It had been raining in my fireplace. Three other chimney companies were unable to diagnose the problem. Dennis Amor did. He arrived on time for the estimate. He was very courteous and efficient. He took pictures of my chimney and explained what he thought was wrong. While other chimney companies had said the chase was sound, one even sanded and repainted it....it was not. The fireplace manufacturer had gone out of business, but Dennis got the model/serial number and located National Chimney Supply with a cover/cap that would fit. They arrived early for the install and I was not at home. I had wanted a copy of the manufacturers warranty. Dennis left the invoice and I mailed in the payment. When I could not get a manufacturer's written warranty I was initially upset. All Pro responded very quickly and issued me an Invoice with instructions on how to activate the lifetime warranty if it was ever needed. Apparently no written warranty came with the chase/cap. I am happy to report that the new chase and cap worked, it is no longer raining in my fireplace. Thank you, Dennis!

He was a nice guy. It cost $150 to clean two chimneys that were filthy and nasty. There were dead things and everything else in there. He showed up and he was concerned. He knew chimneys way too well and he was very conscientious and respectful. He did a follow-up without me having to be there; that was really nice. He went in and out and he didn’t leave any traces behind. The price was far cheaper than I could get where I am now.

Dennis (owner) was punctual, professional and competent. The work crew arrived on time, did great work, and left the work area clean of all debris. So eight months later (6/10/12) I'm now selling the house and doing a precheck prior to the home inspection. I notice that some of the mortar in the chimney has fallen out over the winter. I called Dennis who said he would take care of the situation. As promised, the All-Pro Chimney representative (Nathan) came out the next day and climbed up on the roof to look at the situation. He pointed out to me that the missing mortar was in reality a black moss growing on very intact and well preserved mortar. So much for my powers of observation.But then, Nathan offered to clean off the black moss and improve the appearance of the chimney. He cleaned off the mold in a half hour. So I'm impressed that Dennis sent someone out to look at the work without any questions or hesitation; and that Nathan then volunteered to clean off some moss that was hardly his problem.

I called, got the estimate & they wanted to start immediately. I had to arrange a latter start date. Perhaps that's what created the problem I experienced. They were busy & fit me in. All work was/is very good!. However the mason had to work an other job part of the days he was on my job. Showed up late in the shortening days, noon or later, & worked into the dark trying to finish before the coming rain. I had to call them back after he finished to do the water proofing because initially it rained just after application. No curing time. They returned no problem. With completion the owner did ask for the balance due check made out to him rather than the company. I just noted that it was for chimney work on the comment line. Again they were the only company to note the needed rake work. They were based close to my residence also. Very good company, very good work, just a somewhat trying experience with the on site time. I will call them again if needed.

The crew came about 2:30. Dennis came by as well to oversee crew. They were very polite and got right to work. Took about 1-1/2 hours.

Dennis was honest and knowledgable when he gave us an estimate. He was able to schedule the repairs for the weekend so we didn't have to take off of work- what a life saver! Nate and his crew of expert chimney repair staff were neat, courteous and professional. We would recommend them to any of our friends, family and neighbors.

The estimator was professional and explained that multiple layers of brickwork needed to be torn down and replaced and rebuild the crown. This was the first of three companies I contaced. I ended up selecting another company that was cheaper.

Lackluster. Techs unimpressive - didn't have basic tools or supplies (caulk) so the went to home depot to pick some up and disappeared for a couple of hours.

Great. Initially, it was thought that this job would take two days since one of Dennis' trucks broke down. He was able to adjust and sent another employee to the job to assist. They were finished by 6 pm. They were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. All told, a good experience.

They came and did the estimate Sunday the 16th just a day after the oil company tuning up the oil burner fould that the chiminy liner failed and was blocking the chimney. I put a 1/3 deposit down when I signed the contract Sunday. The contracted work commenced Tuesday afternoon the 18th and was wrapped up prior to me coming home from the office. The only issue I had was the burrs left on the new flue pipe. I did not contact them yet to address thie issue with the burrs. I was so pleased there work I hired them to replace the failing chimney crown (made of mortar) with a cement chiminy crown. The chimney is 61 years old.

Spot cut three bricks; sealed the crown with Flex Crown; cleaned the fire place, the fire place trap and waterproofed the chimney. Also advised on building codes. Had the current code book for easy verification.

They were pretty good. There was a little bit of a delay, but I understand that it was because of the permit. The city took some time to give them the permit. Other than that, I didn’t have any issues with them. There were some things that I didn’t like in the chimney and they redid some things. They made sure that I really liked what they were doing. We haven’t had any problems with the chimney since then. Their price was pretty good compared to other contractors. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

They were very good, and they did a good job of telling me what was wrong with the chimney. They were good and quick.

The company was very responsive - providing an estimate the next day. I decided to go with a different company on Angie's list who offered a better price and slightly faster service.

They had to do the job twice. The first time they did it, it didn't work and they came back and did it again. That seemed to have fixed the leak. It took quite a bit of time between the first and the second time. It cost me $350.00 the first time and $75.00 the second time. They came out in November the first time and in January the second time.

They had to return 2 times to correct a few things. I asked the switch to be moved to the opposite side. They did not connect it correctly the first time, but after they returned, they fixed it. My floor was not level, that's why after a few days I started hearing vibration. They quickly resolved the issue once they realized what was the reason.

They were very professional. Arrived on time. Explained the work necessary. Kept things neat. Unlike some other companies I contacted, they returned my phone call. I also appreciated that they followed up with a phone call a few days after providing an estimate. I was very pleased with them, and would have felt comfortable having them do the work. Instead we decided not to do most of the work, so we don't need their services. I would definitely give Dennis a call, though, for future chimney repair issues.

Very well; they matched the 30-year-old brick almost exactly. All work finished within a day and debris removed very thoroughly.

Our homeowners association was citing us for a rusted chimney cap, so we knew we couldn't put this job off any longer. We found the company on-line. They came the next day to see the job, inspect the chimney, take measurements and give us a quote. They explained the options for using galvanized versus stainless steel. Two workers returned 4 days later and completed the job in a short time. They even took pictures of the old cap to share with us. They were very professional and we recommend them highly.
