LP came to service my water system on 4/4/2023. The service tech indicated I had a possible issue with my sump pump as he poured water and sediment from changing my cartridge/filter into the sump pump. He asked if I wanted an LP plumber to come out and to see what the issue was. I agreed. Plumbers came. 20-minutes later they left my home and I received an electronic invoice for $550.00. They never told me what was wrong. They did not provide an estimate to replace. They did not request a signature to accept the estimate and okay to perform the work. They did not request a signature for me accepting the work that was supposedly performed. When I opened the electronic invoice, my name had been forged in 2 areas. The invoice did not list what brand/manufacturer of sump pump was installed. The invoice did not have a price for the labor. There was a $100 deduction but no reason provided. When I called LP, a was switched over to a representative. She stated they could not provide the sump pump information I requested. No reason as to why. But wanted to know if I wanted to pay my bill. I did pay, but thought more about it and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My request was simple: provide a new invoice with the manufacturer of the sump pump. It would be a good thing to have in the event the supposed NEW sump pump failed. Odd that another well known contractor who replaced this years ago, gave me their invoice with the name and manufacturer and brand name/model of the sump pump that was determined defective by LP. I still have that receipt but odd that LP, supposedly a professional company, literally refused to provide the information that I requested. LP did reach out but I did not take the call on my cell and was out the next day when they called a landline. Their rep replied was everything looked reasonable but they, LP, NEVER, and STILL HAS NOT provided the information I requested. The name of the new sump, model number, etc. that I would need should the unit fail after LP had performed the work. If the unit failed, how would I ever be able to call the maker, e.g., Kohler, and see if they would honor a warranty if it did fail. How hard would it have been for LP to honor this request? Because I, a senior citizen did not contact LP by phone, the BBB closed the complaint. Instead of requesting that LP provide the required information, they closed the complaint. Makes one feel like they were totally scammed and the reason they didn't know or want to provide the information is that didn't actually perform the work. Another senior - SCAMMED.

Work was performed quickly and on time. However, there were some minor issues that needed to be corrected. I called 4 times and was assured that the issue would be taken care of right away, but they did nothing for a month and half until I threatened to file a complaint with BBB. I even had to argue with thier manager just to get operating instructions for the system ( which the technician promised they could email right away) they only gave 1 sentence of instruction in a quick email with a statement that they will reach out if the system needs service. Pathetic attemt to secure my business makes me never want to deal with this type of "professional" again.

Woke up on Mothers Day with no water. After I did a quick inspection for leaks and a quick check of plumbing equipment I noticed an "E2" message on the well holding tank. I called Liberty Pure and to my pleasant surprise they told me they would have a well pump specialist out in an hour. Tyler from Liberty Pure promptly arrived at our house and after a thorough inspection determined our 20year old pump needed replacing. Considering it was Sunday Mothers Day and the well is 700ft deep no way did I think Tyler's response was going to be, "today" when I asked him when it could be replaced & working again. Tyler quickly reached out to get a crane to the job site and had all necessary equipment delivered promptly. He and a small team had the job completed in approximately 5 hours. Tyler is professional, hard working and passionate about doing his job well!! Can't thank Tyler enough for going the extra mile to complete the work on a Sunday!!

They came out quickly after hours. They assessed that there was simple fix and they didn’t not charge us for the visit. We have used Liberty Pure for all of our plumbing needs and have never been disappointed.

It went great masks were worn by all of us and the gentleman was professional and friendly. We’re very happy that we did for a maintenance contract.

Liberty offered me a $199 annual service that supposedly included servicing of both my softener and neutralizer. What I actually got was just a bag of lime added to my neutralizer and a cursory check of the screens on the control units. When I complained about the price, all I got were excuses that the other services were “free” and I was actually paying $199 to have someone dump a bag of lime in the tank.

Outstanding . . . I had three firms come on site and provide written estimates. Liberty Pure was the only one that actually detailed everything I requested in their proposal -and- provided the most competitive price for what was going to be a relatively complicated installation. There was no sales pressure (unlike the other two bidders) and the work was completed quickly and professionally.

Liberty Pure was great. When I was having a hard time getting other plumbers to respond to my requests, Liberty Pure was able to come out the day I called. Corey was on time and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company and I’ll be calling with any future needs.

The Liberty Pure system works great. It's quiet and does an excellent job of purifying our well water. Our untreated water has iron sediment and caused a real mess in our plumbing before installation of the Liberty Pure system. Liberty Pure responded quickly and the system was installed the day after we purchased it. It's quite a sophisticated system.

Excellent. They answered the office phone at 7am, the work was totally completed by noon. Corey Cook was professional, pleasant and explained the process clearly. I am very happy and would not hesitate to hire Liberty Pure in the future. The price quoted was exactly what I paid.

I called Liberty Pure and a plumber named Corey Cook arrived at my door within 10 minutes. Corey was professional, courteous and fixed the problem quickly. He also pointed out that my well pressure tank was on its last legs (I did not realize that). A family member was visiting and looked at the tank and agreed Corey was right. Corey installed the new tank the next day. I had several questions and Corey answered all of my questions. He cleaned the area where he worked well.

As usual it was great. Efficient, on time, superior service. I’m so glad I switched to liberty last year! Thank you fir having such great staff!

Our existing pump had very low pressure and was very erratic. We've been using Liberty Pure for years and I've always found them to be very reliable, reasonably priced and always on time. Every employee we've ever met has always been professional and knowledgeable. No need to look for another plumbing outfit. These folks are top shelf!

The staff in the office are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the well and water system and I order the media for my whole house filtration system from here and they always have it in the front office awaiting my arrival. Once there I pay for it (prices are very reasonable), they answer any questions I have, and they even have one of the guys load the heavy buckets into my trunk for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly company for all of you needs.
