It was nice. He did a very good job. It's very nice because it is handicap friendly so it's very wonderful. They are good people to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody. A couple of my neighbors already asked me for their phone number.

It was great. They did everything high quality with the best materials. They took their time to give us a rate.

Well, the gentleman came out earlier then they said which meant I wasn't exactly available. I did finally pull myself away from what I was doing to meet him in my backyard as he analyzed the situation and asked a few questions. I never received an estimate for the job. I have been very patient, trying to contact them numerous times but no one ever gets back to me. Not exactly sure what the reasoning is as they won't return phone calls or emails. If they are too busy and cannot accept my business, it would be better to just let me know so I can move on.

The work was done beautifully, and the boss and work crew were very friendly and helpful. They had a "can-do" attitude even when a small complication developed, and were also very careful not to harm my neighbor's wooden fence, right next to my pad. I had a bit of trouble communicating with the office, (getting confirmation of work date), but in spite of this, things happened right on schedule. They did an excellent job!

This Company made an apt with us, over the phone, to come to our house, take a look at what grading needed to be done, and said they would give us a free estimate on the spot. First, We received no confirmation call. The day of our apt I had to call them and ask them if they were on there way 30 min before they were due to arrive. Between 8-12pm. Secondly, someone at the company said they were on there way and it would take 45 minutes to get to us. Plus she wouldn't give us an estimate as promised, only take pictures. (She was already late & gave false information) Finally, she tells me "before I drive to you my boss wants me to tell you we have a $2,000 minimum & the majority of our work is for big companies not residential. So, do you still want me to come out to you?" No, of course not.

They were very good. They were cost-effective, efficient, and on time. They were pleasant to deal with. They were very prompt not just in showing up for the service but also in returning our email inquiries and our phone calls. They were very professional and courteous. They are highly-rated on Angie's List and they gave a competitive quote. Not only that, they can get out quickly to take care of the problem. They showed up exactly when they said they would. My wife and I just changed regions and I don't know if they service Virginia but we would absolutely use them again.

I reviewed the estimate provide, but selected a different company. They seemed very nice.

Although they state they service ALL of Maryland they do NOT service Harford County. Do not bother calling them if you live in the area.

The designer's plan was not followed. JNT Enterprises was not going to use a vapor barrier,nor pin the new concrete to the existing foundation. The steps from the porch to the grade as per the plans came as an extra charge. The

They were very professional in arranging the work, but the quality of the work was not totally satisfactory. As far as I can tell the price was reasonable. I wouldn't hire them again though because there was some streaks and didn't appear quite as good as I would expected.

Very professional and clean, minimal yard damage even with heavy equipment. They did exactly what was discussed and outlined in the contract.

All went well in the end. This kind of project makes a mess, but they cleaned up very well on the last day. They removed the concrete with a jack hammer and saws and then poured new concrete and made sure it drained correctly and looks nice and professional. They also came back the next day with some fill dirt I requested at the last minute. Project was well done. I also felt like they had enough supervision from management to ensure the work was being done correctly and not going to end up a disaster. This made me, as a homeowner, feel confident in the company. The only complaint I have is I needed more details on what time of day they would arrive and leave our property.

We submitted a ?contact us? request on July 16 and received a call the same day with an appointment scheduled for that Friday, July 19 between 8a-12p. So we were thinking, this is great, they were pretty responsive! Well we waited around all morning and nothing, no call no show. We called and apparently there was a ?scheduling? issue and they had no record of us despite THEIR phone call to us to set up an appointment! The owner, Justin, called and came out Saturday first thing morning. We thought, great, he is definitely trying to make it right. The quote was reasonable and we wanted him to perform the work. We called on Monday, July 22 to let him know and left a message. We were told he would return our call the same day. The day came and went and no call. We called again on Tuesday and spoke to Justin, who said that he would have a contract and would call by the end of the day with scheduling. To this day, we have received nothing?.no call back, no contract, nothing. I just can?t provide a recommendation to hire this company to any perform work, their responsiveness and follow through is terrible.

They came out 3 weeks ago. We got a number of different bids. They were very good. We liked them. They gave us an itemized estimate. That was nice. We could pick and choose what we wanted done. I would give them top marks so far.

JNT was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Mom was so happy with the work they did! The owner came out to give an estimate and give a full explanation of the process, and within a couple weeks the job was done. When the job was done they cleaned the entire alley out to the street!

I am writing this review late so that angies list will stop calling me and emailing me to write a review. I had a hard time getting in touch with the company. Once I was able to get in touch with someone, we weren't able to arrange a time that would work so I could get an estimate. All interactions were nice and courtious.

I emailed them using Angie's List and asking for a quote. We have crazy Bamboo---the snake fish of the earth---that needs to be corralled with a trench and impervious plastic liner to stop the spread of its pertinacious roots. I gave the contractor the dimensions 150 foot by 30 deep. One of the ladies got with me quickly and requested pictures. So I took time to take and send a short video but after a few days, 4-5 calls, and several promises to get back with us, they went radio silent. Heck, they have my email and could have declined the quote but instead they left our crew hanging. Schlock behavior! UPDATE: After our Angie's List F grade review for JNT's lack of responsiveness to our initial quote request of July 20th, I want to share that they did get in touch, quoted a fair fee and sent a guy who did an excellent job and solved our problem. The trencher machine he used was far more versatile that those rent-able at the big box stores and the operator knew exactly how to navigate it through our heavily wooded and slope filled property. He listened carefully to my plans, was very polite and extremely competent in executing our somewhat offbeat requirements. We have now circled the bamboo---the snakehead of the earth----and we can now enjoy the remaining stand of bamboo which provides a nice border with our neighbor--- without fear that it will envelope our entire lot. We could not have done this without the skill and competence of JNT. In a nutshell, I change them from an F to an A -

They're very good. I was very impressed. I like the promptness. They showed up on time. They came with a nice estimate package the very same day. He's very professional.

Set up an appointment to get a quote on sidewalk demo/removal, debris removal, and small grading job. The morning of the appointment I received a phone call to cancel and reschedule the appointment. They couldn't reschedule until the following Friday, which is over two weeks after my initial inquiry. The woman I spoke with was not informed about how long it takes to schedule the work after a proposal is agreed upon, but she thought it would be 3 weeks out. Our project is time-sensitive. I'm disappointed in the fact that the only courtesy that could be extended to us was a phone call to cancel an appointment 2 hours prior to said appointment. I'm sure they had a fairly good idea that they weren't going to make it to the appointment by the end of the prior workday, which is when they should have notified me. They had a total lack of regard for what had to be re-arranged, or foregone, on our end to accommodate their schedule.

They did a really good job. They were there on time and performed good service. They were friendly as well.

Although I chose another company they were very impressive and got good marks. We chose a local company but I liked everything about JNT; the person who came out seemed to be a straightforward guy. He was very prompt getting an estimate to us and was very punctual.

Incredibly easy and professional experience from start to finish. Estimate occurred in July. it was easy to schedule. Work could have been done immediately, but iI wanted to wait until the Fall. Company agreed to call back in September to schedule, which they did and I was able to schedule the work the following week. Their work was immaculate, I couldn't even tell that they had been there until I went into the back yard and saw the ugly concrete was gone!!

I refer to this job as the Murphy's Law job. Justin Miller encountered problem after problem and explained the situation every step along the way. His men dug out my entire length of my property from top to bottom enough to installed the french drain, brought in the topsoil, seeded the ground and laid curlex. After a short period of time it was obvious this method was not working because the water was not draining to the french drain even though it was not clay like dirt. Justin Miller returned to gave the recommendation to install a 8' x 8' dry well which included bringing in gravel, sand and more topsoil, digging up all of the french drain already installed and replace it with plastic drain pipe tied into the dry well and the gutters. Not only was this additional materials than the original contract listed it was double the man hours. Justin never once attempted to charge me more than the contract amount. He always was responsive to all of my calls and returned on a number of occasions to inspect the work of his men and had them return to correct a few things along the way. The majority of the neighborhood drains into my yard and I still have small areas beside the excavated area that I need to deal with but overall I'm very happy with the work . Justin sincerely is concerned about customer satisfaction and even though things went wrong along the way, in the end he has a satisfied customer that will certainly not hesitate to use JNT Enterprise services again.

I had a vision in my head and wasn't sure anyone would be able to see it. I tried clipping out pictures in magazines and printing off photos online to help show what type of "oasis" I was looking to create in my yard. Upon the first visit, I felt like they "got me." In turn, I received a fair quote, a reasonable time frame and I hired them without hesitation! In the end, I am so thankful that I have the opportunity to spread the good word about J and T, because they made my dreams a reality!
