Overall, they were efficient, professional, did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them. The floors don't creak and they look beautiful!

They arrived on time and were professional. This seems like a solid company--just expensive. They have minimum charges, which were a lot. Perhaps they would work better for bigger jobs.

Went to showroom on Mountain Rd. Marty was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice locally owned business. Honored 'buy local' discount. We couldn't decide what we wanted. He came to the house twice, leaving samples with us for a week or 2 before we finally decided. Installation went well and they left us a full box of boards for future use/repairs that were left over. All for a good price, would use them again. Sean

They were outstanding and did a beautiful job. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They did what the contract called for and the price was very good.

Workers arrived on time; one worker removed old tile floors while the other worker laid the laminate flooring. They moved all large pieces of furniture to one side while they worked on another. Both worked steadily for 8 hours fa day for 3 days. They were very professional, and competent. The floors looked absolutely beautiful! The workers very thoroughly cleaned up all the debris, dirt, etc. after the job and moved all furnitureb back to its original position. They even spent some time advising on floor maintenance and cleaning. Once the flooring was laid, they pulled up the old carpeting and installed new carpeting. Again, all the dirt, remnants, etc were removed and all looked beautiful when they were finished. I would definitely contact them again.

Marty was very professional from start to finish. He had a "no-haggle" approach and was very confident in his product and his pricing--which was the best, by far. He was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable about his products and always to took the time out to answer all of our questions. The installers did a wonderful job on our floors and quickly resolved and issues that came up. I would definitely hire them again.

We did not hire them. Actually we have not hired anybody yet. It is just the whole budgeting and everything. I think they were fine. They were professional. I just probably would have liked if they brought samples so I could see what they were talking about because that really did not give us that much of an estimate on how much it was and what we needed to get so we still have to go into the store to look at things like that. Their price was a little higher than what other companies told us and they included the tiles and they have already shown samples of the tiles we were looking for.

The installation went well with no hiccups. They delivered the wood the day prior to installation and installed the following day. I left them a key to my home so I didn't have to miss work. The wood floors have stoop up to two dogs over two years and still look great!

He was very thorough. I had other estimates and I found this company just to be a little more expensive. He was very good and gave me a very complete and detailed report of all of the specifics including how many coats of stain and what appliances would be moved in the process.

Floor installation went very well, problems with hardwood purchased for the stairs. Replacements were made very quickly with minimum fuss. Would definitely recommend.

The poor guy came out and my air conditioner had quit working in the summer but he kept on doing the job. They did an outstanding job on the floors. I have never had any problems with the flooring in six years. The installer was very professional as well.

The estimate was free. They were great and he was absolutely fantastic. Our insurance just wanted us to go with someone else.

The installation crew arrived on time, and completed the work in about 8 hours. They did a thorough job of removing old wall to wall carpet, tack strips, and padding. The glue Steve selected apparently was great for the installers to apply - better than some other glues the installers had used previously. The wood installation went smoothly. Looked great! I did have a couple of planks that didn't adhere properly, and those were reinstalled today. A great job, overall.

Great job from start to finish. The arranged for an in-home estimate that was convenient for me. Steve arrived promptly for the estimate, was knowledgable, friendly and down-to-earth. His manner is very upfront and open, and I was not pressured to make an immediate decision (unlike my experience with another company). Every contact I had at the store, on the phone, and on installation day was courteous and professional. Installation was fairly fast - less than a month after the initial estimate. A relative of mine stayed at the house during installation so I did not get to personally meet the crew, but I called several times throughout the day and each time my relative reported the guys were working quickly and doing a great job. We had moved out all of the small furniture and items, as well as electronics, etc, but they took care of moving all of the big furniture. The job was finished in less than a day! The new floors look great and match very well to the existing hardwood that is in another room. I wouldn't hesitate to call Pasadena floors again in the future!

The consultation was quite good and detailed. We discussed product and price and set a date for the service. The crew arrived on time and did the carpet removal and hardwood installation. It was great from the point of view of installation, since it was done while I was at work- and when I came home, I had new floors. I love the wood- it is good quality. They were very professional.

The salesperson I dealt with, Steve, was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He answered any questions I had and made some carpet suggestions. Then I selected a few carpet samples, which he allowed me to take home to make my decision. I called him back to tell him my selection; he ordered the carpet, and we set a mutually convenient date for the installation. The subcontracted installers arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They did a fine job. Steve returned about a week later to install the new oak floor strips. The door strips really complement the carpet, and I am very satisfied.

Steve came out to our home to give us an estimate for hardwood flooring throughout our upstairs. He was on time, friendly and answered any questions we had regarding the floors and services. The prices for the floors were very competitive and we were very satisfied with the follow-through on the original quote and time frame promised. We did, however, decide not to choose them for the installation as we felt that the price was slightly too high, though I'm confident that we would have gotten our money's worth had we decided to have Pasadena Floors do the install. Steve was very helpful through the whole process and was very understanding with our decisions. He was not pushy nor did he insist on selling us the installation with the floors, he was simply happy to do business with us and that made the transaction very comfortable. Overall we were more than happy with our transaction and will be looking forward to working with Pasadena Floors when we are ready to do the floors downstairs. We would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Steve helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He explained the different types of bamboo flooring and what would be best for us. We felt no pressure to purchase from them, despite receiving lots of helpful information. The flooring was installed with excellent workmanship. Every employee we dealt with was friendly and professional. We had a water disaster several months after the floors were installed. Steve and Pasadena Floors went out of their way to help us deal with the insurance company and quickly install new bamboo floors again. Outstanding service, great products, quality work!

Very professional company from the Steve the salesman (and I believe owner) down to the two installers who did the work. Workers showed up on time and moved and replaced all furniture in its original location and cleaned up all mess. I was originally quoted 3 days of getting the job done with one person, however two installers were sent and the job was done in one day. Had the same floor priced at another company and their price was $1000 more than Pasadena floors. I only wish there were more contractors like Pasadena Floors. Can't say enough good about them.

I have always been in contact with personable, friendly and very knowledgeable associates in dealing with this company. I am very pleased with the work of this company and the quality of their products.

PASADENA FLOORS DELIVERED CARPET IN THE TIME FRAME AGREED TO. THEY REMOVED THE OLD CARPET AND PADDING. INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT, CONSCIENCE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. THEY WERE PERFECTIONISTS.

PASADENA FLOORS SENT A REPRESENTATIVE OVER TO DO THE MEASUREMENTS AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE WORKER CAME TO DO THE INSTALL AND IT WENT AS EXPECTED. HE DIDN'T HAVE QUITE ENOUGH MATERIAL THOUGH AND TRIED TO STRETCH OUT WHAT HE HAD INSTEAD OF GETTING NEW. HE WOUND UP USING PIECES THAT WERE CHIPPED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED. I WAS GIVEN A PUTTY TO PUT IN THE HOLES AS TO FIX IT PROPERLY MEANT THAT THE WHOLE FLOOR WOULD NEED TO COME BACK UP. THE PUTTY HAS YET TO WORK. WE WILL BE CONTACTING THEM TO REPLACE THE FLOOR..

THE WORKER WAS VERY NICE AND WORKED VERY HARD. HE DID HAVE TO COME BACK DUE TO NOT HAVING ENOUGH OF THE LAMINATE. ACTUALLY, I THINK THIS WAS DURING HURRICANE ISABELL AND HE TRIED TO AVOID HAVING TO GET MORE PRODUCT AND WOUND UP PUTTING DOWN PIECES WITH CHIPS IN THEM. HE GAVE US PUTTY TO PUT IN IT, BUT THE PUTTY KEEPS COMING OUT. WE WANT THEM TO REPLACE THE PIECES THAT ARE DAMAGED.
