Description of Work: LPS replaced my waterline. Their estimate was a lot lower than then 2 others I received. After speaking with Kyle at LPS I was comfortable that it was NOT a case of "if it seems to good to be true, it usually is.' I would definitely use them again as well as refer them.

Description of Work: They originally installed a new water system for our home and now we have an on-going service contract to supply salt and filters on a quarterly basis. From the beginning they have been professional, friendly, and extremely trustworthy. They had the opportunity to "upsell" me; however, they chose to present several packages what I needed including the "high end" solution. In the end they recommended a modest package knowing our needs. I'm very satisfied. The "B" for Punctuality was due to the fact that we ran out of salt and I had to go to Lowes to get my own (which was no big deal). I'm not sure if we were just not on the right call cycle...I certainly could have called them.

Description of Work: Liberty Pure Solutions installed a new water filtration system. They were very professional in their work and worked quickly to put in the new tanks and even suggested we reuse one of our old tanks to help cut the cost. The water from our well has a much fresher taste than it did before.

Description of Work: Plumber was involved with a prior job that took much longer to complete than expected, but called to let me know he could still come that day and gave me the option to keep the same day at an later time or reschedule. I chose to let him come the same day. He was pleasant and professional. Fixed a leak under my kitchen sink and cleaned the filters in my shower which had an overhead shower head and four individual body sprays. Would definitely use them again.
