Outstanding! They were extremely helpful in selecting the product to use, prompt in the completion of the project, and the work was of the highest quality. We strongly recommend them!

Best past is that they were in and out very quickly and efficiently.  The cost was much higher than I was led to believe through the Angie's List deal.  A few spots on the floor have bubbled up since it was refinished but overall the floors look much better.  Overall, it was expensive but worthwhile.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful!!!. I've lived in my home for twelve years and the floors look like they had not been tended to for years prior. Now they look new. I've had friends come over and ask when I found time to get new flooring and are astonished when I tell them that they are the original floors. The worker were wonderful. They moved the furniture and replaced it. The smell was strong but with the windows open it dispersed by the next day. If you are thinking about having your floors refinished definitely give them a call.

They blended the floors perfectly.  The first representative came and was very polite and considerate.  They covered everything in the house. They covered everything. They put everything back where it belonged.  They did a fantastic job.

I used an "Angie's List Big Deal" coupon "$100 for 100 sq feet of floor refinishing" because that sounded like such an amazing price. Our dining room is only slightly bigger than that so it seemed perfect. When the guy came to look at the floor he was obviously annoyed that we didn't have a bigger job for him. Somehow the price ended up at more like $200 but I didn't really question it since that is STILL was a great deal. The work they did looked great. My only complaint was the representative's attitude.

It went very well.  Salesperson who came to my home for the estimate was polite and professional.  The price was fair.  The workers were also punctual, very careful with moving my furniture (many antiques), and did an overall very good job.
The only criticism I have is that they did not tape over the painted molding next to the floor, so there are not stain marks on the while molding and it needs to be re-painted.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List to have my floors refinished. The service was performed in a timely manner and I am pleased with the way they look. Aladdin was very accommodating by coming out on a Saturday to complete the job. I would recommend them to to others who are looking for this type of service.

Carpet came in on time and the crew beat me to the property.  The installers were very professional, hard-working, careful men.  The carpeting looks terrific. I certainly will use Aladdin again.

They are A-1.  It was supposed to be over $700 and I paid $270 so it was a real savings. They came on time, they were not obtrusive, they cleaned up after themselves and they stayed within the time frame.  I was really impressed with them.  They didn’t knock on the door; they called to tell me that they were at the door.  That was a very good thing.  I will definitely tell others about my floor.

It was a job through our home owners insurance.

Aladdin Carpet technicians arrived on time and did a very good job job. they performed all of the services we contracted for.

EVERYTHING went exceedingly well.  The technicians were polite and very professional.   The refinished floor looks FANTASTIC!!

Their price was the best out of all the estimates I received.

I bought he big deal for  100 Ft of hardwood floor refinishing for $99, but have 150 ft to be done, so i paid an extra $103 for the 50 ft.Also had to pay $77.20 to have shoe molding removed and replaced, $44.08 because I wanted an extra coat of polyurethene.  I didn't mind paying for the extras, but I thought putting up dust curtains (plastic) would be part of the job and not an extra charge of $38.The extra charges were revealed after i bought the big deal.  They also do not move furniture.

 Overall, they did a good job and the technicians were polite and took care to cover my new front porch and walkway when I asked them to, so nothing got spilled there.

I am sorry to report that overall I was not happy with this company.  I had purchased two "big deals" for $99 each to cover an area that had been estimated by another company to be less than 200 square feet.  Aladdin's rep came and measured the floor to be larger than 200 square feet and the shoe molding to be more than i had expected.  I later conducted my own measurements and found them to be significantly less.  To their credit, Aladdin went with the lower measurements, but refused to provide me with the rough drawing they had prepared of the measurements of my kitchen, claiming they were proprietary.  This just seemed kind of odd to me.  The rep also insisted they would to remove the wood under the doors and joining the living room, even though the wood was fine.  For some reason they could not just sand that area.  The other company from whom I had gotten a quote had never mentioned anything like this.  That was an additional charge the rep insisted on adding.  Then, there was an additional charge to move the fridge.  So I ended up sensing that with Angie's "big deal" they would find ways to tack on charges.

Then they came and did the work, and at first I thought it was fine.  However, after they left, my daughter and I noticed that behind the back door had a white film over an area of approximately 2x6 and did not seem smoth like the rest of the floor.  Something obviously had not been done properly.  Then, during the night, there were some drips under the fridge from condensation which stained the floor.  I noticed that under the fridge had not been properly sealed.  It clearly did not have any coating on it. so, after charging me $100 to move the fridge, they sanded it but did not properly seal the floor.

In addition, they did not need to replace any of the strips of wood under the door.  When the rep later tried to charge me for this, I told him the wood had not been replaced.  He then said he still needed to charge me half the amount to stain the area.  This was a very small piece of wood incorpated into the floor, and there had been no prior mention additional charges to stain this small area.  To Aladdin's credit, they backed down on this additional charge.

The company arranged to come back and fix the areas under the fridge and in the corner.  I scheduled an appointment twice with them, and twice they did not show up (I had taken the day off from work to be there)  The third time they showed up with a manager.  The worker said the problem behind the door was due to cold weather.  I questioned why only that portion behind the door was like that and no where else in the kitchen.  He then became argumentative with me.  To me, it did not make sense that only that part of the floor had been too cold.  Even had that been the case, a professional should have known better and not stripped the floors if it was too cold or provided (or asked for) additinal heat.   After they left, the milky white coating in the corner did not look any better and I told the manager that.  He offered to come back again, but at this point i had already wasted too much time with this company. 

The rest of the floor looks fine, which is why I gave them a "C".

Mr. Bassir Arefian was wonderful. .  He showed me the choices they had to offer in the style and color that I wanted.  He was exactly on time when he came to the house to measure the rooms.  When the carpet came in he called me to set up a day for the installation.  He called me again a few days later to ask if I would like the carpet installed a day earlier which was more convenient for me.  He called me the day of installation to confirm the time.  When the installers were running late he called me again to let me know of the delay.  The installer called 30 minutes before they arrived to let met know that they were on their way.  They were very professional.  Mr Arefian called once again to make sure that I was happy with the work.  I was very pleased with the customer service and the product.  I highly recommend them.

Work proceeded quickly and efficiently, and in less time that anticipated.  Crew gave advance notice of their arrival in the morning, and were able to easily move furniture back and forth as needed to complete the job.  Results were very impressive overall, including reworking an earlier replacement slat that had popping nail heads.  The entire job was completed in less than 2-1/2 days, with the crew returning on the last day to locate furniture in their original locations after the clearcoat had cured overnight.  A couple pet stains hidden by a rug were still visible afterward, but now the rug is back in place.  Normal treatment would have been to replace the slats, so no issue there.

We were satisfied with the job from the initial visit to completion. Mr. Eddie Davis was able to set up an appointment shortly after I contacted Aladdin's office.  I explained that I had purchased the Angie's Big Deal for my daughter who resided in Fairfax, Va.  He explained that the initial visit was in order to do an assessment, to take measurements and to write the proposal with estimates. I was very impressed with Mr. Davis.  He was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  He explained in detail what would happen and made some recommendations regarding the repair.  The crew arrived on time. They were very professional and efficient and they did an excellent job. They carefully draped the work-area with plastic to avoid getting dust in other parts of the house. We were very pleased with the job which was completed in 1 1/2 days.  We received a call the following day from Mr. Davis to see if we were satisfied with the job.  I would definitely recommend them to Angie's member and family/friends.

From my first telephone contact to the post-installation follow up, Aladdin was very professional. Their scheduler worked about my travel. Their representative came to my house and offered a limited but good selection of replacement alternatives. The actual installation took less time than originally scheduled. Each appointment was kept at the appointed time. And although my insurance covered the expense, it seemed to me that the price was fair.
