We are a member of the National Chimney Sweep Guild and our technicians are fully factory trained and knowledgeable in the services that we offer. We stand behind any work that we do and our guarantee is that the job is done right, if you are not happy with the work completed we will work with you until you are or we will refund your money. We only use professional grade materials most of which are not found in the local hardware stores and are only available to the trade. complete Chimneys Inc is fully licensed, insured and bonded to do all work and services that we do in Maryland.

Description of Work: Complete Chimney's responed my call right away, set an appointment sooner than than most, came, cleaned my chimney and any mess and left. Just what I like. Price: $202. Although I was looking for a slight better deal, they were cheaper than the guys that add in electronic up-the-chimney viewing but priced higher than service providers that had less time availability. So seemed on the higher end of mid range. I would use them again but hope to receive a discount coupon for repeat service for next year or off-season promo.

Description of Work: Originally repaired chimney in 2010. Noticed some water coming thru the chimney in the attic after several hard rains. They came out and waterproofed the bricks and crown at no additional charge.

Description of Work: `Had a leaky chimney - water damaging drywall inside home. They fixed mortar joints, applied water repellant, sealed the flashing, etc. Chimney is old (1940), did a great job, very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions, and my inside wall is finally dry, so I'm a happy camper. Price was fair for amount of work done.

Description of Work: Replaced metal chimney on roof of house. Had to order special part because it was original chimney and house is 50 years old. Provider workmen were very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job. It went very well . They were very prompt and cleaned up after job was done.

They were quite prompt. The person did not climb up to give the estimate, and when the work was performed we found we needed a larger cap. The work ended up being a little higher than the estimate. - I didn't like it but I could see how it could happen. We would definitely call them again in the future. They were quite efficient.

I have always been very satisfied with any work Complete Chimneys has done for us. This project involved an old house & required the rental of a crane. All work was performed as quoted. Everyone in the company- the owner, the workmen, & the office staff- are responsive & pleasant to work with.

They didn't spend very long on the roof sweeping the chimney, (5 minutes or so)So I question how thoroughly they cleaned it. Then, on the next windy day, my chimney cap blew off because it was not properly secured after the cleaning. The company did come out to fix it the same day I called them.

THE TWO WORKERS WERE PUNCTUAL, CAME AS PROMISED AT 9-9:30 AM ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. THE WORKERS WERE QUIET, PLEASANT AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS WHEN ASKED. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED EFFICIENTLY; DID NOT TAKE MORE THAN AN HOUR EACH TIME.
