cost, explained the price. I agreed to allow him to make the repair. Eric also took me onto the roof with him while he made the repair (quite a feat since I am loath to climb onto my own roof), he showed me the "how and why" of the leak and explained to me other aspects of the roofing/shingling, and my skylights. I really got an education. Eric was professional, personable and a pleasure to do business with. Job well done.

This was a call to troubleshoot a leak in a roof in otherwise good condition. Easily made an appointment at a convenient time, and changed it to another convenient time without difficulty (family emergency intervened). Roofer called before he came, and he was able to be there earlier than expected, all very professional. No damage to the roof was visible and as the man said, ''If I can't see it, I can't fix it''. The roof has not leaked since. Perhaps wind blew water into the ridge vent or leaves backed up temporarily. No damage visible inside or outside. Advised me not to fix the water damaged ceiling until after another storm to see whether the problem recurred; good advice. I'm satisfied with the service I got, and would gladly call Central roofing again. One note: although Central's website says they accept Visa, the roofer wanted--and got--a personal check for the visit. This policy should be made clear when the appointment is made.
