This is the second time I hired Central Roofing as they did an excellent job replacing the siding on the back of my house and installing a sliding glass door and box window.  I was having trouble finding a reputable company to replace my windows, until I came across an electronic Christmas card from Central and saw they also installed windows.  I live abroad, but Terry Greenberg responded quickly, was willing to install less than all windows at my house, and coordinated the measurement and installation with my tenant.   I have a person on staff to manage my high-end home and he was present when he windows were installed.  He was so impressed by the quality of the work, cleanliness, and efficiency that he took their name and number to use for other luxury homes that he manages.  I am in the US, so I was able to inspect the work the next day and was thrilled with how Terry and his team selected the exact color for the window frames.  I also appreciated that he gave me honest advice by suggesting that I did not need the most expensive window.
They are a great outfit.  I will continue to use them.  They make it so easy for me to maintain my house form a distance.

They did a really good job replacing all the gutters and downspouts for my single-family house. The crew consisted of 2 people who worked fast and efficiently ? they were done in 2.5 hours, including the clean-up time. They were very careful and didn?t damage my flowerbeds under the gutters and they cleaned up well after themselves. The new gutters work great. The price was good too. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Walter showed up about 15 minutes early - great start! He inspected our roof and replaced shingles that were damaged by tree limbs hitting the roof. He showed me the damage on this camera and completed the work very quickly. The price was their minimum service charge for roof repair, so it was probably a little high for just replacing those few shingles. However the service and professionalism was terrific. I know who I'm calling when we need a new roof.

The communication with Eric was great; he was very responsive and good at following up. I contacted three references and they all had positive experiences.
On the day of the installation, everything went smoothly - the men worked fast and there were no big surprises.
My only quibble is that one small area of the fascia board installation was left unfinished due to a outside wire being in place. The workers did not want to work near the wire since they feared it was electrified (it was not). This was not noted and dealt with beforehand and I will need to hire someone to fix this area.
Everything else was great and I would recommend this company. The roof has held up well through several rainfalls and looks to be a very good installation.

I wanted the inspection specifically because I had water linking into my attic and I expressed this upfront and wanted the representative to inspect the inside as well. He provided several recommendations and came back and did the work and during the next snow I came home with the same water link and another one in the bather. He told me the new link was caused by him leaving eat tile open.,

Read excellent reviews of Certified and needed a place I could trust that was close to the subway for an easy commute. Fit the bill.
Dave and the shop checked my 7-year-old Honda Odyssey for a loud sound that occurs when driving. I also asked them to look at the belt in the engine and fix a seatbelt that kept unlocking.
The sound was coming from a deteriorating ball bearing in one of the wheels but the shop could not figure out which wheel. Dave told me to keep driving the car, and once the sound got louder, they would be able to pinpoint the damaged wheel. He did not want to take a chance on replacing the wrong bearing and adding to my cost. Said we could drive no problem until then.
He said the belt would eventually need replacing, but not quite yet. The shop also fixed the seat belt - there was a piece of plastic stuck inside the clip that I hadn't noticed.
Certified Auto didn't charge me a dime, even to look at the vehicle. The shop has a reputation for only doing work that needs to be done and charging a fair price. That was precisely my experience, and I plant to return both my cars to the shop for future repairs even though it's 30 minutes from my house.
Interestingly, a Meineke shop tried to get me to replace my belt a year earlier when it was in better condition. Similar thing happened when I needed some wheels and bearings replaced a few years ago. The local Honda dealer wanted to charge me $1500. Another independent shop charged me $700 and said some of the things the dealer wanted to do were not needed.
That's why I was researching for a new auto repair shop to call my own. Hard to find a place you can trust.

Entire project went very well, from first onsite visit, estimate and actual removal of wood shingles and installation of new shingles.  Work was completed in the estimated time frame.  Post construction clean-up was also well done.  Had a minor leak develop around one of the skyslights about six months later, Central Roofing came back out and re-sealed the skylight, problem free ever since.

Good, but missed critical hole that still allowed raccoons to invade the attic.

We were very very happy with the price. It was the best price that we got. They were extremely efficient. They came and staged everything ahead of time. They cleaned up really well. They did a great job.

Went great no complaints.
