He called me around 12:30 to apologize - the job he was working on was a lot worse than he expected - and he wanted to know if he could still come over around 1:45. I repeated I would be home all day. He arrived at about 1:45 and after asking a few questions he immediately began a series of diagnostic steps with the dishwasher. In a fairly short while he identified what he thought was the problem; some paper towel-like material was stuck in the back of the machine somewhat obstructing the drain pump. He cleaned it all out and ran the system though its cycles and - voila - it was fixed. He charged me $68.50 for a service call. Mr. Rubin was most pleasant to deal with and I felt extremely trusting of him vis a vis what he was telling me about the appliance.

I called them first thing in the morning (8:30 a.m.) because my washing machine had stopped working the previous night. The owner answered the phone himself so I didn't have to leave a message. He was at my house by 10:30 the same day and had it fixed an hour later.

Arrived same morning I called. Professional. Presents well and polite. Advised me that I was not in need of a costly repair. He just needed to make an adjustment to the belt. Would use again in a heartbeat because he was so prompt, prepared, experienced and professional.

It is a one man shop and he was great. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and he solved my problem. He suggested a work around that might work that would not cost me anything. When that did not work he ordered the part, came back and did the repair. He gave me credit from the first repair (I paid for the service call) on the second visit. He got me information about certain diagnostic routines to do on my fridge. He walked me through the diagnostics over the phone so I could make sure there was nothing more wrong. I would absolutely use him again in the future. It was a very pleasant experience.

Mr. Rubin arrived on time and was, himself, neat and tidy. He promptly went about his task and worked efficiently. He cleaned up behind himself after completing the repairs. He, clearly, is knowledgeable in this field.

We called at 8:30am. He arrived by 10:00am and the machine was fixed by 10:30am. He showed me the broken parts. The repairman took the call, made the repair and explained ways in which we could help the machine to perform better.

Gilbert was great. I called him on a Saturday, and we set up that he would come the next Tuesday at 1pm. He called later on Saturday and offered a Sunday morning appointment. He said he would come at 9:30, he arrived at 8:50 and was finished by 9:30am. He was friendly, and even gave me tips about how to improve the function of the stove top without charge. He offers a one year warranty on his work. Couldn't be happier.

Professional and prompt service. Very fast response changed what could have been a major inconvenience into a minor annoyance. I also appreciated his comments on things I could do to make the appliance perform as designed.

He is very honest and a pleasant person to deal with. I have used this company before and have been very happy with the quality of work and especially the honesty. They also came the same day as I called, and they guarantee parts installed by them for one year.
