The individual that met with us was Eddie. He is extremely professional and cordial and very informative regarding carpeting and the entire installation process. He pulled all the strings to get the exact carpet that we wanted and was very accommodating with scheduling the installation on the date that we desired. The word was completed on time by a professional team.

Excellent experience. No surprises whatsoever. Eddie T. was great to work with as was the installation team. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up every day, and finished exactly when they said they would. I am very pleased with the quality of my flooring that I chose. Aladdin's Carpet and Floor's bid was much less than what Home Depot quoted me for a cheaper quality flooring product. I love my new floors...thanks Aladdin Carpet and Floors. While we had some difficulty, it had nothing to do with the company. Our salesman, Alan Naini, knew the business and made sure that our problems were minimized. Since it was planned as a small job, the company planned to do both requirements on the same day. After they ripped out the old carpet, the installers quickly pointed out that the carpeting they originally brought with them had a manufacturing defect. (Carpet threads easily pulled from webbing.) Because the old carpet had already been removed, they quickly installed the flawed carpet as a temporary floor covering, which didn't llook bad, but you could see the carpet was flawed by the number of threads that pulled up. They offered us a very good deal on the replacement carpet we selected, so much so that we also bought an area rug from them when we picked out the replacement carpet Our installer, Sergio, was also quite excellent. He and his helper worked diligently and quickly on both days they were working at our home. We received excellent pricing, first class sales support to remedy our problems, as well as a beautiful installation by the firm. We'll need some replacement flooring for our kitchen and foyer. I doubt we will visit any other firm.

I met with Eddie Tirani to discuss the job and my options. He explained everything in detail, brought samples and followed up with me by phone. I ended up visiting the showroom in Gaithersburg, because I wanted to review all my options and once again, Eddie was extremely patient and helpful. He ordered two swatches for me because I was still unsure and he kept in contact with me until they arrived. Once I picked them up and took them home, I was still unsure and Eddie was very patient while he waited for my decision. The installation went very well and the crew was also very professional, kind and worked quickly. Eddie stopped by shortly after the job was complete to make sure all was well.

This was our first time using angie's list , I will explain why at the bottom my recommendation for Alladin carport and floors. We were searching for the best carpet /hardwood flooring venders/ installers in our area, every time we changed the search criteria on angie's list Aladdin name came first , so we decided to check their website and was able to schedual a free estimate on Friday. Eddie came on time measured twice. Because of the bad weather we had the night before he was unable to bring the samples and asked us if we can come with him to the show room which was about 10 minutes away .. We did .. And boy are we glad we did .. The price was unbeatable and because we chose a wood that was already available in the warehouse we were able to schedual them to do the floors on the next Friday.. Miguel (the head worker) arrived on time and started working immediately, he did not take a break not even for lunch ( I felt bad for him) but he was a great worker with great work ethics, Eddie came twice to check on the work , on the second time he brought two more workers to help finish the job faster . The removing of carpet and foyer ceramic tiles took around three and half hours and the wood floors were installed in three hours.. Everything were measured multiple times before it was cut. All the workers had a great detail oriented ethics, they were all fantastic. Aladdin now have a customer for life, we will definitely call them again for our upstairs bedrooms and basement carpets.. As to why we went with angie's list ,well after couple of coworkers recommend the site and after going to couple famous flooring venders who gave us a ridicules estimates and very bad customer service that they actually made us chase them to get the offer and we were told that if there was anything wrong with the subfloors they will leave it after they rip the carpet and we (the owners) have to finish the job and call them when we are done and then they will come and finish the floors..( it would be fine by us if they just asked for more money to take care of it but noooooo, that was too good for them.) that was one of the big questions we had for Aladdin staff , there answer was ( if anything wrong we will take care of I and fix it and will let you know how much extra it costs before we do it) now that we were ok with.

My experience will Aladdin Carpet and Floors started out from the very beginining as a good one. From the intital estimate to the actual installation of the hardwood floor. The Contractors were on time and even installed the hardwood floor during the increment weather. The follow-up calls from Mr. Eddie Davies to make sure that I was a satisfied customer was even more ensuring that the company stood behind their product and service. I would certainly recommend Aladdin Carpet and Floors to anyone who is looking for qualify workmanship and service.

The installers called ahead & arrived on time. They were very courteous, professional, and efficient. They were very careful of our furniture & possessions during the process. We love the new carpet!

Sassan came out at my convenience to measure the rooms and he was so good at his measurements that there was just a tiny bit of carpet left over. I knew I would want to upgrade my carpet and padding to the Stainmaster for animals since I have a cat who often gets sick and can mess up the carpet so the cost was higher - but still very competitive. The installers arrived exactly on the day and time arranged and set to work immediately. They were polite, professional and efficient. I could not believe how they could carry in the heavy carpet rolls up flights of stairs and not make a mark on a wall or hit anything. The carpet looks great, the seams are not even visible, and the upgrade on padding is sooo worth it for appearance and comfort under foot. I would recommend Aladdin Carpets without any hesitation!

Working with Aladdin Carpet was a very pleasant experience. I met with Reza at the showroom to discuss my needs and he listened very carefully and presented a beautiful option for vinyl hardwood florring, which I purchased. I also discussed that I might want to replace some carpeting in 2 bedrooms and Reza also provided some nice selections and was able to set up for an onsite measure check that same day for the flooring I had purchased and for possible carpet installation. The carpet samples were sent to my home for the measure check. Ultimately, I decided to hold off on the carpeting, but Reza followed up with me to set up for the flooring installation, which was installed without incident. The installers were prompt in their arrival and very thorough from start to finish. They were meticulous in matching up and cutting the shoe moulding for a clean finish along all edges and I am delighted with the quality and installation of my new flooring. It is absolutely beautiful and when I am ready to proceed with new carpeting, I look forward to working with Aladdin Carpet and Floors. Reza also followed up with me the very next day to make sure that all had gone well. The customer service is great and I would highly recommend Aladdin Carpet and Floors.

I just bought a house and the stair carpets had to be changed. I shopped around a couple of stores in Rockville and Aladdin Carpet was my last stop. The quality of carpet and padding were very high, and the price, unbeatable! The other lowest quote was that of a nearby store, and it was 60% more than what Nezman asked for. The quality of the carpet offered by this store was medium and the padding, just the basic (Nezam gave the 22 pounder). After selecting a couple of carpets, taking their pictures, and have my wife select one, I made a reservation and paid in full. A staff came in the next morning to make sure that the measurements were okay, and after 3-4 hours, the installers were at my door! They were very organized, efficient, their work meticulous, and most impressive of all, they could draw a straight line on the carpet without the help of a ruler! Work was completed very neatly in less than two hours and they even repaired a loose step for me. Aladdin Carpet and Floors lives up to its slogan?IT?S LIKE MAGIC! Great job Nezam! You are the most honest one in Rockville!

I was very impressed with the customer service Eddie and his team provided. The floors are fantastic, and look beautiful in our home. We had about 350sq ft laid, thus the extra cost. Eddie, the owner, came to do the consultation himself, explained what would be done, and provided us an invoice that day. We scheduled the installation and he informed us the wood floors would be delivered a couple days prior for the wood to acclimate. Eighteen boxes of flooring was delivered on Saturday. It wasn't until a few hrs later, my curiosity got the best of me, and I peeked in the boxes. Good thing I did, because they accidentally delivered he wrong flooring...we ordered a medium oak finish, and these were blonde. I called Eddie, and he offered to come out on Sunday (his day off), to check it out. He met with me, and agreed the wrong floors were accidentally delivered. He apologized, profusely, got on the phone with his warehouse manager (also on his day off), who in turn went out to the warehouse, loaded up the correct wood floors, and delivered those, in a matter of a couple hrs. (Mind you, I'm about an hr out from their location.). The wood was stored in a climate controlled warehouse, so the wood didn't need the additional time to acclimate. Work was started, as scheduled, Monday morning, and completed Tuesday afternoon. I can't say how impressed I was/am with Eddie, Saied and he 2 men who did the installation. Very polite, professional, quick and thorough. I highly recommend Aladdin Carpet, and will use them in the future, when we redo our kitchen, and basement floors.

That was good, they did well. They are very prompt, friendly and efficient. They've done it very quickly and it was clean. They did a good job.

The salesperson came and provided us options. We selected the cheapest carpet they had simply because it is a rental unit and would need to be replaced in a few years anyway. They were able to provide us a good price. It went well, the installers arrived on time and went right to work. It took them the entire day and they ran our of carpet on the last stairwell. They came back the first thing the next morning to complete the job though. The installers were great.

They came right out, and looked at it, but they couldn't give me the estimate right away. The guy said he would call me with the estimate, but he didn't call me and I had to call them after 2 days, and then they gave me the estimate. It was too high. They are very close to where I live.

The first estimator was about 2 hours late, and I had to tell him to leave when he arrived because I had an appointment scheduled. The company apologized and promised to make it right, and they did. The second estimator was prompt and thorough and informative. The job was done right (and corrected problems of the previous installation).

Overall we were very pleased with the job Aladdin did. We have used them several times in the past for both our current property and our previous home. I spoke with Eddie and scheduled an appointment to have an estimate done. We weren't sure we were going to actually do the floors before the holidays, but due to the price we paid, the time frame we could have the installation scheduled and the fact that we replacing floors in pretty bad shape, it was a no brainer. Eddie was super nice, always prompt and a great communicator. Installation took 2 days, first day to removed old flooring and second day to install new floor. Guys doing the install were also great, very prompt and accommodating when we needed something in the kitchen. They did such a great job, that I recommended them to a friend who is going to have work done as soon as they settle on their new home. Will definitely be using them in the future!

We recently bought an older townhouse in Gaithersburg, MD. The flooring was absolutely awful in the kitchen, foyer, front hall, downstairs bath, and basement landing areas. We contacted Aladdin Carpet and Floors based on customer reviews on Angie's List. The technicians removed two previous layers of flooring in the kitchen, and one previous layer in the other areas. We are very pleased with the vinyl sheet flooring we bought and with the quality of the technicians' work. They re-set the toilet in the downstairs bath and removed / put back the refrigerator with ice-maker in the kitchen. They did beautiful work and the floors look 2,000% better. We would certainly recommend Aladdin to other customers. We want to also give special notice to the salesman who worked with us, Eddie Davis. He was very professional when meeting with us and on the phone, and he was easy to work with. Although we rejected the initial estimate because our finances simply wouldn't permit it, Eddie kept in touch with us over several weeks to try to work something out. He was able to offer us a Black Friday special that we could work with. He kept in frequent touch during the installation process to make sure we were happy with our experience.

The saleman stood me up the first scheduled appointment. I don't know if he underestimated the distances or just ran too late. But, I lost an afternoon of work waiting for him to show. He did show for the rescheduled time. The installers were great...... efficient, skilled and polite. The carpet is beautiful.

I was very pleased with Aladdin. I was contacted by Tony soon after I purchased the deal ($300 whole house Stainmaster, which really means $2.99 sq ft for all the rooms you care to carpet). Sasan then came out to the house with samples within a day or two of my first contact. He was very polite and professional. He down-sold the carpet to a lower quality, less expensive builder's grade carpet, which was fine with me as we are selling the house and it saved me about $600. He also priced the Stainmaster option, which was as stated and also very reasonably priced. The carpet was installed about 10 days later by a two-man crew, who were also polite and professional. They were a couple hours late, but I received a call letting me know. I was happy with the work and felt they did a very good job, especially on the steps and where the carpet met other flooring. They moved a very heavy pellet stove to lay the carpet, and also had to carpet around a decorative barn wood wall. Overall, I thought they Aladdin was responsive, professional and very easy to deal with. I would (and may) use them in the future.

Excellent service and very professional

English was not his first language which made it more difficult for me to work with this provider. I kept asking him for and itemized estimate and it turns out that most of the costs had to do with moving furniture around my house. What he did was after he estimated the whole job he took off the $279. The workman itself was wonderful. They were fast, very patient, and put things back where I wanted them. The estimate itself was questionable.

Extremely well. Work was done while we were out of town. Workers let themselves in with a lockbox/key and did the work. When we returned to the home and inspected the work, there was a very minor problem - carpet had been installed over an outlet. We called Aladdin and within an hour, a technician arrived and fixed it. Hugely impressed with the company's responsiveness.

Installation and responsiveness was good. I've always been confident when working with Aladdin that they are focused on customer service and doing a quality job.
