The electrician came to the door without a mask. Not realizing that the company apparently has no protection policies in place for its customers, I didn't ask him if he was vaccinated until he was leaving the house. He bragged that he, his family and friends are all unvaccinated. At a time when a virulently contagious Covid variant is making many people sick, the company should have a strict policy requiring its employees to wear masks and, if possible, be vaccinated before entering a customer's house. When I expressed my concerns to the manager, she hung up on me. I will never hire JPS again.

These guys were fantastic. They arrived early, found that the work was more complicated than they originally thought, but they still did the job expertly even though it took twice as long as they expected. And they still charged me the original estimate. The work was expertly done. I would definitely hire them again.

We called JPS as a new customer and the electrician was at our house that afternoon. Because of the refrigerator design he had to disassemble cabinetry to get at the receptacle only to find it was not the problem. He kept at it until he determined that the problem was interference from our generator which he corrected and then reassembled the cabinetry. I was very impressed by his skills and determination.

Erik was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His customer service was great as well. He's also a very personable guy who appears to enjoy his job. Everything was installed as expected with zero issues. Erik made sure everything was in order before leaving. I would definitely hire again.

I needed new wiring ran for a light fixture in a first floor room. After speaking to Hillary, I was able to get a quote within a couple hours. There price came in significantly lower than the four other companies I called, which can be a little concerning. However, someone we knew had just used them and spoke highly of them. We decided to use them and couldn't be happier. Eric came out within a week and did an amazing job. Not only did the fixture look great, but he made the drywall very easy to patch up after. Not sure when we will need an electrician again, but I am looking forward to working with them when we do.

JPS Electrical did a fantastic job from start to finish. From my first inquiry to Hillary, to the final install from their Electrician, Erik, everything was handled professionally and the work was performed flawlessly. I called them on a Friday morning and the work was done by Monday afternoon. Many times in the past, when I have needed work done I have to wait for the vendor and I feel like I waste half of my day waiting. Erik showed up 15 minutes early and was ready to get to work immediately. Any of my electrical needs in the future I will definitely give JPS a call. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with JPS Electric. The electrician called a half hour before his appointment time, he even informed he could come a little early if it suited me, which was very helpful. The electrician, Eric, was very professional, and was easily identifiable in his JPS Electric uniform. Eric was able to quickly diagnose the problem and perform the necessary repair. Everything was taken care of in a neat manner and cleaned up. He even took the time to look at my electrical service panel box and some additional work that I want to have done. JPS was extremely professional, punctual and great to work with. They completed a major wiring project of my new home as well as smaller projects now that we are in the house. I received daily updates via email automatically with pictures, the on-site crew always kept me informed, they were great with giving me guidance and direction to avoid costly mistakes. Service was awesome! The guys were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient. They installed a new breaker and outlet above the stove that was required for new above range microwave. They also installed 2 new dimmer light fixtures in the kitchen. Looks great! Have not had any problems and very happy with the experience! Will use them for all future electrical needs!
