Description of Work: older washer stopped working. Left msg. for Crest, got an immed. return call. Repairman asked a few questions, said he could be at my home in 1/2 hour. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed problem and explained my options, but said he would not recommend the repair due to the cost of repair and age of machine. I agreed, thanked him, paid his service call fee. I promptly ordered a new washer. I appreciated his response, knowledge and frank discussion.

Description of Work: I called Crest Appliance Repair after several unsuccessful attempts to find someone to service my 1996 Crosley dryer. The person who answered the phone helped me troubleshoot over the phone resulting in a fixed dryer. He even called back to be sure the fix was successful. I can't believe there are still people out there that are willing to provide this level of personal service. Thanks for keeping my dryer rolling for a while longer Crest!!!

Description of Work: He was absolutely fabulous! He diagnosed the problem over the phone by us just describing the bizarre situation. He saw that the washer was still under warranty to save us money. Our dryer then developed an odd smell and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone to save me a service call. He explained the odor was from us refinishing floors. Very knowledgeable and forthcoming with his advice.
