It was a couple of times that I had him out. I thought they did a good job. He was timely and knowledgeable. We had some bad weather and it caused the roof to leak and so I called him out to do the repairs and he said he has been to about 6 houses and it was all the same problem by the way the wind blow. It caused the roof at the said angle it caused the portion of the roof to have a leak on some of the siding or something that kind of loosen the roof. He repaired it and there hadn't been any problem since. That was the second time I had used him. The first time I used him was a couple of years ago for a roof inspection and repair package, they would come and inspect the roof and repair the shingles that were missing or something like that. So they did that and they did a pretty good job with that so when I had this problem with the roof leaking, I called them back.

Arrived on time. Only one of 6 workers spoke English and not very well. Hard to communicate. Dropped a tool box thru ceiling which caused 2.5 foot hole in bedroom ceiling, which they did pay to repair. Repeatedly asked them to cover silver flashing with shingles but they did not. Had to come back another day and still did not cover flashing to my satisfaction

They replaced all shingles and some leaky boards. The roofer were detail oriented. Took time to exam all possible leak spots and replaced all week boards. They also to time to cleanup an magnetized the whole lawn and possible areas the roof nails may have fallen. The yard gutters and driveway were completely cleaned when the job was done. I would definitely recommend to all my neighbors. The cost was also 35-45% less than competition.

The technician arrived on time, examined the roof and gave me an estimate. He then fixed the flashing on both dormer windows, replaced pipe collars and cleaned up the gutters. We are very pleased with the work.

The project took over six months from start to finish. In the end they got the job done, but I found it to be quite frustrating of a project. I signed the proposal 6/12/13. Matt was my estimator and he was great, sincere, and non-pushy. He let me know that the contractor would contact me shortly for a second measurement. I scheduled the measurement a few days later. I took off early from work, but Frank was a no show. He told me that he had written the wrong date on his calandar so we rescheduled for the next day. He didn't show up again. I contacted Matt the following day, and was told that Frank had to leave for personal reasons that day. We rescheduled and the contractor did show up the third time. They installed the in the begining of July. I was told that they would have to come back because one of the window screens came out of the box with a hole in it. I shortly discovered two inch size chips in the glass on of the other sliders. I only noticed the scratches after they had left and while cleaning off the smudges. Orginally I thought it was leftover adhesive. I waited patiently for them to come back, but I heard nothing after nearly two months. I contacted Matt on 9/30/13 and he was apologetic and helpful. He told me that I had slipped through the cracks and he ordered me a replacement pane. Frank would then contact me once they received it. Frank never called so I called back 11/18/13 and was told that Frank would get me in before Thanksgiving. Once again there was no call. After the holidays, I called Matt again on 12/9/13. He had Frank contact me. Frank did call me and I was told that he had tried to contact me recently, but had the wrong number. We made an appointment. He was again a no show because of a bad calandar. We rescheduled the next day. Lastly, the other window that is adjacent to the one being repaired started to leak. This was not a window that they had installed, but I asked if they could reseal it as they replaced the pane in the other window. I was told that they would take care of me. However, when they said that they didn't have an extension ladder with them today and couldn't reseal the window and would have to come back. I know that recaulking this window wasn't part of the original job, but I hoped they would follow through as good faith for the ride I was taken the past six months. I gave them a C and not lower, becasue the estimator was very responsive, everyone was very coureious, they did get the job done in the end, and at a slightly better bid than the competition. Honestly, I think the unresponsiveness was because the job was relatively small in scope.

Work was done quickly and according to agreed upon terms. No "surprises!"

Install was fast. Done in one day for the roof. The gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards were installed a few days later. I think we found 8 roofing nails on the ground, so they did a great job keeping the mess contained. The roof and gutters work great. The Leaf Guards are phenomenal. No leaves in the gutters. Not even pine needles. The leaves blow out within days of falling. We had called several years ago and gotten an estimate. Mitch said that the estimate should hold, but the price of shingles changes with the price of oil. Two years later he still had the original estimate and was willing to install for that price. His advice on the gutter guards was great. Basically he said that the ones that go under the shingles and to the outer lip were a great product but it would void the Certainteed warranty so he used the 'leaf relief' system. He said those that had them installed didn't have any negatives to say about the product. The system was moderately priced and about the same as competitors. Though far less than 'gutter helmet'.

We had a hard time scheduling because of weather and their jobs, so they ended up doing the work in one day when we weren't even home. We returned with a new roof. EASY.

Inspection done. I was impressed that, despite the age of my house, they did NOT(!!) recommend me to redo my roof, since still in decently good shape.

They were very good and price-wise they were very competitive and they had the same quality of work and the same procedures for our roofing that other high priced companies were charging extra for. So I have been really pleased with the work they have done. They were very professional, they were attention to detail and they were just customer oriented.

Overall, pretty well. They were definitely the best on price and we're very responsive to my questions. I was thrilled with 95% of the job, but one noticeable part in the front of the house wasn't nicely finished. They came out to take a second look but said it couldn't be fixed without a larger roof repair. It would have been nice to be informed of the problem when it was realized, instead I discovered it later.

We called Central Roofing & Siding and were able to make an appointment the same week. Not only was the leak repaired with new shingles but the repairman also noted a birds nest under the eaves of the roof & he installed a guard (gratis) to keep the birds out. Since the repair, we have not had any additional problems with the roof leaking or with birds!! We would certainly use them again & highly recommend them.

I had two trees taken down on Wednesday. On Friday, I walked into the unused bedroom that is currently used for storage, so I don't often go in there and generally keep the door to that room closed. I was shocked to find a large hole in the ceiling drywall and drywall and dust all over the place. When I looked up at the hole, I saw SKY and of course felt the cold air coming through. Apparently, the tree company had put a tree limb through my nearly new roof and left without bothering to tell me about it. I called Central Roofing at noon, in a panic because we were going to have rain and snow all weekend. They had someone out within hours to do a temporary patch. On Monday, he came back and did the permanent repair. You can't even tell that there was ever a hole in the roof. The price was fair and the service was superb. Thank you so much, Central Roofing!

I would definitely use Central roofing and Siding again. They gave the best price and did a professional job. Other companies tried to sell us projects that were not necessary. Central was straight forward on what needed to be done and with the best materials. Highly recommend them.

Roofing contractor showed up on time, performed an inspection and provided a detailed explanation as to the method of repair. Repairs were completed same day. The cost of repair was very reasonable and came with a gaurantee. I plan to use same contractor to replace the entire roof in the future. They were honest and said I had another 4-5 yrs left on my existing roof.

This was a fantastic job from start to finish. Blake was prompt to give me my estimate, the price was significantly lower than the competition, and the work was done quickly and professionally. The skylight was ordered incorrectly (not sure of the details of why) so the workers covered the skylight area perfectly (no water issues at all) and installed it as soon as they got it. Also, when the guys were on the roof they noticed that there was a large area that needed painting that was starting to rust. They did the painting at cost for just the materials. This was an amazing customer service as I couldn't afford to pay full price for it. The best part is that my water leaks seem to have been fixed. I am very picky about contractors, and I would use Central again for sure.

Everything went very well. Materials were delivered on Friday afternoon and workers showed up early Monday morning. It took them about 8 hours to complete the entire job. The roof looks beautiful and, with the 50 year transferable warranty on materials and lifetime labor, we have peace of mind, knowing that our roof is strong and secure. We also appreciate knowing that if there are any issues that Central will come right out and fix the problems. We also had an excellent experience with our estimator, Eric. We really appreciated the low pressure sales approach. Central gave us a very competitive price and we appreciated the positive reviews from homeowners on Angie's list. We got several bids and it took us several weeks to make a decision. Eric won us over by checking back with us occasionally, without being pushy.

They did a good job. They matched the price from another company. They try to make you happy.

One of Central's service manager's, Walt, came out to my house in early September, a few days after I called to set up an appointment. His initial visit was to inspect what appeared to be minor damage on my roof, where the weather and possibly a squirrel had pushed a couple of shingles up. Walt showed up on time, was quick but thorough in his inspection, and gave me an estimate to repair the minor damage. He was also very good about explaining to me what the damage was, and exactly how he would repair things. I really appreciated that. The estimate was for $350.00 to replace up to 3 shingles, patch a small hole under the shingles, and also replace a pipe collar on another portion of the roof. One thing to make note of - Central did charge $50 for the estimate, but that amount was deducted (or included) in the final amount I paid for the repair. (Had I chosen another roofer to make the repairs, I would have still owed Central $50.) Neither of the other two roofers who gave me estimates did so at any cost. But Central was up front with me about the charge when I first called to set up the inspection, and it was a cost I was willing to pay because of the company's good marks on Angie's List. When I decided to have Central do the work (a couple of weeks later), their office informed me that their next available appointment was 10 days later. I've heard generally that fall can be a busy time and that was a pretty standard wait time. One of the other contractors who provided an estimate also indicated it would be 10-12 days until they could do the work. Central sent someone out to fix the problem on the day and time we agreed to. The work was completed exactly as Walt had described earlier, efficiently and effectively, and at the quoted price. I would definitely recommend Central to other homeowners who need roofing work done.

Called Central Roofing for repairs on roof. I called for appointment September 30th, scheduled for October 4th. On October 2nd I called, said I would like to reschedule because it was to rain on October 4th, they said they would need to place me at the bottom of the list. I asked why, they said that was their scheduling policy. The next appointment was for the following week. Told her I wasn't happy, but Ok. They called me morning of appointement, at 9:00am, and told me because it was raining they could not come out. I was again placed at the bottom of the list. Rescheduled again for today, October 18th. The worker showed up on time, looked things over, said he didn't have the supplies he needed for the repairs. He told me to call and make another appointment, that the repairs would take 1 hour, but he did not have the parts he needed. He called Nicole in the office, told her he didn't have the parts or the time to get them, and she said they would need to again put me at the bottom of the list, could set appointment for Wednesday or Thursday of next week. I said it wasn't acceptable, I wouldn't be available. She said someone could come while I wasn't there. I didn't want that, and she wasn't able to find another date, so she transferred me to someone named Bill. Bill said he would try to be there Monday. I asked what time, he didn't know, said he would call 6:30am that day, let me know when they could 'try' to squeeze me in. I asked what 'try' was, he couldn't answer, but they would try to get to me Monday. I tried to get a time from him, he said he didn't like my attitude, told me to find another company. I told him I would write a review on Angie's List, he said he would respond. I was a repeat customer of Central Roofing until now.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was fine. The only concern I had was that I wanted them to come out when I could be there, and they were right in early that day. So they came out and I wasn’t there. That was a little disappointing but other than that, everything was fine.

When I called them last Friday with a serious leak, for Central Roofing & Siding Co to say they could not come out for two weeks, even though I was an existing customer, was very unprofessional and non-responsive. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Also, they continued to say the roof was in good shape, but we continued to have leaks. They said it was a chimney problem when it was not. As a result, I hired a chimney person when that was not what I needed.. Central Roofing & Siding Co is incompetent, unprofessional, and not customer focused. I'm shocked that Angie's List supports them. It makes me question Angie's List.

Central was right in line with the other company we received an estimate from. Blake Talbot was very helpful and friendly. We did not end up using Central as the other company is not limited to roofing, siding and windows, and we may wish to use them for other jobs around our home.

Estimate was accurate and actual work was the same as estimate.Checked the gutters and Walter was on time. Everything worked out great after several days of rain all is well.
