There was confusion over a check being written incorrectly and I felt pressured to rectify situation immediately. In addition, I was told about the financial situation of the company.

Keith the owner came out and evaluated our job very quickly he was super friendly and answered all of our questions. He had his crew out here the next day who where timely and very professional. They worked quickly and walked us through some next steps we might want to take to prevent the issue. All in all a great experience I would highly recommend them for any mold issues.

I had mold or mildew smell coming from one of the walls or vents in my bedroom. I worried because I already have issues with asthma. So I wanted to take care of the problem as soon as possible. I called Peake Restoration Service. A tall man named Keith came to my home. He seemed concerned and willing to check the safety of my room. I thought his company could help me put an end to this dreadful smell in my room whenever it rained outside. I did not know where the odor was coming from. I thought the air vent at first. Keith came and tried to get me to test two vents, upstairs and downstairs in my kitchen. I did not want to pay such a high price for two vents. So I thought I would start in my room where the odor was. He took samples and said he would get back to me on Monday. Keith from Peake Restoration never contacted me to explain the report he sent out to check for mold or mildew on my bedroom wall. I had to call him to remind him to submit the report to me so I could see my results. I had no idea how to interpret the report. I explained I had a serious concern about a wet wood or mold smell in my room. I could not sleep from being bothered by the odor. So I was hoping he could tell me something to help me move forward. Unfortunately, this man Keith, never contacted me to explain the report. I emailed him asking him to contact me to explain what might have been the source of the odor. Well, he never contacted me not once. So in my opinion, he could care less about my worry. He got paid and called it quits. I would suggest finding another company if you are looking for people who show some concern and want to help you problem-solve. If not you will get a report from a third party, and that is it.

Due to the Corona Virus all correspondence was by telephone. Remediation service was completed at a rental property. Great customer service, excellent work, lowest estimate and professional service.

Keith and his team did an excellent job! My insurance was acting a bit funky and didn't want to approve the amount Keith quoted. He kindly did the job (mold remediation) for only $1500. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely hire him again.

The owner was fantastic. Took time to listen to me and educate me on many things regarding mold remediation and contamination. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate me for a next day testing. He sent his son to do the testing and he was equally as professional and kind. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. I got my results the next day.
