I had them aerate the lawn but leave the seed for me to spread because I wanted to spray for weeds when peak temperatures were below 85, then dethatch, seed, cover with leafgro, and water often enough for the seed to sprout, and fertilize.

The company came out to do an assessment on the lawn, and provide some suggested lawn treatments. The lawn is looking very nice. I don't have as many weeds as I've had in the past using other companies. The customer service is fantastic and they respond very quickly.

Great presentation by Dayvon and all issues he saw were addressed at initial visit. Looking forward to seeing results.

I want to give five stars but haven t seen the results promised yet. Customer service is great. The person who come to discuss my lawn care issues was outstanding. The people who treated the yard were great. Very friendly. My only issue is the weeds that were supposed to be killed are still alive and flowering. The good thing is that they say they will retreat the lawn at no cost.

The company is very responsive. Spring will be the time to really see if the products they use really work. I hoping they do because they are in constant contact with me which I really like. They let me know what they are going to be doing to the lawn before they are going to do it. Their prices are very reasonable.

Never knew when or if they were going to show up. So many add-ons and after a while, you don’t know what is included in the package you paid for.

Canceled 1st and 3rd visits for excuses, I have a pretty big lawn and was told by neighbors and stay at home family that they were done in 10-15min. Last straw is they give you a 24hrs heads up asking you to call or reply to cancel that doesn't work. And if your yard is full of leaves or needs cleaning they will spray the treatment anyway a waste of money!

They would apply applications without contacting me. Did see very little improvement in the lawn that was treated

The representative who came out for the initial estimate was very knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions and explain the process I detail. He left me feeling like I'd be in good hands. Communication has been great with the office and I know that should the results not be the desired ones, I can call then for touch ups

They were ok until one of the employees force my gate open when I was not home and entered my property while damaging my gate. I call that breaking and entering.

Make sure you understand clearly how the process is going because their weed control is one thing and aeration is another which is costly.

They performd a treatment for lawn maintenance, which included weed control especially nutsedge control. First application did not do the job so I requested they return and retreat the lawn. Second application applied and it appears I now have more weeds than when they started. I applied my own nutsedge spray and the part I did is bare of nutsedge. Took pictures of the area they treated and the area I treated and attached them to 4 emails requesting a 3 application. To date I have not received a reply. The only contact I've had is a phone call saying they wanted to schedule the fall application. Ask them to review the emails and take action on them before I would pay for any more treatments. So far no reply.
