Only had one visit. That went fine but, honestly, it is still way too early to tell. Come back in a year for a more about Natural Green Systems.

They did not perform the work as stated in the contract and when contacted, we were told that the manager or the tech would get in touch with us. No one ever called back. We then received an email saying they would credit us for one service but charge us more for what they had done.

Not happy with the service in which I've received. During the service call it seemed like the tech rushed to apply the product onto my lawn. Dissatisfied with scheduling and the company not fulfilling what was promised in regards to the timing of the soil test. Waiting to see if I will witness any improvement in my lawn with their services.

Terrible. Service is horrendous. I took more than a dozen phone calls and emails to arrange for service that I paid for. The quality and was below average. Portions of my yard were damaged by their machinery and entire projects were left incomplete. Numerous requests were made to remedy their mistakes and I was ignored. Even the General Manager got involved and proved incapable. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. I instead hired a different company to fix their mistakes.

They were very professional and timely

I was told the weed treatment would start working in 3 to 7 days. They are growing more. No results. I've asked them to do a retreatment. We'll see, when the rain lets up, if they do come back. In fact, if they do kill the weeds I'll change my mind. Waiting for the call now for a return retreatment.

Very disappointing experience. The sales guy promised me everything could be done by a certain date, and that did not happen. I ordered 3 services, and received 2.5, and still waiting. The company is not as organized as the sales guy led me to believe. And the customer service is no better. I will not be using them again.

So far so good. Only serviced last week but all ready notice some improvements, violets are starting to wilt & grass greener in some spots. The salesman Dayvon was great. Showed up same day I contacted company and gave a thorough overview of my lawn and products available. Time will tell for this review. One suggestion, get a company based email domain name instead of comcast.net.

It has rained so much we had to postpone the service until the ground dried out.

The initial customer service was great. I hired them on the spot, however, I don't feel that the service that I was promised was rendered in it's entirety. During the first visit I was promised fresh soil at the base of my tree so that I could plant flowers but that was not done and based on their website it's not a part of their services. I believe that services were promised to seal the deal, knowing that it would not be done to my expectation. I agreed to receive an aeration service which was done in the front yard but not to my satisfactory in the back yard. I could barely see where the ground had been disturbed by the process nor were the seeds visible as they were clearly visible in the front yard. I live in a town home, so my front yard is 3' X 5' and my back yard is in a U shape with a concrete patio in the center. The 2 sides are approximately 10' long and 2' wide and the center area is almost the same. We've had rain for several days following the seeding and there are now signs of grass.
