Description of Work: I do not remember the exact date of the service as this review is several weeks after. I found that everyone was very pleasant. The service person was consistently late. They were to replace all rollers...they replaced almost all rollers except one. Probably just missed it because it was so late and he was clearly rushing at the end of the day. The service person adjusted the power on an already old motor and a week later it went out. I realized that a large part of the problem was that the door was not balanced. Their quote for fixing the problem and the replacement of the motor was much higher than competitors for the same equipment.

Description of Work: We used an Angie’s List deal to replace the rollers on the garage door. This door is at least 20 years old.

Description of Work: Initially, my appt had to be rescheduled because another job took longer than expected. The company called me and apologized then asked to reschedule. Thanks for not wasting my time. I appreciated that that I was called early enough to do other things. At the next appt the technician arrived within the allotted window. The service was taken care of efficiently despite the extreme weather that day. I was also given recommendations on my doors and openers that made perfect sense. The work performed was what we expected and the garage door is definitely quieter now. The technician did not try to sell me on additional work. I will call them again.

Description of Work: Garage door tune-up included replacing all of the rollers and lubricate all hinges, bearings, springs, and opener rail, Check and adjust spring tension to balance door properly, Check and adjust tracks for perfect spacing, Check all hinges and bearings, springs, and opener rail, Check and adjust spring tension to balance door properly, Check and adjust tracks for perfect spacing, Check all hinges and tighten where needed, Check lift cables for wear, Check and adjust safety pressures of opener to make sure it reverses on contact, Check and adjust infrared sensors for proper alignment.

Description of Work: Replaced rollers on grage door, lubed roller tracks and hinges. I ordered a new door seal for the bottom of the grage door too.

Description of Work: They came and put new rollers in my garage doors and lubed them and realigned the sensors. Very good job!

Description of Work: I was very please with the service

Description of Work: I purchased the garage door tuneup. However, the repairman said that one of the brackets for the torsion spring was loose and would need to be tightened, that that would require that the tension of the spring needed to be loosened, and that instead of retighting the spring he wanted to sell me a new one for $400.00. I just had him retighten the bracket. Also he said that one of the hinges was missing so I had him replace it. Theses two additional items cost an additional $137.00. When I asked him about replacing the botton seal on both doors he said the charge would be $15.00 per foot to replace them. I have 2 double garage doors, which meant an additional $270.00. I refused to pay that amount because new seals can be purchased a Home Depot for about $8.00 each. While the Garage Door Tune up was worth the original price, I felt pressure from the very begining, that the repairman was more interested in getting me to buy additional services.
