Description of Work: installed carpet in 4 bedrooms. top of the line stainmaster carpet. did my research on angie's list. showroom was very useful. Nezam was very clear and patient. no drama. but if something went wrong, nezam would have done whatever he had to do to address an issue.

Description of Work: My experience with Aladdin was very positive. Eddie Tirani, my Project Designer, was very helpful with regard to the selection of a carpet and linoleum combination with which to redo my basement and basement bathroom. He also helped arrange the installation dates to coordinate with other work that I was having done at the same time. The staff who performed the installations were prompt, efficient and did an excellent job. All-in-all, there was little more that could have been asked of the job that everyone at Aladdin did to make my project successful.

Description of Work: Good price, company was prompt, professional. My only complaint is that the flooring boards themselves seem to be extremely soft and easy to damage, which is very disappointing. I'm having to use rugs everywhere to cover the new floor, which is obviously a shame and a little annoying.

Description of Work: Replaced pad and carpets in the family room, the master bedroom, the upstairs hall and the steps from the 1st to 2nd floor. They were prompt, efficient, and neat, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with what they had done. We are very pleased with the job that Aladdin and their crew did for us. We initially met with Sasan who gave us recommendations and stayed with us throughout the process. We would give Sasan and Aladdin our highest recommendation with no reservations.

Description of Work: All carpets of 3 rooms upstairs and the basement were replaced and the hardwood floor in the kitchen was repaired. The manager and the installers were not professional and honest. I will not use them again.

Everything went as scheduled, Miguel and team and Edguardo and team were great, very professional, very neat, very knowlegable.Very satisfied with the work. Would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Refinished floors in 75% of the home. The first day they were unable to come because of weather. The next day they came out, I wasn't able to take more days off to get work done. My advice is wait for spring to have floors redone. They were very professional and covered everything or moved items out to refinish the floors. They show u the colors in ordered to make the best decision. Which was nice because I almost went with the wrong color. The only problem I had with the company is I paid for services two weeks before the job was done. I have always been told never to pay for services before they are done at least in full. But when the job was done it was perfect and very happy.

Description of Work: They installed hardwood floors in my living room. The two gentleman who did the installation moved furniture as needed, installed the floors and put the furniture back in place. They completed the job in a timely fashion and rolled the carpet that was removed and placed it in our garage.

Description of Work: Installed high quality ceramic tile that looks like wood, warming up a cold basement room. Very helpful in choosing from a variety of options and price points. We chose a more expensive material because we believed the upfront investment would pay off over time. We are extremely pleased with the result. Installation was adapted to our schedule. Workers were courteous and polite and finished on time. They covered their shoes when they entered the house. They cleaned up any installation materials and trash. Given the quality of the materials and the service provided, it is well worth paying a slightly higher price.
