Arrived at scheduled time. Serviced existing system, providing a new storage tank for neutralizer, mixed and filled tank with chemical and water, serviced our existing pulsate pump and checked out our existing softener and made sure they were filled to the proper level, checked water to make sure system doing its job. Removed old R/O under sink and installed new R/O in basement which is great (more room under sink!). This system has a small pump which distributes water through multiple filters and can't believe the increased water pressure (our other R/O was a "trickle"). I am a strong believer in R/O filtered drinking water. It's the only way to go for safe drinking water! The faucet for the sink was installed and had to redo a portion of our copper pipe (unexpected but no extra charge). Thankful to get rid of "drippy" faucet! They will be back to check on system to make sure it is functioning correctly. Experience with all personnel was good from owner, Doug, to office personnel, to plumbers who did the work. They will be servicing our equipment in the future as necessary,

Doug the workman oversaw the installation of and service of our reverse osmosis water system. He has been professional and has gone above and beyond on many occasions, even coming in the middle of the night when we asked him to.

I had a very good experience with them. My shower has been leaking and I sort of had a hunch it needed a new cartridge. I sent pictures via email of my shower so they can purchase it before arriving on the job. I got invoiced for the cartridge later. Appointment scheduling ended up being two weeks out, but mine was not an emergency anyway. They got the job done and my shower has not been leaking ever since (it's been over 2 months now). Will definitely go to them for plumbing issues.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was fine. Everything looked well done and we haven't had any problems since they came out. They did a good job. We ended up needing more time for the work so we paid additional. Their hourly rate was about average.

Fixed my old leaky faucet wonderfully and but wisely advised that my old emanel sink needed to be replaced.

They were a better fit because they seemed very sure and more knowledgeable about plumbing aspect as he is also a plumber. I had a refinished basement and the hooking of the water softener was going to be more involved so I thought they were better. They ended up being really good than I thought. I am impressed with their service. The price was reasonable and initially they gave me a more expensive price for the more expensive system and then I spoke with them and they gave me a little bit cheaper. They are definitely competitive. They come back to do the check up and to see how well the system is doing. When they called me I just had a baby and now they are telling me they can’t come till September and I called them and told them I am disappointed but the problem is they are a little further from Maryland so it takes them a little longer to come here. I have no problem using them again.

Work was done prefessionally, on time, and it actually works. This is the third system we have had and the only one that adresses our water quality issues.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I had a leaky kitchen faucet and also a leak in the utility tub in my garage. I purchased a "deal" through Angie's list for $99.00. I was called when the men were en route to my home and they arrived on the scheduled time. One of the plumbers, Mike, went to work to determine the problem with the utility tub and the other plumber, whose name I did not get, went to work on the kitchen sink problem. He diagnosed the problem as a defective faucet. I had purchased a replacement faucet just in case this was the problem, but it was the wrong size. They measured the faucet for the correct height and suggested I buy the appropriate size and they would swing back and install it. Mike came back that afternoon and installed the new faucet. The problem with the utility tub was a rusted part, a gasket I think. Now all my plumbing problems are resolved. The two men were professional, courteous, accommodating and cleaned up when they were finished. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to my friends.

I had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe leading to the msaster shower that was leaking through the ceiling about the stairs. I called and described the probem; fortunately, there were stop-valves on the pipe and so I was able to halt the water flow into that particular pipe. Since it wasn't an emergency, we made an appointment for a couple days later. The plumbed arrived and examined the leak, accessible through a small panel in the drywall about the stairs. He had to go back for a smaller ladder but, upon being unable to get one, actually modified his existing ladder to function. Very quick and efficient work for a reasonable price, and checked the opposite pipe for more potential problems. When he was up there, he also noticed that the silicone sealing around the handle was coming apart and replaced that, as well. Very good service, very polite and knowledgable. Now my go-to plumber.

I had a leak that was flooding my basement. The service provider came to my home right away because it was an emergency. They were willing to come out of their way to make sure this issue was fixed.

It went well. He showed up after the appt time but called to let me know he'd be running late. When he arrived, he made quick work of fixing the toilets, kitchen sink, and clogged drains. He had enough knowledge of the humidifier to accurately identify and fix the problem. Overall it was a very good experience. Paid $99 for two hours of service plus $172.50 additional for the extra time and parts.

I priced out the water system with another company as well. The prices were comparable but I thought Doug seemed more competent than the two guys who came out to give a quote for the other company. At first Doug wanted to put in a chemical feeder to neutralize the acid instead of an acid neutralizer tank that uses lyme-stone media to neutralize the acid. His reason for this was that my water was really acid enough to require a chemical feeder instead of an acid neutralizer tank. I almost went with the other company just because I REALLY didn't want to have to mess with caustic chemicals every couple of months to maintain my chemical-feed system, and the other company thought I could get by with the neutralizer tank. I called Doug about it (he is very good about returning calls) and he found a compromise that could neutralize my very acid water without using chemical feeders- he installed an extra- large acid neutralizer tank with extra lyme-stone media in it. For no extra charge over the quoted price too. Everything (except the reverse osmosis drinking system) was installed along one basement wall- the well-tank, the salt canister, the acid neutralizer, and the water softener. Copper corroded pipes were replaced with PVC piping. The reverse osmosis system was installed under the kitchen sink (not that bulky), and a nice-looking drinking faucet was installed next to the regular kitchen faucet. The R.O. water was also routed to my freezer's ice maker. The back-wash lines of the water softener and acid neutralizer tank were routed to my basement sink. They seem to function very well as I have observed one backwash cycle. The water was turned off to accomplish the installation. When it was turned back on it started a leak in a copper pipe that had not been leaking before. Mike replaced the pipe with a pvc pipe at no additional charge. Doug told me that after turning water off, the force of water rushing back in (especially soft water) can start leaks in pipes that were borderline right before. An outside spigots that was not touched during the install also started leaking after the guys left. I blame running the newly soft water through a borderline corroded pipe. Doug came out at no charge and told me what to get from Home Depot to repair it without having to replace it. One additional note- I found Doug and Mike to be extremely trustworthy, which is important to me. I didn't feel like I had to watch them every second and I would not worry about having them work in my house unsupervised. I would definitely recommend the services of Liberty Pure.

The job went very smoothly, from start to finish. The guys were very punctual and they worked quickly, and completed the job sooner than expected.

Doug & Steve showed up on time and well prepared. I had been having intermittent problems with my well ranging from no pressure to aeration. After pulling the old pump, Steve inspected the wiring and found a few chaffed spots and some minor corrosion which may or may not have caused the intermittent loss of pressure problem. So they replaced the entire 300ft of wiring as well. Gotta tell you, these guys do good work and didn't mind explaining things as they went. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The final price was right in the middle of the high and low amount Doug quoted, only because of the wiring.

I would like to highly recommend Liberty Pure Solutions, Inc. for your water treatment problems. I had gone onto Angie's List out of shear frustration after looking for a plumber or someone qualified to do this job. A. someone who wouldn't price to the size of the house but to the job & B. someone who actually knew what they were talking about. I had 4 other estimates & some had some pretty ridiculous prices and made no sense to waste so much water. Our water had a metallic odor and taste. It was staining the sinks and ruining the pipes, water heaters and fixtures, not to mention my hair is colored w/bleach and it had a chemical reaction to the minerals in the water and was breaking off! It was a complicated system with 2 well holding tanks, 2 wells, 2 boilers, 2 water heaters and a large irrigation tank. My grandchildren refused to drink the water after brushing their teeth and it was always brown when we ran the bathtub - the coffee didn't taste right - You get the picture. Doug always answers his cell or gets back to you + would try to get there to help in any way he could even though it wasn't always related to anything related to their system. Doug Workman and Kyle Mathias are aces to deal with - call them!

Good drinking water is so important to us and we have been using the services of this company for years. We are very happy with them and plan to continue with the service in the future. They are good about scheduling our service in a timely manner and are always friendly.
