The communication with Eric was great; he was very responsive and good at following up. I contacted three references and they all had positive experiences. On the day of the installation, everything went smoothly - the men worked fast and there were no big surprises. My only quibble is that one small area of the fascia board installation was left unfinished due to a outside wire being in place. The workers did not want to work near the wire since they feared it was electrified (it was not). This was not noted and dealt with beforehand and I will need to hire someone to fix this area. Everything else was great and I would recommend this company. The roof has held up well through several rainfalls and looks to be a very good installation.

I called for an estimate to replace the roof, which was recently installed improperly by a deceitful contractor. Chris arrived promptly, went through a folder he handed me of the materials the crew would use, and the excellent workmanship and product warranties Central Roofing provides. I received the estimate via email the next day. I appreciated Chris' professionalism. Other companies have tried to work with have tried to build themselves up by constantly making negative comments about the work the original contractor did, which would make me feel even more stupid than I do for hiring that person. Chris expressed his outrage with the quality of work, but he turned that outrage into an email that supported me as the customer and apologized for all of the conscientious roofers completing quality work with integrity. He didn't have to do that. I will use Chris' statement to support my civil case against this contractor.

I wanted the inspection specifically because I had water linking into my attic and I expressed this upfront and wanted the representative to inspect the inside as well. He provided several recommendations and came back and did the work and during the next snow I came home with the same water link and another one in the bather. He told me the new link was caused by him leaving eat tile open.,

Read excellent reviews of Certified and needed a place I could trust that was close to the subway for an easy commute. Fit the bill. Dave and the shop checked my 7-year-old Honda Odyssey for a loud sound that occurs when driving. I also asked them to look at the belt in the engine and fix a seatbelt that kept unlocking. The sound was coming from a deteriorating ball bearing in one of the wheels but the shop could not figure out which wheel. Dave told me to keep driving the car, and once the sound got louder, they would be able to pinpoint the damaged wheel. He did not want to take a chance on replacing the wrong bearing and adding to my cost. Said we could drive no problem until then. He said the belt would eventually need replacing, but not quite yet. The shop also fixed the seat belt - there was a piece of plastic stuck inside the clip that I hadn't noticed. Certified Auto didn't charge me a dime, even to look at the vehicle. The shop has a reputation for only doing work that needs to be done and charging a fair price. That was precisely my experience, and I plant to return both my cars to the shop for future repairs even though it's 30 minutes from my house. Interestingly, a Meineke shop tried to get me to replace my belt a year earlier when it was in better condition. Similar thing happened when I needed some wheels and bearings replaced a few years ago. The local Honda dealer wanted to charge me $1500. Another independent shop charged me $700 and said some of the things the dealer wanted to do were not needed. That's why I was researching for a new auto repair shop to call my own. Hard to find a place you can trust.

Entire project went very well, from first onsite visit, estimate and actual removal of wood shingles and installation of new shingles. Work was completed in the estimated time frame. Post construction clean-up was also well done. Had a minor leak develop around one of the skyslights about six months later, Central Roofing came back out and re-sealed the skylight, problem free ever since.

Good, but missed critical hole that still allowed raccoons to invade the attic.

We were very very happy with the price. It was the best price that we got. They were extremely efficient. They came and staged everything ahead of time. They cleaned up really well. They did a great job.

. The representative was very nice and courteous, he sent an estimate and they came to do the work on the selected time and date. The workers were did what they had to do, but did not ring the bell to let me know they were finished. In a way it is hard to say the quality of work they did; however I assume it was good because the leak stop and I have had no problems again. I will recommend this company.

Excellent job. Its been a year since the work was done but I would definitely use them again. We recieved 3 estimates and they fell in the middle.

They gave us a great bid and did the work quickly and left the place clean. We've had a wet winter and the roof has held up well. I will use them again. We had a little miscommunication about the gutters, but we cleared it up quickly and all was well.

It all went fine. I got estimates from several companies. Central roofing was somewhere in the middle in price, but I thought they'd do the best job. They were courteous and prompt and I've had no problems.

It turned out pretty good. It was over a 20 year house that needed a new roof. It was starting to have problems with the shingles that come loose. He did a good job. There is no leaks. Nothing is coming loose.

I talked to a couple people and Central had the best bid. I used them before for a repair. They finished in about 6 hours. They cleaned up when they done. I found very little debris.

Dealt with Eric who was professional and responsive. He provided estimated promptly and explained process. All work was done as promised and the 2 man crew cleaned and hauled the old aluminium siding with not a speck of debris left. It was very impressive, especially since the work was done in under freezing temperature. They wer polite and professional and the siding looks great and matched the old siding very well. We are very pleased with the result. The price was very good and compares favorably with estimates we got from another 2 companies.

We worked with Matt to get the best deal and a lower price than other competing companies. Because we were worried about a leak in the ceiling he agreed to either put a tarp on the area or replace the roof on the scheduled day. Fortunately the temperatures rose above freezing so that he could schedule the replacement. The materials arrived a day early as planned. The next day the workmen arrived on time, removed the old roof, installed a new one, cleaned up, and finished early. For some reason they left some heavy shingles on a flower bed in the front yard and it took over two weeks for Matt to inspect the work, transfer the shingles to a better place in the back yard, and pick up the check.

It was a big job and went quite well, aside from weather delays. The men who handled the bidding process and the supervising were very easy to communicate with. They knew the kinds of issues involved and the kinds of things I was worried about. The crew was very pleasant, and happy that I wanted them to ask me questions about what I wanted done. They were self-starters, conscientious, and they did a good job cleaning up the huge mess that goes along with this kind of job. The finished job looks pretty much as I hoped it would, which is a tremendous relief.

The estimate was for $9000 for architectural roofing. The price was a little too high for me compared to the price that I received. They were professional, answered all my questions but I could not afford their price.

From what I can tell they did a good job. They were prompt and knew what they were doing. After seeing that the job was going to involve more than what was originally estimated, they figured out what was needed, contacted me and told me about the problem. They got it done right away. It was a better than honest job and I couldnt have been more pleased.

We worked with Eric who was very responsive and helpful about all of the aspects. We had more than one bid and Central's bid was comparable with everyone else's bid along with the customer service from the other companies. We chose Central because its warranty was longer than the others and we had a few optional repairs that they would be slightly cheaper on (though we didn't have Central perform them in the end). The work was done very efficiently and they cleaned up the exterior well. Our only complaint is that they came a day early. While normally you would be glad to have a contractor of any type come early, in this case, we didn't have the chance to cover all of our items in the attic with drop cloths. So, in the course of the roof repairs, lots of debris got all over our boxes, suitcases, Christmas decorations, etc. It took some time to clean up everything.

This was a very good experience with this company!

They completed the work as stated. It has rained since the roof was patch with no leaks.

This is our third experience with Central Roofing and as expected their service technician arrived on time, performed the repair quickly and to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Central Roofing. Thank you for your excellent service!

Although, I didn't use Central Roofing, Eric Kibler was great. He was responsive, informative and quite personable. I had an extremely tight timeframe and he did all that he could to squeeze me into their schedule (when you are under the gun that type of assistance and willingness is greatly appreciated). I got a good feeling about his knowledge and his honesty, which i can't say very often when dealing with service personnel. His price was competitive for the market. I got a total of 5 estimates and he was in the middle. I ended up not choosing him because the other guy could start two days earlier, otherwise he was a shoe in.

We had a new house built in a leafy area and needed to have gutter gaurds installed. I received three bids. Central Roofing was priced in the middle of two other bids. The low bid was the company that installed the gutters on the house for the builder. But their product wasn't really much more than wire screens. The high bid was Home Depot. They had an excellent quality product, but $4,500 was way more than I was prepared to pay. Central Roofing showed up on time and did a neat job. The only problem I had was that within two weeks, two sections of the gutter guard blew off in high winds. To their credit, they came out immediately and replaced those sections. But a week later, three more blew off. i wasn't happy but I got a personal call from the owner assuting me that they stand by their work. They came out again and replaced those sections. I haven't had any further problem.

Our new roof looks great! Chris Poticny was our point of contact with Central Roofing and Siding Co. and he was extremely helpful! We are first-time homeowners and therefore have never had to replace an old roof. After getting 5 quotes from different companies (all with excellent ratings on Angie's List) we decided to go with Central. We got quotes anywhere from $3,300 all of the way to $4,700! Some companies were trying to force extras such as attic fans on us and Chris never once forced anything. In fact, after all of my intense googling about different types of shingles, attic ventilation, roof construction etc. Chris was always very willing to accept my phone calls and further explain any details that I was worried about from my internet roof education. Once we made our decision to go with Central our roof replacement was scheduled for the following week! Other companies were quoting us a one to two month wait. The day before our roof replacement the shingles and extras were delivered to our house and set aside our driveway on a pallet. Day of the roof replacement the team of roofers showed up at 7 am sharp. They were schedule to arrive at 7:30 am but I read in the reviews that sometimes they would show up early, so I wasn't surprised! The men were courteous enough to lay tarp around the perimeter of our house and to even move our deck furniture away from the house before beginning their work. (I had not even thought about moving our outdoor furniture!). The foreman of the team, Julio Giron was very accommodating as I didn't remind him that they would also be adding on our gutter guards until that morning. I also underestimated the number of gutter guards that we needed so Julio picked out our older guards that were in better condition and reused those. The team finished up around 3pm and before i knew it they were gone! It has now been two weeks since our roof replacement and I've only found three nails in our yard. I was very concerned for loose nails as we have a very active dog who likes to go tearing through our yard. Luckily, the Central team did a great job with clean-up! My only (very minute) concerns from my experience with Central Roofing were 1) that the team arrived in an unmarked van, which to me seemed a bit sketchy (I've read horror stories about roofing companies that will just go and hire anyone to act as their roofing team) and 2) I did not hear anything regarding payment until the day after (most of the other companies required a certain % of the total prior to the work). Again, these are extremely small comments, which were more so bizarre than anything. The work looks great and I would not hesitate to use/recommend Central Roofing!
