"Do not use this company. They will rip you off. The contract was for eight 300W LED 40 ft pole lights, but I caught them redhanded installing 240W. Who does that? Then, they broke my lock and broke into my sprinkler room which I saw on my video which they admitted. Then, Kolb sued me for not paying the bill which I disputed due to lost tools as result of the break-in. Who does that breaking into a customer's sprinkler room and not informing that they did. I had to catch them on my video. Not only that it took over one year to the work proposed work. TOTAL FRAUD. I will be going to court...."

His crew was great, and they did a beautiful job. It was finished last November just before the weather got cold. We asked him back in the spring to trim up some of the concrete edges when were doing some landscaping and he came back out and finished it off. We are very happy with the work, and would definitely recommend."

Not realizing that the company apparently has no protection policies in place for its customers, I didn't ask him if he was vaccinated until he was leaving the house. He bragged that he, his family and friends are all unvaccinated. At a time when a virulently contagious Covid variant is making many people sick, the company should have a strict policy requiring its employees to wear masks and, if possible, be vaccinated before entering a customer's house. When I expressed my concerns to the manager, she hung up on me. I will never hire JPS again."
