After a difficult scheduling process that required the owner to resolve, in the end I am extremely disappointed that the co. didn't perform the requested service despite providing a picture in advance to confirm that they could perform firebox cleaning- -

My repairman, Dan Bigelow, was superb! He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, neat and thorough. He patiently answered all my questions and explained in detail exactly how my system worked. I will gladly call him in the future for all of my fireplace needs!

Blower install was perfect. The problem lies with the work they said they would do and the work actually performed. They were also to perform cleaning, which the technician verbally said they did not do, but I was charged for it anyway. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Showed up quickly to give an estimate. Gave me financing options and a very good warranty on the work. Began work the next week. The workers were friendly, did a great job and cleaned up before leaving each day. The job took a week to finish. I was very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Actually they gave me a quote for the job . I called the company back twice and havent got a response from them yet . Your questions dont take into account of companies unresponsiveness so how could I answer if I would hire again. The yes is there only because I hope they call me back to take the job

From my initial request the team at All Pro was very responsive and professional. Scheduling the repair was easy, the price was extremely fair, and Kenny was great to work with. He showed me the end result with detailed pictures which I thought was great. He also made recommendations for future repairs and the photos made it easy for me to see my crumbling chimney. I won't hesitate to consider using them for my future needs.

I really felt confident after meeting the rep who bid the job- seemed knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, the job was not completed anywhere near what was on the contract. The crown was replaced albeit poorly. The top course of brick was supposed to be relaid, it was not. the repointing was sloppy, and no sealer was applied to the chimney. In follow up, they offered to re-do the job, but did not show up on the day they were scheduled. Update, the company reached out and apologized for the work and sent a new crew who completed the work in an acceptable fashion. I appreciate the company was willing to re-do the work and stand behind the final product.

All Pro Chimney was referred to me through one of my contractors for a very complicated gas fireplace installation. Even though I hadn't purchased my fireplace from them, they took on this intensive project when others wouldn't. The team did such an amazing job - everything from the research prior to the quote, the detailed quote, the exactitude of the project management, the way they kept my house clean, and follow-up after the installation - all made for such a great experience. Afterward, I had them replace another fireplace in my home, and they were even able to repair and revive a very old fireplace on our 3rd floor. We are just so pleased with the entire team. They also care about the development of their employees - for the first, intricate installation, the senior leader brought more junior team members to assist with the installation so they could learn. They were fabulous, They kept me informed when there was a delay getting parts, then did a professional job of installation. They were careful to keep the house clean throughout a messy job and left everything spotless upon completion. I talked with several other so-called fireplace repair companies and there was no comparison in the level of ability, knowledge, consumer care and professionalism I experienced with All Pro Chimney.

The techs destroyed the inside of the control panel. Wires wrapped around wires. Horrible. Stay clear.

I hired All Pro Chimney (based on reviews) to replace B venting pipes for my gas water heater; a pipe that is less than 10 feet long . On 7/31/19 I paid the $225 service fee. I was told that the job would take 4 - 6 hours (expect 8 at the most). I was quoted a price of $1,500 based on the labor time. I priced my own supplies based on their quote and the supplies ran less than $125.00. On 8/12/19, Merylene (in the office which sounds like she's at home listening to the tv) informed me that I needed to pay 1/3 up front so that they could order the parts. At her request, I paid the 1/3 amount. I never signed a contract. On 8/20/19, the technicians (Efrain and another gentleman) came out to do the work. They showed up at 10:30am, rang the doorbell at 10:34am. At 11:02 they said they had to go and get materials and I asked them why didn't they have what they needed. They said they would be back. They returned at 12:58pm, walked up to my door at 1:08pm. At 2:54pm they were finished (had cleaned up everything and was in their van pulling off). So basically I got ROBBED for a job that 2 hours, 10 minutes. I was in SHOCK and what had just occurred. I called and spoke to Merylene and I assume Dennis (as Merylene had me on speaker unbeknownst to me). I'm talking to Merylene and some man jumps into the middle of the conversation never announcing who he is. This is poor customer service. Now check this out. These people who are running a business told me, that although it only 2 these technicians 2 hours, 10 minutes to complete the job; I have to pay for the time that they arrive at work, go get the supplies, travel the beltway, while they leave to go get any other supplies and until the time they leave. Whoever heard of such foolishness? I would never tell someone this. So, if you come to work and mess around for 2 - 3 hours, a customer is suppose to pay for that? Really! I would never use All Pro Chimney Company again. The only reason I went with them is because of the reviews, my warranty was running out within a week and my hot water heater was leaking. Never again. Of course you're going to go with your own mind, but I suggest that you better get a full understanding. I believe in doing what's right, that is the only reason I paid them, but by law, I didn't have too, because we never had a SIGNED CONTRACT.

Chimney had missing mortar and cracks from age and recent home construction, Chimney was repaired and a stainless steel lining system installed. Crew of two arrived at 10:30a and worked nonstop until 7:00p removing the damaged lining/bricks/mortar, installing liner, and resealing. Both gentlemen were courteous and proficient. Work areas around fireplace (interior) and chimney (exterior) were thoroughly cleaned up. Most pleased overall. Will continue to use them for our annual cleanings and maintenance. We had major work done on our one chimney with two fireplaces. They had old steel Heatilator fireboxes that had to be torched out with new firebrick replaced. The chimney not only needed new flu liners and crown, but also a process called "parging" to remedy the problem with the poor draw, (smoke not going up the chimney enough as it should). Additionally, the Heatilators had vents and fans which needed to be removed. One room needed repair work on the sheet rock, the other had a stone fireplace, and All Pro's stone mason had to repair the new holes on a 37 year old stone fireplace so it would not be noticeable. We installed a gas insert in one, and ordered doors for the wood-burning fireplace. A tall order, all around. All-Pro could do it all. We did much research, shopped around a lot, got a number of estimates, and found that Dennis at All-Pro gives the best value for the cost. Some contractors I spoke to offered a quick fix and others could do part, but not all that was needed for a complete job. I found that All Pro offered very thorough and honest explanations for everything, and the estimate was very fair. There is a team at All-Pro for each stage in the process, which makes sense since there is a lot of variety of skills needed in this job. We found all to be very professional and skilled, friendly, and willing to answer questions. When any issue or concern came up, Dennis was responsive and solved it immediately. The stone mason and guy who did the sheet rock repair were outstanding! We couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend All Pro.

Dennis Amor, the owner, came out and saw that the crown was cracked in places and the brickwork needed repointing. We agreed on using a cast concrete crown to replace the less effective type that was there. He also recommended doing a "water test" which was VERY helpful since it located a leak near the siding. Despite the rainy weather in June, the work was able to be completed in three days. In addition to the crown, pointing, and caulking, the chimney was pressure washed and sealed. It looks great and I've had no leaks even though July has brought torrential rain for days on end. The workers were very professional and cleaned up the work site perfectly.

Exceptional Service. Used All Pro Chimney Service on two occasions. First to inspect/clean fireplace and oil furnace flue (flue based on recommendation from HVAC service tech). During the cleaning/inspection the furnace flue needed repair. All Pro came back to install a stainless steel liner, seal the crown, powerwash and waterproof chimney. On both occasions (cleaning/repair) the 2-man crew arrived promptly, were professional and courteous, and worked non-stop until the project was complete. They offer a 3-year warranty on their work. Their office staff were also professional and courteous and processing of the invoice was effortless. I would definitely hire them again for future cleanings and repair.

They were very comprehensive in their consultation. We had several places come in for estimates and All Pro Chimney was the most comprehensive and made me feel like we were in good hands. The installation and chimney repair went well. Dennis was very responsive to our follow-up questions and adjustments.

When searching for a service provider to perform any work in our home, I always check several sources (Best Pick Reports, Angie’s List, Home Advisor and Better Business Bureau) to get at least three estimates from different contractors. In doing my research for a chimney inspection and fireplace cleaning, the one name I kept coming across was Dennis Amor. His ratings and reviews were good, so we had All Pro Chimney Service come out to give us a second opinion and verify a previous Level I inspection. Dennis provided us with a very thorough, higher level inspection, detailed report and explanation with photos. “A picture is worth a thousand words” and we were given an education on fireplaces and chimneys. He pointed out some things that the previous inspection had neglected to mention, obviously knew his field and is a Master Hearth Professional (MHP) certified in all three fuel specific areas (gas, pellet and wood burning) by the (NSIF) and Certified Safety Institute of America. He was $600 more than the other company but it was worth it to have our gas flue reline and floating cast concrete crown work done right by a professional. His work crew was neat, professional and all business. We plan to have All-Pro Chimney Service come back in the future and install steel lining in both fireplaces. I highly recommend them and seriously doubt if you will be disappointed

I thought that they did really well. I have not been up there to look at the job, but I had another chimney guy up there and he didn't see any issues. Actually, the reason why I went with the second one is because I was having trouble getting information back from them about a second thing I needed done. They showed up on time for the job. I would use them again. Depending on how things go with the second company, I might stick with them.

Finished work in half the estimated time. Only took about 3 hours. Workers did make a slight mess in the basement bathroom where it appears they cleaned up. But it wasn't too bad. Great price, professional, responsive, flexible.

I called All Pro Chimney to have my fireplace cleaned and gas log system inspected. The gas log equipment did not look in good condition so we had not used the fireplace since we purchased our home 6 years ago. Dennis, the owner was very responsive in returning my call and setting up an appointment with me. Kevin, who actually came out and serviced my fireplace was great. He was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough cleaning and inspection. He found the remote control system for the gas logs no longer worked and showed us how to manually turn the system on and off safely. I am very pleased with the service I received and will use All Pro Chimney again.

We had to wait for at least a couple of weeks to get an appointment, and the company called and rescheduled, but overall all went well. We have used them before and will use them again.
