Description of Work: My garage door needed a tune- up. In addition to lubing and adjusting the tension, some rollers were replaced. The door works smoothly now.

Description of Work: Tune up was fine. They fixed the problem but last week it recurred so I need to get them to come back and correct the problem. For this reason I gave them a "D" rating. I thought a tune up would cost $59 which was all they did. Then they charged me $85 for "program opener" which I have no idea what that involved. They did not program my openers.

Description of Work: Service was exactly what I needed- new rollers. Very quickly after my purchase, Jesse communicated with me to set up the appointment. He messaged me exclusively through the Angie's list message system (which has its pluses- email trail/minuses-inconvenient). Punctual, professional and highly efficient. It would have been nice for the purchase to detail that the base rollers were additional cost, but with such a reasonable overall cost, I didn't have a problem adding the additional cost (about $40 to the original $59 "deal". Jesse was also patient with me having to move piles of junk out of his way as he worked. Overall, very satisfied- thanks ABC.

Description of Work: It went very well. We were pleased with his work. I only wished he had noticed that the garage door opener automatic light was not coming on. |We called because the door would close. He showed us what to do should that happen again...very helpful, polite and professional.

Description of Work: Installed a garage door. Because of the configuration of the area, it was not a simple process. The installer was very knowledgeable and he worked at it until he got it exactly right. The entire process was very professional.

Description of Work: Time will tell if servicing will hold up over two years as Sean seemed to guarantee. He seemed to be very competent and didn't take long. Prices can very a great deal depending on the provider and how much they recommend doing/replacing.

Description of Work: Demonstrated a lot of creativity in attempting to repair an unusual structure; were very persistent; followed through with search for appropriate parts and did what could be done in the situation. I was very impressed with the effort and would certainly use this company again.

The order process was simple and accurate.
