Description of Work: They installed hardwood floors in my living room. They were extremely professional and completed the job fairly quickly. They arrived on time and madesure all work was done to our satisfaction. They also cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Installed carpeting. Cost was more than twice the deal. It may be that the padding was not included in the deal price and this should have been stated in the deal. However, the price was the lowest of all the vendors and they did a really good job installing the carpeting. Except for the price, I was pleased.

Description of Work: All new carpet and padding was installed in my Condo. Except for one bedroom, all of the floors were bare cement due to a broken pipe. The workers were polite, careful, did a wonderful job and didn't even take a lunch break! I also liked the fact that the salesperson, Eddie Davis, was able to get 10"x10" carpet samples sent to me quickly, so that I could see the colors in different lighting. He paid attention to my comments and answered all my questions with facts I could research. I am very pleased with my carpet and love my padding! | My only negative is that it cost extra for them to send another person to do any wood replacement such as molding or the closet door stop. I chose to have someone else do it.

Description of Work: Removed carpet in family room and back stairwell and replaced with hardwood. They did all furniture moving; we had to remove breakables and unplug electronics. From the time of giving an estimate to actually doing the work, Aladdin staff and workers were very professional and performed in an excellent manner. Alan has the patience of Job (I'm not an "easy" customer to deal with) and should be commended for that! I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Quote went well, but salesperson didn't give clear indication of the stain we chose having an impact on the time the job would take (we wanted to darken the floors and made that clear up-front). When they came to do the re-finishing, they said that we couldn't walk over the floors for a day, which was obviously impossible in a house that was being used. Actually we just had to keep off it for a few hours and then be really careful to only wear socks and not stand around on it!). We initially thought that the whole job would take a day from start to finish, but it actually took two days. The first crew said that they needed to return on the following Monday (it was a Saturday job), which wasn't what we had agreed and frankly didn't fit our work schedules. A phone call to the salesman fixed this, and the crew on the Sunday seemed more knowledgeable and helpful and understanding. Overall I would use this company again, but am always wary of over-promising, especially as we can't just take a day-off to be home for contractors who need more time to finish the job. Their work was of a good quality, however, and we really like the darker finish to the floor that we now have.
