Reid Raker responded to my email request within an hour. Was very friendly, and worked with my schedule to make an appointment. He texted me when he was on his way (very convenient) and arrived promptly. Was extremely happy with the work - I would recommend this company and plan to call on them for any future work.

These guys are fantastic! First call, they were here in 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem and repaired the washer in another 15 minutes. Highly recommended. Call them first!!!

They came within a couple of hours of calling them. They did a superb job. It only took them 30-45 minutes. The washer is working well. It wasn't inexpensive, but what we wanted was reliability, good quality work, & promptness of service. I received all of those things.

He knows his way around appliances. He’s professional, prompt, business-like, and reliable. We’ve used his services for a number of years. He’s a straight shooter and will tell you if something is worth salvaging or not.

I do recall he was wonderful. We were pleased enough that we would call them again.

We have used Raker Appliance several times over the last 20 or more years. We started using them because of word of mouth references from friends. So estimates were not needed. We trusted them.

He was a good worker. The first time he neglected to come and my husband had stayed home for a half day waiting on him. Mr. Raker acknowledged the fact that he had forgotten. Things went well then for a few years when we needed him. I had a fairly new dishwasher and it was not working. He pulled out a plastic top to a plastic container that would have held about a pint. The top was against the water that would come in and I had not seen it. He charged me $80 to take out the plastic top out. I have not had him since.

I have not used them in a while since I was told that they are not an approved repair company for the items I have for Subzero.

Their service is excellent. They are nice people and they do a good job. They try very hard to do it as reasonably priced as they can. They are here when they were supposed to be and if they were going to be late they have called.

His son comes out and is just as fabulous as the father. We appreciated that he went the extra mile for us amd he charged a fair price for the service.

Mr. Raker thought the drainage hose was clogged so he took it apart and cleaned the lint out and it is working. Problem solved. No new parts were necessary.

Reid basically overhauled my dryer, saying that it will be a while before I need to replace it. I won't hesitate to call Raker Appliance again!!!

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE CONTRACTOR WAS HONESTY AND DEPENDABLE AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER REPAIRS. PRICE SEEMED APPROPRIATE.

MR. RAKER RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR SERVICE CALL. HE WAS HERE WITHIN HOURS AND WAS HONEST IN HIS ESTIMATE AND REPAIR OF THE ITEM. HE FIXED IT AND TOLD US IT WAS WORTH REPAIRING.
