They were absolutely amazing to work with! Steve was great from start to finish. the estimate was done quickly and efficiently. We paid exactly what was estimated. Staff in showroom easy to work with. We chose carpet for our stairs and bedrooms and that was done first as the crew was available first. then about a month later the hardwood and carpet in our living areas was ripped up and replace with luxury vinyl. they were so amazing. On time, efficient and very respectful! we found the prices to be the most competitive and the work done is pristine!

Great experience start to finish and reasonable price to replace carpet in our 400sqft family room. Steve was very helpful with selecting the new carpet in-store. The install team was great and made good suggestions on the best installation to minimize issues with previous carpet not fitting well. I will call them again when we’re ready to tackle other floors in our home.

I would highly recommend Pasadena Floors. After pricing carpet and installation at Lowes and then Pasadena Floors. Pasadena Floors came out slightly higher, but won me over by their professional manner and great reviews. So happy I choose Pasadena Floors. The process was seamless. Pasadena Floors came when they said they would and did an outstanding job moving furniture, removing the old carpet, installing the new pad and carpet and returned the furniture. Again would highly recommend.

We recently had a quote from Pasadena Floors, but we didn't use them, we decided to do a different project. They were very friendly, they provided an estimate, but we decided to not go forward, we didn't get other estimates because we didn't know if the estimate was fair. They're pleasantness was great, they're responsiveness was great, but I couldn't tell you if their estimate was fair across the board. They were great when we went to the showroom, they were great when they came to our house they were great. They seem to have a good working knowledge of the use of their product. They knew this was a higher quality and they could tell me how it could perform versus a cheaper one. I feel like we had a little glitch with them but it wasn't enough to bother me. It wasn't super bad, but I feel there was a little bit of a time glitch that we thought they were going to call us in but they didn't quite call us in that time frame, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in a big hurry. They were super punctual. They actually called to let us know they were on their way. My husband said they were super professional, and even when we were in the store they were super great.

One worker came and he completed the work in a day. He left the area clean.

The installation was outstanding from the estimate phase to the final installation. Jim his crew were punctual, polite and communication was excellent. They moved the necessary furniture and replaced it in its original position. The job took 2 days as described. The flooring looks beautiful! Great experience

Excellent...upon completion of the installation, we found a minor flaw with installation and Pasadena Floors was out immediately to correct. I have recommended them to friends and would highly recommend them to others.

I cannot say enough good things about Pasadena Floors! From the customer service, to the pricing, to the quality work, to the people I dealt with, everything was excellent! The owner, Steve Garvey, came out and measured everything and amiably gave us different cost estimates depending on whether we put hardwood floors down everywhere or just got carpet. He even agreed to come back and measure a separate room on a different day that was unavailable due to a person who was ill and sleeping in that room. Steve gave us a referral discount because i recommended Pasadena Floors to a neighbor and shared Angie's list reviews with that neighbor and he gave us an Angie's list discount that i had a coupon for. The pricing was very reasonable for all that was done. We changed the install date on them at least twice, once due to an injury i got that slowed down our painting and another time due to a miscalculation of how much time we would need to get ready, and there was nary a grumble from Steve. We pulled up some of the carpet ourselves to save some money and Steve was very generous with the discount he gave us for doing that. The two guys that came to do the work were courteous and hardworking. They communicated what they would be doing, vacuumed an area for me that i said I would vaccum and even pointed out problems under the old carpet so that i could fix them before they laid the new carpet. That to me was outstanding customer service. They were very careful not to damage anything and they didn't even stop to eat lunch! The carpet is beautiful. The carpet and padding are quality and even our stager remarked about how nice the carpet felt underfoot. It made our home look like a completely different place. I recommend Pasadena Floor without reservation. An excellent company to do business with. Thank you Steve!

Everything went beautifully. The workers arrived on time and did very neat and careful work, avoiding any damage to the adjoining wood floor. They added new molding and prepared a threshold that blends well with the wood.

A+ from the estimate through installation. We couldn't decide between hardwood or laminate considering we have two large dogs running through the house. They answered all of our questions, loaned us many samples of various products and gave us very detailed information on the various hardwoods that would work for our house. The work crew showed up on time, and were very neat. The installation went very well and actually finished early. I would most definitely recommend Pasadena Floors.

Couldn't be more pleased with the entire project. Bob was very pleasant and patient with my wife as she was deciding on th e product, which was the most difficult and tedious part of the whole project. Scheduling the install went smoothly and the installers arrived on time with everything they needed to do the job. The installers, whose names I regretfully don't remember, were outstanding. Professional and efficient, they did the install within the estimated time and left the work area very tidy. We get nothing but compliments on our new floor and I am delighted to tell everyone that Pasadena Floors should be their go to source for flooring.

There were a few bumps in the road as one day the guy who was supposed to come out was sick and then the work had to be divided over a few days since it was different types of flooring, but all in all we were pleased with their work. They worked quickly and managed to get the carpet in before we moved into the house, and then it was easy enough to move furniture around while they put the laminate and tile down. The carpet and flooring looks absolutely wonderful and my fiance and I were very pleased with the work and the customer service we received. We would definitely recommend them! Update: We had to have Pasadena Floors out again after a horrible pet sitting experience left us with a huge hole in our carpet under the master bedroom door. They were able to quickly and efficiently repair the damage with scrap carpet left over from when they replaced all the carpet. We are once again very pleased with Pasadena Floors and will definitely look to hire them again for any future flooring needs!

The installation went perfectly, they used the materials I asked for, were efficient. I wish I had gone to them first, the other carpet company did a terrible job, but PAsadena Floors fixed everything.

On the scheduled day the installers, Jim and his son, showed up on time. The moved the furniture, washer/dryer and kitchen appliances and then began the prep work. They worked non stop installing the flooring and did an excellent job. In the next few years we are planning to have other flooring replaced and we will definitely be consulting with Pasadena Floors.

Came on time, worked nonstop, left everything clean. The whole process was very painless. Wish every vendor was as dependable.

Pasadena Floors did not actually do the work - but they subbed it out to a third party who did a phenomenal job. So i will give them great praise for hooking me up with them. I'm sure i could have saved some money going directly with a contractor, but i had already been blown off for three days in a row by another contractor and that's when i joined Angie's List. Two very professional asian men showed up on time on the scheduled date and performed INCREDIBLE work. I even had a blonde square "picture window" a couple boards thick as an accent to the darker hardwood floor which required some pretty tricky 45 degree cuts and custom cuts going to and from the border. They did an impeccable job on this and did not charge any extra for it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR. Again, they did not actually do the work - but they do have subs installing for them that KNOW THEY"RE STUFF!!!

The estimator (Robert) was punctual, professional and helpful. The showroom is great and they helped with all choices answering all my questions. The installers were on time and did great jobs. I had no issues and recommend them very highly.

Like most local carpet stores they do not provide the carpet stats, unlike Lowes and Home Depot.

From start to finish they exceeded our expectations. We called and talked with Steve on the phone about the project. I told him how the rooms were going to be used. I gave general colors. We set up an appointment for him to come out and measure. He arrived for the appointment on time. Brought samples according to what we talked about on the phone. I was able to pick my selections that night. We called him a week later to schedule the installation date. Steve set the installation for 2 days to allow us a storage area. That really helped us out. When the installers arrived they were here on time. Very courteous guys. The installation is fantastic. We love the carpeting and vinyl and now we love to spend time in our basement. A big shout out to PASADENA FLOORS!!!
