Description of Work: New Roof to include some repairs to sofit and siding. Sofit boards "fell" off of house several months later, siding panel is loose/pulled away from house. Both due to length of nails used - less than 1/4' of nail was holding either piece. | |Roofer came thru roof into home causing drywall damage. GH Clark was responsive to damage, however sub contractor who preformed drywall work was unprofessional and damaged personal belongings with "spray" from drywall mud. Also, cleaned tools & drywall mud in master bathroom sink! Made a HUGE mess we had to clean up. | |Closed up exterior entrance & replaced with framed wall for fireplace to be installed. Electrical subcontractors were professional and did a great job. Framing was so-so; top frame pieces were not attached and had to point out issue to foreman to address before drywall went up. | |Took alot of follow up get contractor to finish all agreed upon items. | |

Description of Work: Put a new roof with ridge cap on a two car garage with shop. Also replaced vinyl siding on the back of the building and on a dormer on the main house. The work was done quickly on the day they worked and from what I can see the quality is excellent and all aspects of the contract were fulfilled as written. No issues. Good group to work with.

Description of Work: They did not do anything. When I contacted them they said they would come in the next week and clean my gutters for $115.00. I waited until Wednesday of the NEXT week and called them. They said they were planning on doing it the next Friday. They should have called and told me.

Description of Work: I was just interested in a quote to remove existing siding, add new vinyl siding, replace the roof and cutters, but they specifically wanted to give a sales pitch about how different their company was compared to the other companies on your list. They took up almost 2 hours of my time, and still refuse to do any measurements and give me a quote in writing. The manager who showed up was not prepared, and he admitted that he was not prepared because he was informed of the appointment at the last minute. So, I did not want to continue to do business with this company.

Description of Work: They tore off two layers of old roof, replaced flashing on 2200 square feet of gable roof. Job was done on time, very quickly and with attentiveness to detail. Couldn't ask for more. Very please with the result.

Description of Work: Mr. Clark senior came to take a look at my old roof and within a couple of weeks I had a brand new one! He brought a variety of finishes along for me to look at and I chose my new tiles. The roof is beautiful. The roofers did the whole job in one day, took all the old stuff away, cleaned everything up, picked up all the tacks, nails and other detritus and left me happy. Really, really worth it!

Description of Work: Everyone we dealt with from the company was professional and cheerful and very responsive to our questions as we compared products and companies. We had a somewhat difficult roof with many nooks, and also steep pitch and dormers, so we knew it wouldn't be inexpensive. Price was within expected range for scope of work, which included gutter and downspout replacement, as well as dormer repair and added siding with trim work. After contract was signed, they kept in contact, and we were booked for job within two weeks. Workers were here at the crack of dawn, and roofing plus dormer work was done inone very full day. Gutter work done two days later. We especially appreciated the oversight of the work crew by the owner, as well as their attention to shrubs and landscaping protection. They did an excellent job of cleaning up, too! Even came back to repair screen accidentally ripped during roof tear off with just one mention to receptionist who called to check on our satisfaction. All in all a good experience for a not inexpensive necessity.
