They were fast efficient and so far doing a great job.

I tried to stick with these guys for 2 1/2 years and my lawn has gotten WORSE each year! HUGE brown patch spots which have made my yard the embarrassment of the block. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR YOUR LAWN CARE!

I am very pleased so far they where here twice and my zoiya grass seem to be getting back to health. Previous 5 years they another company kind of killed my grass it is usually like a carpet. My Husband put it in want you plant this grass no seed but roots.

Customer service is horrible. I was told 3x that they d be back in touch about fungus on my lawn. No one ever called.

The work was never done, but there is no **not applicable** option in the questions above. Our experience: The sales rep/inspector came out and seemed to do a thorough job and was very professional. However, there was never any follow up. We called the company to try and schedule the follow-up service they said we needed (they never called us as promised), and while the first call seemed positive, we never heard from them again, despite several calls to the company and the inspector. We signed a contract that we now need to vacate (and pay for the inspection) because we need to work done, but the company has gone silent. We would not use them again.

The sale rep Mr. Dennis was professional and provided excellent service. Also the tech that came out to do the work was awesome and educated me about a lot of issues, but company itself dropped the ball in not informing the client (me) about any changes! My appointment was at 10 and the tech arrived at 12 called the company more than 6 times with no response, and when I finally reach the company and spoke with customer service and explained the issue she blow it off I than ask for the manager to give me a call. The manager did not return my call until the next day! Customer Service starts from beginning to end!

After a year of regular service including aerating and seeding, I expected improvement to my lawn (2 1/4 acres). This company actually destroyed my lawn down to almost all dirt. It actually turned out worse than when they started. I very strongly recommend steering clear of this company. Do not trust their sales people and especially steer clear of Joe.

Had an initial issue with the scheduled appointment for a termite inspector but the director, Dennis, made it right. Very professional. I recommend their service. I am trying their lawn service next.

Mr Dennis was very kind in explaining everything to us and taking his time with it. His inspection was very thorough and he was very respectful and professional.

Dayvon was very informative and answered my calls all the time (the reason I gave them a star). The issue was, I asked if they could fit me in within the next week (it was getting cold and I wanted to get some seed down and water the lawn before I have to winterize my spigot) and they said yes. Then they tried to schedule me for the following Tuesday. I called, they told me they would fit me in Friday (GREAT, I'm happy it worked out, I took off Saturday to do seeding. ). BTW I also referred them two clients that were looking for aerations as well ). I call them at 4pm on Friday and said no one has shown up yet. Not an issue, they are on their way, they work past 5pm. 5 minutes later, the technician calls and says they are stuck in traffic and can not make it. I told them I need this done because I took off tomorrow. He said we will add you to the Saturday Schedule. I told him I need the morning though, he said that shouldn't be a problem. I called the office, I must have talk to the owner/manager (not very friendly) and he told me he was going to try but it is not a guarantee and he would have to see when the guys get back to the shop and see who was going to come into work on Saturday. He said he would let me know. No call, no email, no show for the weekend. Great..... I'm glad that worked out so well. Work was good, not great, not bad. They did apply a starter fertilizer that I did not know was going to be applied at the same time. I will no longer be using this company.

This company has totally destroyed my yard. It is now nothing but hard dirt, nothing but mostly dirt and what's not dirt is dried up moss. My yard used to look fine, so much so that I bought a riding mower that I cant even use, its sitting by my shed with four flat tires, no sense in fixing them. My yard is embarrassing, on a block with beautiful lawns. I have lots of pictures to prove all of this. I live on waterfront property and am ashamed of it all. I have no idea of what to do with my lawn, it is a TOTAL disaster.
