Description of Work: Full inspection and clean out if chimney and fireplace

Description of Work: Inspected the chimney and gave us an estimate for repairs. We have not had the repairs completed but if and when we do, we will certainly use their services again in the future.

Description of Work: They did our chimney inspection when we were buying our house. They recommended a lot of work and we got a second opinion. The second opinion agreed with thier recommendations but gave us a much lower estimate so we went with the other company.

Description of Work: Initially had them out for cleaning of our chimney as we were new owners and had no idea when the chimney had been cleaned. The company was very honest and told us that the chimney was very clean (like it had not been used). The only problem was at the top of the chimney outside. He showed us pictures of the cracks, etc at the top. Unfortunately it was the time of year that it was difficult to do this type of repair work (it was the end of November) so they said they could come out if there was a stretch of dry warm days or they would schedule in the spring. Well, we never had a warm dry stretch after they came and they called about 2 weeks ago to get us on their schedule now that the weather is warming up (and before it gets super rainy) and did the job. We agreed to things over the phone and the agreement is they would leave a bill in the door with a picture of the job done. They resurfaced and replaced the crown on our chimney. Definitely recommend them! Will probably consider them when we do gutter guards before the fall!
