Do NOT hire Natural Green Systems Lawn and Pest. The salesman will promise you "a lawn that looks like Arlington and a warranty if it doesn't work." They do NOT stand by their promises nor their warranty. My lawn looks terrible a year and a half later after paying them thousands of dollars. Stay away from this company.

Did a great job. Price was right and all work done on schedule.

We signed up for the seeding program; only.! Well, our charge card kept getting charges for other things that we NEVER signed up for (Bermuda Grass Removal, etc.). I was totally shocked to see all these charges being added to our credit card. To say I am upset is putting it mildly. I am on Social Security and trying to be careful with our spending. These additional charges would really hurt us financially! Sadly, I contacted them and canceled everything.

Iâ m sometimes hard to please⠦⠦but Iâ m so very impressed with everyone I came in contact with this company. . The service began yesterday and I can assure anyone that these people really know their science of grass!.

Overall, they did what i hired them to do, service providers were very knowledgeable. Cancellation was a little complex, after i canceled subscription for the year they came back out accidentally twice. I was home to refuse service

The owner/general manager is rude and obnoxious. The company completely destroyed our lawn just to repair an isolated patch, and aerating/overseeding. Horrible job and poor customer service. Would not accept responsibility even though their lack of quality work is recorded on the home camera system.

This company exceeded my expectations and Devon is the greatest very knowledgeable about grass and great advice to bringing my yard back to life! We just had a lot of rain with flooding but wow! My grass really responded to the seeding they put down especially when it was totally bare in a lot areas! Definitely would recommend.

This is only the first application, ask me again after several applications with them.

They have not started so I can’t give them a true evaluation.

It's probably too soon to know how the fertilization and mosquito treatments worked, but the tech was very thorough and friendly.

Seek someone else for whatever you need done because you cannot depend on this company. They are very rude and disconcerting. I would not hire this company if they were the last available. I am so glad I had not paid them any money prior.

My wooded property was so infested with ticks I couldn't go into the woods without getting several tick bites. They came out twice this season and I haven't seen one tick on me or the dogs. The people who did the application were efficient and friendly. I will use them again in the spring for sure.

The workers were polite but did not complete the job, I paid for. My neighbor came over to inquire about aeration and in the middle of me getting my lawn done, they began to service him. I have No problem with someone making money but if I am paying for a service then its Only fair to finish one job before starting another, that is the professional thing to do. I felt I already paid so my time and lawn was not important and was some of my products used on my neighbors lawn...II called the 'General' manager Bill to voice my opinion and he pretty much justified for the bad service and said 'Well, they did service your lawn"! To many other Companies to deal with this. Its been a few weeks, I have been watering my entire lawn and its still not growing good. Makes me wonder did they short me on my products by servicing my neighbor.....

I realized that this was a busy time for them but Dayvon was very responsive in letting me know when he could put me on the schedule. His guys were quick and efficient and the price was below what I estimated the cost would be to aerate front and back yards. I definitely will be using them in the future
