It went well. They wee working on a neighbrs yard and he was pelased so I asked him for a quote. He was professional and efficient. Another neighbor is a contractor and was really impressed with all he did for the price.

He came over to give an estimate and we had chose to use him. We could not get in touch with him and even after we talked to him he failed to get back in touch with us in a timely manner. They called several days later and we had already chosen someone else to do the work. He did seem like a really nice guy.

It turned out very well. The cost was very reasonable and it was less than other service providers had quoted. They went above and beyond with adjusting to the project while the job was being done. They were very willing to do extra things in a very cost efficient way. They were very flexible and professional. We would definitely use them again.

They provided service for three of our neighbors and they were very happy with the service as well. We were recommended from another friend and this company had a great price and did what they said they would do in the allotted amount of time.

The price was competitive. We decided not have the work done. They were very timely and came when they said they would.

He did a great job and I recommended him to another person and they were very happy as well. All of their employees were great. They came on time and they worked very hard to get the job done. They were very flexible with the schedule and were able to accommodate me quickly with the work. They had to change the plans during the work due to a sewer pipe and they still did a great job. I had three estimates and he was the least expensive of the quotes. The work exceeded my expectations.

I contacted Justin by phone and we set up a time to meet a week or so later. The appt was scheduled for 8:00 AM. On that day, he was outside of my house at 7:50 AM. We walked the area that I wanted him to work on and he took a couple of measurements. Justin went back to his truck and I had a quote for services approximately 15 minutes later. I received the quote in a professional looking folder with a list of references and other information pertaining to the quote. His quote was approximately $700 less than a competitor. On the day of the job, his men showed up offloaded their equipment and got to work. Justin came by a couple of times during the job to check and see how things were going. All of his personnel were courteous and professional. I have a new driveway and they did not run any heavy equipment across it. They were extremely responsive to my requests in how I wanted the dirt placed. I originally had gotten a quote for one load of topsoil, but decided to get another load. I did this because I wanted everything to look good. The whole process was pleasant and I would definitely use JNT again for any excavation needs that I would require.

Very Well

Overall it went well. I wondered if he regretted taking the job for the amount of legwork he did in obtaining the required permits, but he got it done and once they arrived, they worked until the job was finished beyond my expectations. I learned about him from a neighbor who had simlar work done and was very satisfied, so I asked for a quote which he gave me. I had wanted to do this for a long time, but his reasonable price in combination with his quality work sealed the deal for me and I am very happy with the outcome. He was fair, communicative and somewhat of a perfectionist it seemed to me. His team seemed to take the goal of the job seriously.
