They were in the house for a significant amount of time. They always kept the area clean. They put down tarp from the front door all the way up to wherever they were working so that they could cleanup. So we didn?t have any issues. They arrived on time. Bathroom renovation is not a day?s job. It requires considerable amount of planning and timing to do that type of job. So we planned out a schedule and they pretty much stuck to that schedule. They have tremendous amount of capabilities of remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. They sell premium branded products with high quality goods and workmanship. They have done a considerable amount of work in this house. They have done the kitchen, carpeting and the bathrooms too.

Recently, the pipe burst on the 2nd floor hallway bathroom that damaged my carpet and the water came down to my living room that damaged the hardwood. I called our insurance company and they recommended Aladdin Carpet which I had already worked with in the past. I wanted to work with Nezam again but the insurance had assigned this claim to their Rockville location with Reza. I met with him and Reza explained to me all the process. I had to wait for our contractor to finish painting the dry wall so while waiting, I selected the materials I wanted and Reza made the process so simple from selection to installation. My experience with this company is so wonderful that I could not find any words to describe it. I just want to let everyone know that if you want to have a peace of mind, this is the company to go with. They truly know their stuff.

They were very good. We had no problem with the carpet. They were timely. We looked at the carpeting there, liked what we found, and purchased it. I don't remember how much we spent. Overall, they were excellent. Their price was what we expected. They were responsive and they were on time. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

Nezam Modjarrad was so helpful in selecting the correct type carpet for the room's use at the showroom. He was professional and very friendly. I had purchased the flooring for my home 10 years ago from Aladdin Carpet when we bought the home. I felt like such a valued customer when I was selecting new carpet and that the price for the carpet/pad and installation was very fair. The workers were prompt and polite and finished within a few hours. No seams are showing and the room looks fabulous again! Mr. Modjarrad showed up during the installation to make sure I was satisfied. It was a worry free project from beginning to end with Aladdin Carpet. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with Aladdin Carpet could not have gone more smoothly. From the start Majid was able to promptly come out and provide a free measurement of my home and was even able to discuss samples which I had obtained from other vendors. When I explained what I believed to be the best option, he kindly took the time to show me additional options, and patiently explained each without any sales pressure. Because of this, and other positive customer experiences, we chose to use Aladdin. Upon the scheduled installation date, everything went without a hitch. I was a bit concerned as we recently had the entire home repainted, however the installers were kind, professional, and were able to bring carpet into all three floors and install without any marks on the freshly painted walls. I was also pleased that they arrived on time, and finished in the window which they had estimated. Upon reviewing the work, I did not need to ask them to make any corrections. They were kind with my belongings in the home, and did not rush to complete the job quickly and move on. I always felt they were patiently working to do the job right the first time. The lead installer was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered questions without making me feel as if I was in the way, and took the time to explain everything regarding the process. It was clear that he was seasoned in the industry as some of the work took a custom approach. Also, Majid was kind enough to contact me after the job to ensure there were no concerns, and assured me that if need he would always be available for questions. On a scale of 10, this experience was a perfect 10. Give them a shot; you?ll be glad you did.

It was very good. Their workmanship was great, they were on time and they were very clean in the way they did their job. I also had them put down some carpeting, and I was very pleased with that work too.

Because this project was so large and I wanted it perfectly done, I got three estimates. One estimate was way out of price. Aladdin and another company were very close in price but I was most comfortable with ALaddin. I had heard good things about them and searched the internet for any complaints and there were none. I worked with Nezam & he made the whole process easy. After initial visit, they measured for all the area and then I met Nezam again. He expalined everything in detail. The carpet and wood was easy to select but when it came to master bathroom I wanted to remove the bath tub and change to shower and install a seat also. Many details were involved from the tile to faucets, vanity and lights. It took sometime but his estimator was able to make it very clear. What I was most impressed was their wood and ceramic crews. They were polite and always willing to stop the work and go over any questions I had. I am extremely happy and would recommend this company to anyone.

We went to the showroom to get carpet for an English basement. We had good measurements. Reza Ahmadi seemed very knowledgeable and suggested that we could get great carpet, installed right away and at a good price because he had just purchased some short rolls that might work. We selected 3 and he sent someone to measure. At the showroom, he gave us both a price for the square yard and for the whole room with stairs. When his person came to measure, he quoted a much higher price - $1,000 plus more! Nothing had changed - it was the carpet we were shown and our measurements were correct. A young man at the store who had witnessed our conversation agreed with us, but Reza first did not call back and then said he would look into it and never called back. Definitely an attempt to rip us off! Completely unprofessional.

The thing I like about this company is that they always get the stains out of the carpets. They are respectful of our home and arrive on time. They don't take long to schedule us an appointment. They even put fans in the house to help the carpets dry.

We liked their attitude, they never pushed anything on me. I told them what we were looking to spend. They showed us what was available in our price range. The gentleman came to measure when they said they would. The installers came when they were supposed to. They were polite, cheerful, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. When I had problem with the tread, they were out the next evening and fixed it. They served us with a smile. We are planning on using them again for flooring in our kitchen.

The job went well. After several trips to the showroom, we decided to go with top of the line Pergo Vintage Home flooring. The salespeople were extremely courteous and knowledgeable and helped us realize that our original flooring choice would not have held up well under excessive sunlight or our dogs' wear and tear. Although the installers came about 4 hours later than scheduled, they called frequently to let us know their status and managed to complete the job before 6 p.m. that day. They even preserved the original molding, which, when the rug was taken up, was revealed to be proper molding and not the shoe molding we originally thought it was. They stained it to match the floor, and everything looks beautiful. The Pergo they recommended is gorgeous, and the installation is great. Aladdin is pretty pricey, but we went with them because other Angie's list members raved about their installation quality, which we agree is excellent.

Overall, we are pleased with the results - staff was professional, courteous, and good about following up. Estimate and work were completed very quickly. Perhaps too quickly, as we noticed a few oversights/minor flaws in the work. Still, we'd hire them again.

We cancelled after the person who came to measure for carpet and flooring was 50 minutes late.

THIS COMPANY HAS GREAT SALES PEOPLE, AND GREAT INSTALLERS. THEY DO A GREAT JOB, AND MY CARPET LOOKS JUST FANTASTIC. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY CLEAN UP ALL THE MESS THAT IS MADE. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY WERE GREAT, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND THEY WERE VERY POLITE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
