Description of Work: What a great guy! I called Reid with what seemed like a concern for my Samsung washing machine. He was wonderful and walked me through what I perceived as a problem, that really wasn't a problem and actually quite normal with the unit. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not need a service call. And obviously, very grateful for the savings! Definitely a standup guy and I will be calling him again when I "actually" need his services ;-)

Description of Work: The Raker repairman was very professional and did everything he could to save my dead wall oven. I got a phone call the same evening I emailed the company, and a repairman came out the next day (knowing my daughter was having an upcoming party). Although he couldn't save the oven, the cost for attempting was minimal and he even called after the last service with one more suggestion. He really cared about my situation and gave me lots of suggestions for purchasing a new oven.

Description of Work: Mr Raker, the younger, returned my initial call promptly and was able to come out within an hour the same evening to determine the problem with my washing machine. He obtained the required replacement part and returned the next day to install it. He could not have been more efficient, knowledgable or courteous, and did not even charge extra for the emergency service. I will definitely use this company again, and feel very comfortable referring anyone to use their services with confidence.

Raker Appliance offers the following services: We repair all the major brands including front loaders and imports. We have the extensive resources needed to repair all the computerized models. We concentrate in Timonium, Cockeysville, Towson, Phoenix, Kingsville, Fallston, Bel Air and Baldwin areas.
We do not offer any factory warranty services. However, occasionally we direct customers to warranty coverage they were unaware of, such as 12 year Sub Zero sealed system repairs. We know the best warranty companies and are happy to refer you to them.
