They were a very nice company, the guy that came was very knowledgable. The man said that the parts were no longer made for the age of my garage door and the cost of a replacement was not worth it so I didn't have the work done and got a refund. I really appreciated it, they were very up front and honest about what they could do and I would use them again if I needed work done.

The garage door had come off the track. They came on time and he not only repaired the problem he also lubricated both garage doors and tighened everything up and they're as good as new. he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

Work to replace rollers was quick and completed efficiently. Unfortunately that did not reduce the noise as Jeb, the technician indicated it was the rail and track that was noisy. He suggested applying WD40 at a later time when my car was not in the garage.

Service was quick, professional and done right the first time. The only reason why I rated as a B was because of two mix ups on scheduling. It is hard enough to work around other obligations to meet the technician but when they come early or not on a scheduled date it becomes a problem.

I emailed the technician to request an appointment and got a reply within the house. I didn't have to wait long for the appointment. My garage door is very old, but the technician made it work to its optimal capacity. The technician was courteous and professional.

Initially had a problem contactng the company after purchasing coupon. Numbers listed did not seem to work. Once they were contacted by Angie's list folks they contacted me right away. Once we got past the initial contact difficulties they were very responsive and quickly came to perform service. The employees that came to work on my garage doors were very nice and professional. They did a good job.

Overall, the process went fairly cleanly. Upon arranging an installation date and time, the technician arrived exactly as expected. He proceeded to perform a general maintenance on the two doors and was finished quickly. He then told me that we needed new rollers on the doors and quoted a price. The replacement made sense, but there was some confusion in the order. The "special" I had prepaid had that as part of the order and was not relayed to the tech. I showed him the receipt and the order, he took a copy and completed the roller replacement. So I give high marks for the technical work. However, the administrative portion was a little disappointing - I did not expect to have to instruct the tech as to the entire job scope.

They kept me waiting all day and never showed up. Stay away.

They tuned up the motor for my garage door including replacing the wheels. There was also a problem with the opener, and for another $80 they fixed it.

The technician came and 1st condition the garage rollers on both doors, he then repaired the 2nd garage door. The 2nd garage door had to be rewired. He was very professional and quick.

They were punctual, professional and appeared to have the expertise to do the work. There service was okay although within 2 months I started having loud noises coming from my garaage door which were never ther before. I called the compoany and they came and looked at it and said the noses wee unreated to the work they had performed. I can't say whether it is unrelated or not. I still need to have someone come out and look at the door again. They said the propblem waas being caused by some missing spacers...funny it just started hapening after they did there work on the door. I have had the door for 4-5 years and did not have problems with it before.

I had a very good expereince with this company and I would recommend them.

I was very happy with ABC's service. They were flexible with scheduling, arrived on time, did what was advertised on the Big Deal and didn't try to oversell me anything. Jed even made a minor repair without charging any extra. Friendly and efficient.

Called to make appointment and spoke to Jessie. I was pleasantly surprised by her great customer service attitude and willingness to accommodate my schedule. Outstanding service by Jed; a knowledgable technician with 12 years experience. Even tracked down and fixed an age-long annoying squeak. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I called for a garage door reapir they lubed, tightened and replaced a chain on one of the two doors i bought the coupon for only one door and they offered to doo the other for a similiar price which i thought was really nice

They arrived ahead of schedule. They finished the work quickly and without additional charges. They even removed a wasp's nest for me. They provided me useful replacement advise (upon my solicitation) without trying to up-sell me from what they came out to complete.

I called and made an appointment - service person showed up when expected - explained the work and noted a safety condition that was not included in my system (it was installed before this became code). He did the work and the door now works better, more quietly, and the work area was left clean.

Scheduling of the appointment was easy and quick. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. I actually paid additional to have the 2nd garage door serviced. The technican identified an issue with my current opener. I would definitely consider them for any garage door / opener purchase/replacement or repair.

The lady on the phone when I scheduled service was super nice and helpful. Jessie I think was her name. It needed to be serviced on a weekend and she gave me a slot on Sunday which was great. The tech showed up and was very nice and professional. Checked the unit and confirmed that the opener was dead and needed replacement, but that the springs and everything else seemed ok. He quoted me for both a chain and belt driven replacement unit. I chose the chain since the extra noise of the chain didn't bother me and it was cheaper. He completed the work very timely and and everything went smoothly. Only real down side of the experience for me was the price. Seemed more than a little high. Unit costs ~$200 in the store. So I guess I paid nearly $400 in labor, extraneous parts and maybe for a weekend visit. Kind of felt sick to my stomach writing that check. But I needed it fixed before the start of the week. The other side probably needs replacing soon. And although everyone was super nice and professional, the cost is prohibitive of me using them again.

Scheduling was easy. Technician arrived right on time and was very professional, knowledgable and informative. Quality of work was excellent. The new wheels really cut down on the garage door noise. All-in-all a very good experience and I would recommend ABC Garage Door Repair.

Contractors arrived an hour later than scheduled (delayed at previous jobs), but that was O K with me, and went right to work and explained everything they were to do. I needed a second door serviced as well, they explained the additional cost, which I OKed and they performed that servicing too. The first door opener wasn't working, they attempted to get it to work but were unsuccessful, so the opener was disconnected and I am now able to manually open that garage door (where previously it was totally inoperative). I was given an estimate for replacing the defective opener. I am very satisfied with the actual work performed. They stayed later than usual to service the second garage door. The responsiveness to my original phone call, to set up the appointment was not very timely, as I had to call back to get a response. I almost contacted Angie's List to cancel my Big Deal.
