Arrived on time, completed and cleaned up.

The company email available dates. I choose a date and they promptly arrived, perform the service, cleaned the drive way and move on. I was very happy with the service and price.

It went very well. They came right on time and did the job quickly. We're seeing the results already.

Provider was great. Showed up on time and did a nice job and was careful not to puncture my marked Invisable fence. Over all nice job.

Set an early date to perform the service and a crew came out as agreed. I didn't need to be there so I inspected the job later that day and was pleased with their work. Would call on them again for other lawn work.

It went great - I purchased the fall lawn aeration deal in September and the company (Lawn Artists) was very prompt in contacting me to schedule a date for service. We settled on next Tuesday, 10/14/14, for them to come out and aerate my lawn, (and give me an estimate for over seeding and putting down fertilizer). Unfortunately, I forgot that I previously contracted with a separate lawn service last spring to come out this fall to aerate and over seed my lawn. That contractor had previously done work on my lawn this summer, but I thought they were not coming out this fall. Well, it turns out they showed up today and completed all the work that I thought I was going to have Lawn Artists do next week. Obviously, it would be unhealthy for my lawn to have the same service done on it within the spent of a week. I contacted Lawn Artists, and they were understanding. They told me to contact Angie's List to get my $119 refund. I was very impressed with Lawn Artists in my limited communications with them - they were prompt to answer my emails and schedule a time that was convenient for me. I'll probably contact Lawn Artists this coming spring to put fertilizer down on my lawn, but I don't need them to aerate this fall. Thus, I fit into the "Not in Need of Service" category. Went great; have no complaints. Very responsive via email which is great - as we had some problems with timing due to the weather.

The service was performed as advertised, and it went well overall. I would use the service again.

I scheduled the service. The company called to set up a date. The service was performed.

Provider arrived on time and aerated front and back lawns. took care to ensure they knew where irrigation system piping was. The two men completed the job in 30 minutes.

It went very well. He asked if I had irrigation and I said yes, he took the time to locate the sprinkler heads and marked them off so he wouldn't ruin them. He then aerated the lawn, being very careful not to disrupt the sprinkler heads or the flower beds.

When he came the first time, we weren't here, and our yard is a corner yard on the street. He did a good job on the front, and the first little part of the side yard, but apparently he didn't do it on the rest of the yard that lines the street. My husband called them back, and he was very polite, and cooperative, and he came back on Friday when we weren't here again, but he finished it up. We were satisfied. We didn't pay him any more than the $114. His first reaction was that he did, and my husband was very nice, and he said that he hadn't and show him when he came out. He was supposed to call before he came, but he didn't. I have been looking at the other ads that have come out, and his is on the higher side. He just did aeration, my husband did the seeding. It wasn't terribly expensive.

We bought an Angie's List Big Deal for lawn aeration. The price was a good deal since we've had other companies aerate our lawn and we've rented equipment and done it ourselves. We requested a morning appointment on the 11th and I spoke to someone in the office at Lawn Artists and the deal was they would call that morning to tell us what time to expect them. I also mentioned that we would like to talk to them about some other services, such as over seeding and spreading compost, fertilizing and pest prevention for next year. At 10:30 on the morning of the 11th we still had not heard from them so I called their office. I told the man who answered that I was wondering when they were going to come and that our appointment was for the morning. He said in a rather snotty voice "Isn't it still morning?" and I agreed but I had, at the least, expected to hear from them by now about the time the crew would be arriving. He said they were finishing up a job and would be there soon. They finally arrived about 12:25 (not the morning they promised). A man on the crew knocked on my door so I could open the back gate. They aerated the lawns within 10 minutes, both front and back. Our yard is not big, about a quarter of an acre with driveway, house, garage and pool. It should have taken them a little longer than that though. No one ever knocked on the door to talk to us about anything else either. They just left; no thank you, nothing. When we went our to check on the work, you could barely tell the lawn had been aerated. There were very few plugs of sod and soil on the lawns. Most parts of the backyard, especially around the pool area didn't look like they had been touched by a machine at all. There was a part of the front lawn that you could tell had been done but only because a piece of their machinery was lying there. I wouldn't use them again. It wasn't worth the price we paid. Why Lawn Artists wouldn't do a good job and try to add another customer is beyond me. I'm wondering if anyone else bought the Big Deal and was as disappointed as we are.

When I showed up at the house after work was done the sod looked good. I went around back and found a 3' mound of stump grindings. I took a picture, sent it to him and asked if it was a joke? he called me right away with an attitude saying He did what I requested. I stated I only wanted the hole filled in, his comment was it is filled and he didn't like my attitude and I was "getting my short and curlies up." I was appalled by this and told him to just come and get his check. About a half hour later an older gentlemen showed up, saw the pile and said no big deal, they could take care of it this week. I said great, handed him the check. Well, work did not get done. I emailed him this morning and the following is our exchange: Saturday, September 20, 2014, 8:16 AM -0400 from fisher <dfisher343@msn.com>: Matt, Just wondering when this will be taken care? House goes on the market Monday, if you are going to back out of your fathers commitment that "we are in Lusby every day I will send a couple of guys over and knock it out in a few minutes" just let me know so I can make other arrangements. Thank you Don Fisher Hi Don, Really? I said that we come they the area frequently and that we could smooth the pile and remove the excess. Last I remember you did not accept my offer to take care of it. To be honest with you your attitude and the way that you come across when you don't like something sucks. At this point, I have no interest in extending ourselves to do anything. As far as I'm concerned we completed the job as described and asked to do. All that it would have taken was a different approach on your end and things might have gone more in your favor. Said he did the service at a different location, one I do not live at. They did not confirm address even after I took off work and adjusted my schedule to be available. He claims that since that is the address listed, there is nothing he can do. They refused to come to correct address. I asked for a refund since no service was provided to me. He refused saying services were performed. I wouldn't recommend this provider..

Excellent! The contractor arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. The cost was very fair compared to some of the other estimates I received for the same work.

They did exactly what the deal stated. I am not pleased with the grass to this day. I like to be home while people come out for services. The guy ended up coming out right after I left for work. I am going to try another treatment on the lawn. The grass did not grow and there was no indication the lawn had been treated. I had no problem contacting the company.

Service was provided as scheduled. Weeds were eliminated.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal from Lawn Artist for the aeration of my lawn. They called me back in a very timely manner, set up an appointment and arrived on time. I was not home when they did the aeration but they performed the service requested.

They were quite nice. They have done a very nice job before and initially had a local guy to do the grass mowing and it just was not working out at all so I contacted Lawn Artist through Angie's List and got a very prompt response. They were a little bit on the expensive side but that's okay, I really needed someone and it is a large yard.

Very well. Didn't realize they were blowing the leaves but happy they were out if the yard. Really fast removal and thorough.

Barely any fertilize applied. Amount was ineffective.

This was a Big Deal for $89.00. We arranged for a time for the treatment to be done. I didn't need to be there. He called me after it was finished but I knew anyway because the chemicals have a slight odor. It took a few weeks for my lawn to reap the benefits, but it did come in thicker, greener and more weed free than in previous years. However, $90 is a lot for a 2500 sg. ft. lawn and I've always done it in the past myself but with admittedly with not the same results.

I was pleased with them. I got them off of Angie's List. The service was great, it was very good. The price was reasonable.
