Eugene and his Glorem team did an excellent job. The work was performed between January and May of 2015. We started with selecting Glorem for our master bath and bedroom remodel that included extending the bathroom, relocating the bath, shower, vanities, moving walls, adding closets, crown molding, painting, etc. His team were very professional and were always punctual and coordinated well. I would note that Serge was also a great worker and did some great tile work in addition to the framing. I was also impressed by the electrical work and permit coordination for both plumbing and electrical. After such a great job with the master we decided to use Glorem for updating the living room by adding new ceiling lights, fans, crown molding and cleaning up sheetrock and painting. We then followed this with a remodel of the downstairs bathroom which was another complete demo although fixtures remained in essentially the same locations. We also had Glorem do a laundry room door replacement, hall way and kitchen sheet rock clean up and some additional lighting in the hallway. Throughout all of the remodeling, the workmanship, commitment to schedule and the professionalism was of a high standard. At times when we made in-process changes, Eugene always had a fair and balanced perspective. I would not hesitate to use Eugene's Glorem team for any future work.

The work went without a hitch from beginning to end.The contract stated that we would furnish the vanity tops, toilets,light fixtures,towel bars, toilet paper holders,faucets for both the shower, tub and sink as well as the tile for the floor, shower and existing whirlpool tub.Glorem provided the frameless glass door and complete glass shower enclosure and the installation of everything that we furnished. ugene the principal of Glorem assisted us with the purchase and delivery of the tile and toilets which he was not required to do. Wonderful experience working with GloRem. These guys are pro's. Anthony is a one man wrecking crew! He did excellent work and knew so many trades. They asked me all the right questions and were thorough so I knew exactly what I was getting. I was able to pick out my own materials and they even referred me to a granite counter supplier and helped coordinate everything with them. Same goes for the help with the HVAC electrician! They were able to complete the job in roughly 5 weeks instead of 8 weeks. I highly recommend them for anyone considering a renovation. Price + service was excellent.

We interviewed several contractors and decided to go with GloRem for our new townhouse. Eugene, the owner of GloRem, was very professional and easy to communicate with. He really listened to what we wanted and gave us his professional suggestions. The work that he finished was quick and excellent. We would definitely hire him for future remodeling.

Wow! The finished project is beautiful and we are extremely happy with the company, Eugene, the quality of work, professionalism of his employees, punctuality, cleanliness of the job site and also their trust worthiness. Eugene came in and looked at the project and was very upfront (which I like a lot) and he told us that this would be one of the smallest bathroom renovations that he has done to date. He took the job on, coordinated every aspect of the job with my wife and I, we presented our ideas to him, and asked him to speak freely with us and if he had ideas of developing a finished look with us to present his ideas and he did. Between Eugene and us, we worked together on the fixtures, materials, finishes, colors, etc... In the end, we spent around 5,000.00 dollars, but the bathroom looks like a million bucks. It's a very professional, clean look, straight tile, uniform joints, absolutely just beautiful. We had some drywall work done, a Schluter shower kit, pan, niche installed, tile installed on the walls and floor, stone inside the shower floor, fixtures installed, plumbing relocated, baseboard, lights, new (all glass) shower door - "Which looks beyond beautiful". The project went seamless, we are thrilled to death with the end result. A couple of extra points to make in addition to the work done was the trust worthiness of Eugene and his employees. We allowed for them to install a lock box outside and while we were at work, they let themselves in, worked all day, and locked up our home when they left for the day. They treated our home with respect, they arrived when promised, they cleaned up every evening, had drop cloths installed from the front door all the way upstairs to the second floor. No mess, no problems and a beautifully finished project. We found GloRem, LLC thru Angie's list. It was the best thing we have every done and one of the best contractors I have ever hired. We plan to use them on every one of our future projects and look forward to working with them again.

Eugene and his crew did an incredible job. We received estimates from several companies with high ratings on Angie's List. Eugene at Glorem was by far the most responsive person we dealt with, and immediately stood out as trustworthy. He gave us a very detailed estimate, and even rendered designs for a few potential options for us to consider for our new basement. All of his contractors were polite and punctual, and all of them did incredible work. Eugene is a very good communicator, and always kept us in the loop regarding the schedule, and at which points we needed to weigh in with decisions (ie, style of carpet, paint colors, fixtures, etc.). Eugene and his crew consistently exceeded our expectations, paying attention to the finest details of the job - the sort of attention that someone would pay if they were working on their own house. Finally, Eugene's price was a decent bit less expensive than the other bids we received. Also, regarding the budget, there were no surprises where he looked to pad the budget with hidden costs. As soon as we can afford it, we will be asking Eugene to remodel our master bathroom!

Let me start by saying that this was the most professional, conscientious, honest, hard-working contractor we have ever worked with. Eugene (the owner) and his team have so much integrity. They work so hard at making everything PERFECT. The bathrooms are GORGEOUS. They turned out so much more beautiful than we expected. They don?t look like run-of-the-mill remodeled bathrooms. They look like upscale custom baths. We were going to just re-do the half bath, but Eugene suggested that we add a shower. We are so glad we did. It was such a pleasure working with Eugene and his wonderful crew. They are skilled in every area of construction. They can do anything. If we needed to talk to Eugene, he always responded right away. He is so eager to please. We consulted with Sergey, who did most of the work, when making design decisions. We incorporated decorative tile, and Sergey offered ideas for creative touches that gave our bathrooms extra pizzazz. There is an art to laying tile. He labored so hard over installing the tile perfectly. His painstaking attention to detail in EVERY aspect of construction really shows in the perfect final product. Sergey is a master and artist. The team was always on time and worked very hard, well into the night. They were always neat, and swept and cleaned everything before leaving for the day. They are very honest and trustworthy. We trust them implicitly. We were not able to be in the house for the second bathroom because a family member was in the hospital for 2 weeks. We left the door open for them in the morning, and they worked into the night, and locked the door when they left. The team has an amazing work ethic. They really take pride in their work, and go above and beyond to make everything perfect. They did extra work that we didn?t even ask for. They even separated the bathroom wires leading to the fuse box so that several rooms weren?t tied into the same fuse. That was a bonus. No extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They were very patient with us because, for the last few weeks, we were never home. They were all so polite, kind and considerate. They truly are the best. We would love to have them back to work on other projects. One day, we would love to have them replace our kitchen.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with GloRem's work, and we would recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for a home improvement contractor. From start to finish, we were impressed with Eugene's (owner) professionalism, competence, customer service, and can-do attitude. Eugene gave me the best price quote out of eight contractors I interviewed for the job, and he was the one I liked best. He was flexible to accommodate us as we worked through several revisions of the contract before we signed. He started and finished the project on time. The workers he brought in were equally impressive, and they did professional, high-quality work. Eugene communicated with us frequently during the entire process. He let us know who would be coming to do what when. The workers came on time and left on time. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. As for the job itself, we couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the work. My wife and I could not be more happy with Eugene and Anthony's work. Anthony worked 8 hour days, 5 days a week, and the job was completed in two weeks (more quickly than we expected). Everything was finished very much to our satisfaction, and we were consulted regularly about on-the-spot decisions as the job progressed. Eugene and Anthony were very professional, considerate, competent and thorough in their work. We know that we want Eugene and his team to do our next house project, which will be the renovation of our bathroom upstairs (a somewhat larger job that will include replacement of an existing tub and shower). We have no criticisms to register here, and cannot recommend GloRem highly enough!

Could not have been more pleased, all things were completed in a professional way. There were changes made during construction which included changes which should have increased the cost but were just incorporated in the original price by the contractor. The contractor allowed us to make all choices of paints and materials but also was extremely helpful with information or advice when needed, even recommending quality yet inexpensive businesses to deal with. With all finishes being of high quality and beauty we were still able to stay under all contractor allowed expenditures. Even with backsplash added in kitchen ( not in original plan) our final price was under original allowances and the excess money was returned to us. Even with delays by material he finished on time. Excellent job.

We have had a number of remodeling jobs performed in our 20 year old home, but never accomplished with this degree of professionalism, value and quality. We have no negatives! Workers always told us when they were coming and were always on time. Eugene, the general contractor has skills in every area of construction from electrical to plumbing to working with flooring (although he enlisted a professional company for that work). Neither Eugene or his workers ever complained when he found unexpected "detours" that added to his work load. Even when my wife noticed some scratches in the new hard wood flooring, Eugene replaced the the area himself! We couldn't be happier with the way the entire job turned out...better than we even expected. You will not find a nicer, more accommodating contractor to do your next remodeling job!

We called Glo Rem, LLC (GLObal REModeling) and Eugene came to our home to look at the basement which was full of "stuff" from years of storage. We explained what we wanted to do with the space -- to turn it into a comfortable family room complete with a wet bar, a bathroom with a huge shower, a bedroom area and closets. Eugene quickly envisioned what the finished basement would become. Eugene promptly emailed me the estimate. Let me tell you that you have never met anyone quite like Eugene! He is the master of remodeling! He is not only the owner, he is the estimator, the project manager and he also does some of the work himself. He oversees everything. He is a perfectionist. His motto is "It must be perfect"! The basement remodel was done in stages and Eugene always told us what the next step would be in the project. Communication was excellent at all times throughout the process. We communicated with Eugene mainly through text messaging and he promptly answered every message. He is a multi-talented man with a great work ethic, a true artist, who "thinks out of the box" and he has a keen eye for detail. As each phase of the project got finished, we were amazed at the quality of workmanship. The crew that Eugene employs is an awesome group of outstanding young professionals who are "tops" in their jobs. They work long hours to get the job done. The amount of work that they accomplish in a day is incredible. They work together very well and are creative in solving any issues that arise. For example, the tile man is amazing with tile - simply the best! Our shower is huge with a corner tile bench and we did not want a shower door. Eugene and his tile man figured out how to do this for us and the shower is beautiful! We had the tiles in the shower hung straight and the tiles on the floor laid on the diagonal which is a beautiful look. The tile work is sheer perfection in every way! The painter that Eugene employs is a true artist - a magnificent painter - his precision is excellent and his work is flawless. I changed the color of the paint just before the painter started and they handled that change just fine. We had some additional requests which were carefully discussed and handled with ease. For example, we wanted crown molding and Eugene did this work himself - it put the finishing touch on the entire project! We also wanted new treads and risers put on our wooden steps so that the stairs would look nice and they were stained to match the flooring. The finished stairs look gorgeous! I also bought a niche online and Eugene installed it for me. Eugene and his crew of professionals were a delight to work with and he was as excited as we were to see the project near completion. He truly loves his job! The end result is a beautiful new living space that exceeded our expectations with the high quality of workmanship. As Eugene said, "It is perfect"! We are very happy to have met Eugene and his amazing crew of talented professionals. Their work ethic and commitment to quality is excellent. They also leave the area very clean and neat. Our basement remodel turned out beautiful, so much better than we imagined, Started out we just wanted to make the laundry area more functional, but it grew to so much more than that. We decided to do the total basement and get rid of all the old paneling and drop ceilings. We divided a large area and made two new rooms. Glorem LLC had renovated our kitchen last year and did an amazing job. Of course we had to have them do our basement now. From the estimate process to the after completion photo session no detail is overlooked. They take a tremendous amount of pride in their work and they are like artists and care about the end result as if it is their personal project. I was daily amazed at the amount and quality of the work. They were very creative in solving some problems that cropped up. The job was thorough and done right. As we agreed upon at the outset they did not work every day but communicated well which days and times they would be onsite. This worked out well for us. The GLOREM LLC team is polite, professional, hardworking, versatile, and very talented. Communication was good and they were open to changes I wanted to make as we went along, as well as offered good advice and ideas throughout the process to make the finished project amazing. The whole process was smooth and very pleasant. Eugene, the very talented owner is involved throughout the process. He has assembled an expert team that can transform the designated space and make it beautiful. Our first experience in 2013 with Glorem LLC (GLObal REModelling) for our kitchen was so good we enthusiastically contracted with them for our basement project. Next up we already have the estimate for a remodel of our old yucky main bath and are working toward a contract and start date on this next project. I love the work they do. Evgeny (Eugene) is outstanding! I had 6 contractors provide quotes. While he was here for the estimate, he quickly understood what I was looking to do and what the challenges would be (ex. where the bulkheads should go in order to cover the HVAC, but still look good; what the layout for the kitchen should be since it is located near the electrical boxes). I selected Eugene based on value and I liked that he would be here regularly throughout the job. Some other contractors had a foreman rather than running the jobs themselves. His initial quote was not as detailed as some of the others, but he answered all of my questions and provided the detail that I was looking for. He is very responsive and really incorporated what we wanted in everything from the general design to the tiny details. There are a huge number of decisions during a project of this size and Eugene was very helpful when I asked for his suggestions. I showed him the tile elsewhere in my house that I like and he found tile options similar to it and sent me pictures. He did a nice job on the things that he selected and he checked to ensure that I liked them. We love the finished basement! Eugene suggested ideas that provided creative touches that make the basement look fantastic. He came up with two designs for the kitchen and recommended which one would be better. He recommended putting the tiles on the bathroom floor diagonally rather than straight. This is more difficult to install and he did not increase the cost to do it. He suggested doing a cathedral ceiling in the kitchen, which looks great and it's not something that we would have ever thought to do. Initially, we planned to use cabinets we already had for the kitchen. After Eugene finished the bathrooms and the flooring was selected, we had an underrun in our material allocations, so we decided to apply that money towards purchasing new kitchen cabinets. Even with the purchase of the new cabinets, the job finished under the budget. Eugene is a perfectionist, which is a quality you want in a contractor. Eugene takes pride in his work and doesn't take shortcuts. Early on, he told me that customer satisfaction is his goal - and that was true throughout the entire project. Eugene is great to work with. After having him here for 12 weeks, we're going to miss seeing him. The people that work for Eugene are excellent - for example, the lines between colors on the walls are perfectly straight and the tiles in the bathrooms were nicely installed. Everyone was respectful & things were kept generally clean. I can't say enough positive things about GloRem. My experience was better than I hoped it would be. I was nervous about selecting a contractor and Eugene was clearly the best contractor I could have selected. GloRem is a perfect example of the benefit of Angie's list. He's the real deal - professional, high quality work, and he finished the job on schedule (one day early) and under cost. Now, as an angielist member, you know about GloRem and you can save yourself time and worry when selecting a contractor.

It went great. Weather was a challenge but Eugene made everything work. Eugene handled the permit process and all the work. I got about 4 estimates. Eugene's was competitive. I liked his reviews on Angie's list. Now that the work is done, I know I made the right choice. The price above includes the cost of the materials. It would have been cheaper if I had used a cheaper window.

We recently had a basement renovation done by GLOREM LLC, which resulted in a well constructed, beautiful, creative, and comfortable space for our family! Evgeny was incredibly professional, arrived every day when he said he would, worked long hours to meet the finish date, and discussed ideas as well as challenges with us. He paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was done well, correctly and would last. He added some creative touches that truly makes this space unique and beautiful! We enjoyed working with him and will hopefully have more projects for him soon!

This/these bathrooms were it. A neighbor allowed me to use their shower, another their washer and dryer. The company doing the work provided a"spot-a-pot". It got down to 23' the first few nights so I had to get creative. The guys doing the work were very polite and courteous. Knowing I had no other bathroom, they worked long days some over 12 hours. Another company I had asked a quote from insisted I purchase all utilities, tile etc from them. GloRem's practice was for them to provided everything I didn't see. It was up to me to provide what I could. The owner of the company came by every to make sure everything was "perfect". Some things, like the toilet which was fairly new, I wanted to reuse. I also wanted to reuse the medicine cabinet. Ugene, the owner, showed up with a new one one day -- no charge. "everything must be perfect," he said. They did a great job. I can't enough good things about them. I couldn't be happier.

.Went extremely well. The job was labor intensive in a 95 year old house, but there were no problems executing my design ideas. Eugene and his crew were quiet, efficient and skilled. I'd hire them again and highly recommend GloRem LLC.

Company Glorem LLC did a great job converting our unfinished basement into a beautiful living area with a small wet bar. The price fit our budget and the job was coordinated two month in advance. Clean, beautiful and in time, that is an absolute true slogan of Glorem. I was the most amazed by the Eugene's attitude towards the project, who is the owner of the company and at the same time is an estimator and a project manager. He even did some of the work himself. The results exceeded all of our expectations. I am thankful to Eugene for his advices and professional recommendations. I would highly recommend Glorem LLC for your remodeling project!

We're very satisfied with our finished basement. The project was done prior to the estimated end date. They were very responsive to any questions or requests that we had and were also the least expensive of the 8 estimates I received from licensed contractors.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them. They remodeled everything and tried to finish the job the other contractors did before. The bathroom was down to the bone so they put everything together. They were great.

I am 71 years old and have hired many companies and contractors to renovate numerous houses I have owned over the years. I have NEVER had anyone as thorough, competent, professional, and delightful to work with as Eugene, owner of GLOREM. He came, as promised, on July 2 and began the work that was completed today. He gutted the master bath, reinstalled ceramic tile on the shower floor, the bathroom floor, and on the walls of the walk in shower, and reinstalled a vanity,a vanity top, a large vanity mirror/medicine cabinet combo, exhaust fan with light, recessed lighting in the shower, new lighting over the vanity, and glass shower doors. He reconfigured walls and doors in the master bath and adjacent closet. The tile work is magnificent. The painting is flawless, and the people who work with Eugene are true professionals. He was meticulous with taking care of my hardwood flooring and carpeting, and covered all traffic areas that he used with plastic. He hung a plastic curtain in the master bedroom and covered the floors so that they would remain clean as well. What can I say? He is a true professional who does exactly what he says he will, stays in contact, and takes great pride in his work, which is of remarkably high quality. He is an absolute delight, and I am using him to renovate another bath as well as my powder room.

OMG! First let's just start with the quality. The quality is spot on. The attention to detail was something that we are very happy with. Always on time. When Eugene say he's going to be there at 9am, he is walking in the door at 9am. I couldn't believe the demolition took one day, and I was blown away with the work ethic of his crew. We even threw him a curve ball by getting a porcelain floor that looks like wood, and the install, like everything else was flawless. My husband and I walk pass the bathroom and just turn on the light and stare at the room. It's amazing. We will be using him for ALL our remodeling, plumbing, and electrical needs. I'm telling everyone. PLEASE HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR, you won't regret it at all. Oh! and one more thing, he finished the job ahead of schedule.
